Cons: The flight was delayed almost an hour due to inclement weather in the originating city. The Delta personnel explained the situation and did all they could considering the circumstances.

Pros: Great crew, prompt and courteous despite the short flight

Cons: Flight departed an hour past scheduled time due to a snafu with flight attendants: they were either absent or really late or a replacement crew. Unacceptable personnel management.

Cons: The most courteous staff - on ground, in air, and at destination!

Cons: Waiting to board took almost 2 hours ! We were delayed so many times and sat on the plane for an hour after boarding. I was supposed to land at 6:55 and didn’t land til 9:30 and I was late for work due to poor planning. The pilot even admitted in the announcement that there was a crew problem and maintence problem. I was not happy

Pros: My first time flying Alaska Airlines. Absolutely will be back. Comfortable, spacious seating. Staff was professional and friendly. Flight was seamless from beginning to end!

Pros: When i asked for a window seat at the gate, i was provided one in the comfort zone. Very impressed and pleased. However, the remaining two segments were the opposite. Staff at the gate did not assist in any way for the remaining two flights.

Cons: The flight from Bend to Seattle was delayed a couple times and caused us to arrive when our connecting flight was already boarding. Luckily we were able to make the main flight on the trip.

Pros: The in-flight entertainment was awesome. I was able to watch NFL games the entire flight which made the flight go by super quick. Our flight was also ahead of schedule which was great as well.

Cons: The seats were a little tight together. I didn't even have enough room to put my laptop on my lap.

Pros: WARDA at the Miami Gate H07 was awesome. She went above and beyond. Everyone else was very helpful but you can get tell she does more than the norm. LOVE LOVE LOVE the free entertainment in the individual seats. Perfect for families!

Cons: Super crowded boarding area in DCA. Hurried to board, then sat at the gate for 15 minutes after door closed with no mention of being delayed or why we were sitting there. Finally found out the fueling paperwork was missing. This was after being forced to gate check bag in group 6 (and 7,8,9) Then luggage offload in Charlotte took forever, and then was on the wrong belt. Baggage staff in CLT were clueless.
