Boarding was quick. Staff and crew were friendly. Everything went well despite the 30 min delay we had on the runway. They gave us snacks and we ended up still arriving on time.
Compared to previous flight - this was so much better with upgrade to first class and extra space.
Plane was far too tight. Very uncomfortable for taller individuals.
Check in was easy through their app. Also very quick lines to drop off bags. Crew was very nice and respectful

My first time to fly with Korean Air and I would not hesitate to fly with Korean Air again. The plane has a lot of leg room, aisle is not cramp to move around. It was a long flight, but the flight attendants made it worthwhile. They were very attentive to your needs with exceptional service. The food selection was good. Overall the best flight I've ever had flying overseas.
Maybe the chair in economy can be a lot more comfortable. Chair is sturdy lack of cushion and back support. People like me who has mobility limitation and bad lower back is difficult coz it adds more discomfort on my end. Hopefully, one day the chair can be more comfortable.
The food choices, included Korean dishes. The disposal slippers are great when taking shoes off. The air hostesses were friendly and helpful. Good leg room.
Movie selections were not that great, many good current movies were not available. Seat does not have enough lower back support, was literally having to sit on my pillow and blanket due to lower back pain.
Delayed for 2 hours. Otherwise staff and service was good

Old style business seating, quite uncomfortable, not a full recline, very uncomfortable when fully reclined compared to other business planes, TV was small, not good quality, selection of movies was only ok, not great, service was ok, not great, they cater more to Korean customers then other guests, if you are on the upper deck de-planning is difficult and awkward as you have to go through the economy section and staff doesn't keep them seated, so no extra bonus for business in de-planing. washroom items not replaced (toothbrush / mouthwash), overall very average
