Cons: "The aircraft looks like a WWI aircraft. So dirty. Floors were nasty with food not picked up from the last trip. Sits are extremely uncomfortable even for a 2 hr flogjt. Last minute flight so we had to do frontier... never again thou"
Pros: "I survived!"
Cons: "Disruptive passenger should have been removed! The flight was delayed 2 hours."

Pros: "Crew was super pleasant and chipper. Passengers seemed to have a handle on how to board in a timely manner."
Cons: "Management could schedule time for maintenance software updates so as not to affect departure time. We were 20 minutes delayed."

Cons: "Flight was delayed to 5pm. But left almost an hour early. Flight left without me. Not much notice to other passengers. Every airport display and the gate display said 5pm. Many passengers left behind"
Pros: "Really nice crew, really efficient boarding, I loved my seat assignment and the price was RIGHT!"
Cons: "Couldn't recline the seats, pretty harsh that you don't even get pretzels but I get it y'all."
Pros: "I like how cheap the prices are for a simple weekend trip when you only bring one bag. The woman who boarded us at the terminal was AWESOME. She clearly loves her job, and loves people around her and honestly what else is there that's more important in life than loving people. She was funny, kind, considerate and incredible at customer service. Give that girl a RAISE. We boarded at 4:49 in the morning and her energy lightened the mood for sure."
Cons: "I didn't like how even the tray tables were cheap. I also don't like if you want to choose your seat you need to pay... why is that? No other airline does that."
Cons: "The hidden fees. I thought I was getting a good deal. All the fees made it more expensive than other options. I feel like i got swindled. will never fly with Fronteir again."
Cons: "there was a hour wait on the run way. it was hot people were cranky, secondly I have never been on a airline that you literally have to pay for everything including soda and coffee. the landing was very rough. I was not impressed."

Cons: "I was charged $45.00 for one carry on bag and $55.00 for one cargo bag. I was not aware that I would have to pay to carry a bag on the plane. When I returned to the Dallas, TX airport I was not charged for the carry on bag."
Pros: "The lead attendant was a delightful Hispanic fellow that was hilarious. He really was funny! And classy too."

Pros: "The flight attendant made us feel comfortable with making jokes. I don't remember his name but he is awesome. Flight 202 to BWI from DFW."

Pros: "The check in process was swift and efficient"
Cons: "1.The plane had a crying child the entire 4 hours and the parents did very little to calm him down. There were other children in the plane but this poor child kept crying and no one helped him.Flight attendants walked past and did not ask the parents to calm the child down. 2. I was seated in third row at the front of the plane. I have never seen so much unprofessional conduct by flight attendants. I fly monthly for work and this was the first time I have seen an A320 plane all 6 flight attendants congregate at the front of the plane to chit chat the whole time. They stopped to serve drinks and went right back to chatting animatedly. I admire that they as coworkers get along but flight attendant is a revered profession and they should uphold it as such. Not act like its a picnic job by laughing and catching up on stories in full view of the entire flight :-( I guess I cant complain too much because its Spirit Airlines after all. You get what you pay for."
Cons: "Having to pay for everything. Should have taken a major airline. Will never fly them again"
Pros: "Plane was clean and seemed new"
Cons: "No power outlets no tray large enough to place a laptop"
Pros: "2 of the crew - flight attendants - were very kind and apologetic about the 2+ hour delay."
Cons: "The agents at the gate were rude and short with us. We got conflicting stories as to why there was a delay and, though I'm sure the gate agents were sick of being asked the same couple of questions but they didn't need to take it out on us."
Pros: "Not a single deficit! With Spirit, you know what you are paying for. There is no discernible loss of quality compared to more traditionally priced airlines."
Cons: "Staff was rude & not helpful. The attitude of of the staff in general was not nice. I have to buy a different airline ticket to get to my destination.i plan not to fly w/ them again in the future"
