Allegiant needs to put more than just school bus seats in their aircraft.

I bought a flight that I had to end up cancelling - when I called to cancel - within the 24 hour period, they would not let me cancel despite text on my confirmation saying that there would be a free cancellation within the 24 hours. Extremely annoyed that there was a blatant miscommunication. I did not end up going on the flight but was unable to get a refund which seems ridiculous given that there was text on the website explicitly saying this was their policy.

The flight attendants were very kind and hoped to make up for the pilot’s negligence.

Boarding was weird with a lack of overhead bins and then the pilot was inconsistent with updates to safety issues. We were delayed by an hour and twenty mins and then had to wait on the tarmac for another plane to leave the gate. Feels like I wasted two hours in limbo.

Although we ended up being stuck on the plane for 2 hours prior to take off due to high volume, weather and as the pilot put it, "possible military activity" the crew kept us informed every step of the way. There was one flight attendant in particular who was so full of energy and made the unfortunate circumstances not so bad. She entertained us and kept us in the loop the entire time as did the pilots. It made the 2 hours not feel so bad which was appreciated.

That we were delayed on the plane for two hours on a small plane but I know it was out of their control.

We are two active duty members flying to take our son to our parents for us to get ready to go on deployment. When we arrived there the line was almost an hour and a half just to check bags we almost missed our flight. When we got to the counter ans told him we were both military flying on orders and asked to be tsa checked he had no clue what we were talking about so this kind woman helped him do his job, needless to say he was a manager. Once we got out tickets the seat assignment said see agent so we did. He hands us our tickets and we are a plane length apart. Let me mind you we both just left our child for a 8 month deployment overseas. We asked the guy if it was possible to get seats together wouldnt even acknowledge we were speaking to him. So we tried again he held his hand in my face and told me he serviced me and to please step back. Ive been bawling 2 hours straight from having to leave our son. So we stepped back. Then in the line this couple comes up and they were looking for seats together, i kid you not he gave them seats together! I will NEVER EVER fly united every again. Thank goodness for this kind gentle to switch me seats on the plane because i was crying i had to leave my fiance after i just had to say goodbye to our son for 8 months!! I was so shocked!!! I will tell every single person i know to never use united! You guys should be ashamed of our company! I will inform every active duty member i come across!

Our originally scheduled flight out of CMH was cancelled within minutes of getting through security. We were told to wait for another flight-which was scheduled to depart 3 hours EARLIER, but had yet to depart. 3 hours later THAT flight cancelled, and we were rebooked for a flight the following day. So we were out our first night's accommodations as well as transportation to/from the airport that day. The next day we boarded our scheduled flight, sat on the tarmac for awhile, then went back to the gate and de-planed for some unknown reason. We were then re-booked on a different airline. THAT flight was then delayed, which would have caused us to miss our connection to EDI. The ticket agent worked for an hour to find us a flight to EDI that wasn't going through Newark (delays from hell) or Chicago (weather from hell). She finally put us on a flight with an all-too-brief layover in Amsterdam after a connection in Detriot. At this point we have boarding passes coming out our arses, It's 5pm and I haven't eaten since 9am, and we're STILL not out of our departure city. Our projected arrival time was going to cost us ANOTHER night's accommodation, as well as cause us to miss previously paid for engagements. 2 more delays allowed us to finally land in our destination about 40 hours after our original itinerary, with no apology or effort to amend the situation in any way.

We missed our bus connection to NH due to the delay and since there were no rental cars or airport hotel rooms we sat for 9 hours waiting for the first bus. Exhausting.

When I arrived at JFK after 14 hours long flight on Emirates, the service counter was understaffed with 1 hour long lines! Un-acceptable! Especially, since all I needed is to re-print my boarding pass, because US TSA would not accept the boarding pass printed by Emirates in India. The kiosk would not recognize my name on reservation! The kiosk did not recognize my recently issued US passport! Bloody annoying! Only able to print the pass after keying reservation code - yet, again not acceptable! The other, earlier attempts should have recognized me and found my reservation! Very upset with quality of service on the ground!

The flight was delayed 9 hrs. We were going to NYC for 2 days. We missed an entire day--- cut our trip in half.

15-20 passengers were stuck in security and ticketing. After waiting hours, the plane was not held though we were all checked in.

The flight delay

The ticket price was amazing. It made the negatives acceptable. Friendly but scarce attendants. Although there was no electronic boarding pass for my phone, the printed one did contain useful information.

I was unable to find out how the $9 Club could save on baggage fees. No answer from online help. I thought baggage fee would be in line with American. But NO it was twice as expensive. Next time I will wear camping clothes and pack everything in my personal carry on. Web site is difficult to navigate.

Flight crew were very polite and we received free soda. Free booze however would have been more appropriate after spending my entire New Year’s Day in an airport.

Reviewed 9 hours because a crew member didn’t show. Was originally told 6 hours delay only 20 minutes before the flight was due to leave. Received two $8 meal vouchers and rude and slow service from the entire ground crew.

The last time we flew Delta, we were underwhelmed. Our flight was delayed several hours and there was nothing exceptional about it when it did finally leave. That was 5 years ago, and there's been a lot of changes. There I'd now in-flight entertainment, reasonably comfortable seats, and everything was on time.

I told you my daughter's birthdate, you know her age, don't require me to call you and wait on hold for 30+ minutes for her to not be seated by herself.

The seat.

The delayed of this flight. No explanation was provided. After boarding they decided to “fix” two of the luggage cabinets. And they fix nothing, they juat put tape on it. This flight delayed was three hour of nothing. My entertainment (screen) was damaged.

La aplicación no decía el Gaste, el del papel era uno y en la pantalla otro.l y si preguntaban te fechas diferentes cosas. Para que escuches que están en la última llamada y hay que correr y cuando llegas esperar por el Gate ya que está ocupado. Más que el aire era caliente.

Flight attendants seemed inexperienced: did not convey confidence about 1) the flight, 2) the experience, 3) their ability to manage the flight.
