They made us check carry ons despite the entire aircraft overhead space being empty
Cons: "Air flow from air above seats was blowing out hot air. My seat kept reclining so I got yelled at and I didn’t do it on purpose. Long wait on ground before takeoff."

Cons: "Not plus size friendly. The bathroom is too small for a plus size person to be able to use and for a 14 hour flight I think that’s important. Also if you’re plus size and the person in front of you reclines, it’s impossible to pull down your tray fully."

Cons: "Weather delay was a real bummer but I liked the app wanted to help reconnect people with other flights. The app should also tell us the reason for the delay, if allowable, especially if it weather. I almost hoed on another flight through Minneapolis but would have been stuck in Minneapolis cause I didn’t know the delay was due to weather an hour later."

I want compensation for my poor delta experience."

Pros: "Two Delta agents a kiosk assistance were not aware of the Hurricane Irma policy of waiving baggage fees to my destination. I informed them that the website indicated it would waive baggage fees to certain destinations if checked in at the airport before a certain date. Another Delta agent nearby had to show them a copy of the policy before I could get my baggage fees waived."

Cons: "Delta employee who drive shuttle to connection stopped to drop off a passenger and proceed to chat w other workers thereby getting me to my gate late and missing my connection and getting me to Florida almost 3 hours later than planned. Agents at desk in JFK were rude. There was another Delta employee also on the shuttle who was the only one who seemed to show concern. He alerted the driver, called the boarding gate and led me to it."
Cons: "Took 8 hours to get from Oakland to Los Angeles. Flight delayed then cancelled at Oakland. Driven from there to San Francisco. That flight delayed by 45 minutes. Got on board and then they neede 4 people to get off the plane since it was overweight. That took another hour. Bad day of travel."

I hated that I had to pay for my seat and my carryon, then probably could have gotten away without having to buy it because it’s not like they checked. The crew was unprofessional, pulled down their face mask every time they talked, and didn’t enforce people wearing their mask appropriately (obviously with their own behavior). The seats were wildly uncomfortable without the option to recline at all. Yeah, I’ll absolutely never fly frontier again.
The pilot somewhat made up for the delay by arriving to my destination in record time. A more frequent update as it relates to the delay should have been given. The cost of the ticket was reasonable but they made up for the cost by making you pay for your carry on luggage.

Cons: "1.5 hrs late each way in departure. 4 or 5 diferrent reasons given. That seems pretty consistent except for 1 one way of three flights with frontier this year. And mostly disgusted with the baggage/stroller crew next to us as we boarded and waited an hour to leave denver. A big white guy with brown hair was literally tossing chairs and strollers down his ramp. They were bouncing n I seen a wheel fly 20 feet in air, which he broke off of a stroller."
Cons: "Stripped down comfort for passengers: charge for carry-on, no recline on seats which feel closer already, very small table not large enough for even a small laptop"

Really LOUD announcements over the PA by the crew, more of a commercial /advertisement for Frontier that makes you jump from your seat specially if one is trying to get some shut eye. Extra charge for carry on bags which they don't let you know until you are ready to check in! Needless to say that I'll be flying other airlines."

Cons: "I've never been so uncomfortable in an airplane seat before. Unless there was something I didn't see, no one's seat reclined. For me, that meant I was not able to sleep -- no position was comfy even though I had a neck pillow. Normally I dont need to sleep on a plane but the late flights meant I was sure tired. If I choose this airline and flight times again, I'd have to invest in one of those sleep-with-your-head-forward pillows."

Cons: "....we had trouble getting our tickets printed with the Kiosk and no one would help they told us to get in line, which was going so slow by the time we were serviced we were 5 minutes late to get our baggage on, they said we could board but not baggage, Our options were to get a flight the next day which has to go to Denver first leaving Phoenix at 5 or so am and getting to Milw around 9 pm so as of right now, we are in a motel waiting for 5 am flight tomorrow. We were not alone 4 others also missed the flight."

Cons: "My flight was supposed to leave at 6:30 am Then, due to a mechanical issues, I was delayed until 2 pm or so until they could fly another part over to fix it. After another hour wait, it was determined that the wrong part was flown over, and then after hour or so, around 5 pm, almost 12 hours later, they decided to rebook us on other flights. I did not leave San Diego until 24 hours after my scheduled flight."

Cons: "I do not agree with paying for EVERYTHING! If you want to choose your seat that will cost you. You have to pay for your baggage and carry on. You also have to pay for anything you want to drink including WATER! The seats were okay but not enough leg room."

My son is studing at UPenn and I know we will go often but I can't take Frontier any more because of the seats. Paying more is not the solution because I sat on the more expensive ones and it's not worth the money, We will pay more but not realy because I added the fare, plus bags, plus seats and it costs the same on other airlines and we get more leg room, padded seats , a movie and the seats recline."

Cons: "We boarded late and then sat on the plane for at least an hour because there was some kind of IT failure and we could not take off. This was a late flight and all the cabin lights were on the whole time we sat at the gate on the plane. Also, two of the steward/stewardess stood on the back at the bathrooms and talked(not quietly and not about the flight) the entire flight. It was very hard to relax or sleep."

Cons: "Paid $85 to check a bag and a carry on. United the week earlier same luggage cost me $25. Can't get out of my return trip so I have to FedEx my luggage back home. That, and the plane was an hour and a half late."

Cons: "One zone isn't even through the door and the next zone is called and all we do is stand in the very hot jetway for nearly 15 minutes. Being charged to pick our seat and for our luggage is ridiculous. It should be included in the price, if you have to raise the price then at least people would know better the true cost of their travel. Being charged for a drink! Having $1.99 put on a credit card! Wrong."

Cons: "Got to the airport with 50 minutes remaining before my flight took off, which usually isn't a problem. The ticketing booths were out of order so I had to wait in line for a ticket. The lady told me I wasn't going to make my flight, even though I had 35 minutes left. We sat around discussing how I didn't have enough time for five minutes before she called her supervisor over who went through the whole routine with me again. This whole process left me with 20 minutes before the flight. I said I would run right over and they said there was no way they would let me on the flight, and that they wouldn't even let me try to make it. Luckily for them, there was a red eye that they could sell to me for an additional $200. I acquiesced and bought the ticket even though I was super mad. I walk to my new gate, ready to sit around for 12 hours, but I also walked past my old gate. MY FIRST FLIGHT HAD BEEN DELAYED. I could still get on this one. It was a blessing in disguise. However, I cannot believe Frontier did not inform me of the flight delay, and stalled me at the ticketing booth, just so they could sell me a more expensive ticket. I went to customer service. The lady told me she could get me back on my first flight but that I was unable to receive a refund because of their official policy. I was shocked. I stood there and pleaded with her. She eventually conceded. The refund is still forthcoming though."

Cons: "Frontier airlines is awful. With all the added fees, I could have just booked with Delta or another airline that at least offers their passengers water without charging for it. Or charging for my bag. What a joke. Not worth the "discount" at all and would never bother booking with them again."
