Pros: "Nothing because there was no social distancing. I did not think that airlines were allowed to completely fill flights and I had no choice once I was boarded."
Cons: "Please observe social distancing and DO NOT book completely full flights where seats can’t be left open. Irresponsible and stupid."

Pros: "The staff at both airports were amazing. (SNA/SFO) From ease of arrival at check in by Alaska Airlines staff to the airport security at SFO providing assistance to help me guide my ride to pick me up the best description of where I was to ease pick up. That’s not to mention the Alaska staff that allowed me to move my flight up to accommodate my schedule or the excellent staff at the gate and on the plane. Very nice experience!"

Cons: "SeaTac is the worst airport in the entire country in my experience. Two examples why: 1. When I arrived this morning at 5am there was already a nearly hour long security line. 2. Upon our early arrival from California, SeaTac doesn’t have a gate for us, so we burn time and fuel on the tarmac. Like usual. One trip to any other airport and you have an appreciation for how DREADFUL SeaTac is on the whole. Some great people, but a poorly run poorly managed monstrosity of a disfinctional airport."

Cons: "On my return flight it seemed that the attendants were trying to stop anyone other than the 19 or 20 people in first class from using the forward bathroom. On my flight out, the cabin was asked to "wait at row 6" for the bathroom to be free. That seemed reasonable, even though I was in row 6, and fair to ask. However, on my return flight they seemed to expect the entire rest of the plane to use the rear bathroom. That doesn't seem right."

I'm not extraordinarily tall but the seat stopped just above my neck and felt like a hard, sharp surface rather than something soft and padded. And, of course, there's not enough leg room. Especially once the person in front of you leans back. I don't mean to sound petty but it felt like the airline was more worried about maximizing profits at the expense of their guest's comfort."

Pros: "First time flying from SNA/OC. Accessibility of terminals was great, close by parking and only 2$/hour. Almost no wait for check in and security, very fast and convenient. Boarding was uncomplicated and there was enough space for carry on items. Loved that they offer wifi throughout the flight and free messaging (in case you don't need full internet access). Will definitely consider flying with Alaska Airlines again!"

Pros: "When everything was said and done, and most other people on the flight were given free passage to SFO by Airporter bus and then put onto a flight into LAX and then arrange transportation to Orange County (which I had every reason to think was a nightmare for those trying to get to Orange County from LAX due to unclaimed packages (security uproar) and major traffic around LAX and would not work for my disabled family to drive 1.5 hours to pick me up) I paid for a bus to SFO myself and booked a flight from there to Santa Ana (John Wayne) on Southwest. I eventually arrived there around 730 PM. Alaska refunded my flight southbound and still offered me $400 credit which was nice of them. That being said, the propeller planes are really noisy so don't expect a comfortable experience. But its worth it for the convenience to travel from Santa Rosa, CA (Sonoma County Airport) to Santa Ana (John Wayne Airport) provided they don't cancel your flight. Alaska will be adding more flights on this same route by summer and they deserve some credit for that, but at the end of the day, it was my own resourcefulness that saved the day, and got me to my family December 22nd. I would have had to wait until December 24th through Alaska Airlines for the same flight, and that is when my family celebrates Christmas, so that was NOT a very appealing option."

First making my area narrow than all the other seats and between the plane leaving late and the terrible process of loading people on the plane . Delta airlines was all about the up sale from charging for every bag to charging for internet ,food so on and so forth. Also one bathroom in the middle of the plane ? REALLY ? Out of tissue , paper towels , and tissue one hour into the flight . What in the Hell is going on with this airline ? Won’t fly with them again ."

Pros: "The Delta crew on the flight was wonderful - but the crew at ATL really shined. A huge amount of people for connections arrived at the same time and needed to get through customs and the staff were very calm and efficient in directing everyone and making sure the line moved."

Pros: "The seats were the widest with the most cushion and padding I've ever had on any flight, I think all their seats were like that. The plane we were on had more leg room than your average flight. Also the backs of the chair were very tall, leaving even mpre head room perfect for tall people . I fly a lot and sometimes my knees hit the seat in front of me or when they recline it shoves the tray to close to you. Not on this flight there was enough room for me to lay back in the seat had the adjustable headrest that went up and down and also curved in to hold your head from falling on your neighbor next to you. Love the fact they had the USB plug-in in front of you. And the crew constantly kept coming through to empty trash and offer beverages. The plane was clean bathrooms in front and back of the airplane. Over all quiet engine and we were above the wings. Temperature good."
Cons: "The crew member that was checking in people at the gate would talk so fast we could barely understand what he was saying on the overhead announcement. I was traveling with someone who was hearing impaired so we were unaware of that they were getting ready to board. The electronic TV monitor wasn't updating to say boarding to notify people that would be helpful for the hearing impaired. Or--if a crew member is muffled on the announcement or talks too fast you can't understand or know what's going on. The most frustrating thing for me and my daughter we were both expecting to use Delta online entertainment. There are no monitor screens in the seats in front of us on this plane. So we were able to use our phones, but it would not download and once It finally downloaded we couldn't upload any of the movies. Connection speed way too slow. The warning said there were too many people on it at that time. Also I like it when they offer free headphones for people that don't have them. An example that would benefit people that don't want to listen to loud people on the plane or babies that are crying."

We were almost late to our next flight in Minneapolis to Raleigh which was also pretty upsetting. But, the service was decent, we didn't order any food besides the free complimentary drink & snack and the entertainment was very good. There was a wide range of films, shows, and podcasts to watch."

Passengers were not being rude to one another, it was simply that the process is poor. Could the zones instead reflect both location of seat and area of plane, so that those with window seats at the back board first, then middle seats, then aisle? That way if aisle seats fill first, seated people are not stepping back into the aisle to accommodate others needing to get a seat in that row, while everyone on the gang way must wait for the aisle to clear."

BA should show consideration for real passengers not some sort of statistical average. I am 6'4" and sitting in your plane's cabin inflicts hours of body pain. The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?"

Cons: "Lands in South Terminal of Austin’s airport, meaning you have to shuttle 8 miles to get to main terminal or long term parking. Unbelievable! Very inconvenient..."

Cons: "Sent email out asking for volunteers to reschedule her flight. Got on the plane our seats were not the same as selected. And we paid more to select our seats. Friend of ours seat was switched also and instead of him sitting next to his wife he sat next to a person who did not have an assigned seat he was extremely large and he was hanging off The seat into the aisle I noticed an empty seat and had to ask the stewardess if he could switch seats instead of the stewardess offering on her own. The flight out was delayed approximately one hour various mechanics coming on and off plane until finally we were able to leave."

Pros: "Boarding at the new Austin South terminal was a breeze!"
Cons: "It's ridiculous to make passengers keep their personal items on the floor when most of the overhead lockers are empty. Ridiculous and dangerous."

Cons: "We were moved gates a few times. Delayed a few times, finally on a plane and they deboard the whole thing. No one seemed too apologetic at all. Pretty much who cares, after spending money and being moved all over seeming like they cared would've been nice."

Cons: "Allegiant 468 7/27 4 1/2 hour delay on flight 569 on 7/27 and not a single person on the ground or plane even said sorry. Allegiant also failed to update the revised departure time. Allegiant posted an initial delay of 30 minunutes but then, when there was a further 2 hour delay due to a problem with the plane in Vegas Allegiant didn't update the time. (G4 568 was showing a two hour delay, with a 1010 arrival into STS but Allegiant never updated the departure time for 569 to reflect the additional two hour delay.) It wasn't until I called that it got updated and when I called I had to point out that the airplane hadn't even left Vegas and Allegiant was still showing an 8:50 departure time. It also took the reservation agent over 20 minutes to get any information about what was going on. Lastly each and every time I call I was on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes before being able to speak to a person"

Pros: "Crew was nice"
Cons: "No wifi"

Pros: "They offered a direct flight from Cincinnati to Austin. The price was good, even though they charge for carry on."
Cons: "They land at the Austin airport, kind of. Once we landed they took us to a Remote terminal which required waiting for a bus to fill up and then take you back to the actual airport. There was no quick way for the bus to return and it has to drive for 15 to 20 minutes to get to the main airport. I took 1 complete hour from when I landed to when I got in my car in lot D."

Cons: "First they delayed the flight and then they cancelled the day of and I had to book a whole new flight for the day which was costly. I will never recommend that airline to anyone and I wanted to like it since I looked at their website and it looked very military friendly, but it was just disappointing"

Pros: "Quick boarding with priority access Friendly staff"
Cons: "Unclear boarding instructions. Both flights roundtrip were delayed about an hour. Wasn't advised of seat changes and reasons why. Mobile passes were unavailable due to a system issue gate attendants had to check manually. Bring own snacks or eat before flight and provide your own entertainment. Seats not reclining are uncomfortable. Not suitable for someone with back issues. First flight was uncomfortably cold return flight was uncomfortably hot."

Pros: "Well, it was a somewhat inexpensive flight out of a convenient terminal."
Cons: "I say somewhat cheap, because by the time they ala carte everything, it's not so cheap anymore. As in no longer cheap enough to justify the bare bones service. The flight attendants are basically candy salespeople. I typically need help putting things in the overhead bin, but the flight attendant actually told me it wasn't her job. That indeed may be the airline's bad policy, but she also thought her way of expressing it was appropriate, which it is not. That has to come straight from the top. Also, what kinda janky airline doesn't serve complementary water. Probably the biggest deal though was that my flight was delayed for 2 hours both ways due to a maintenance issue. I know air travel is fairly safe, but given the track record of both Allegiant and Airbus, I was a little worried during the flights. Even though this particular route is convenient for me, I'm going to avoid Allegiant."

Pros: "The idea of a more competitive airfare. New South terminal in Austin is nice. Parking is cheaper. Food truck and outdoor seating are nice."
Cons: "No wifi. No entertainment options. You have to pay for snacks and regular drinks- even water."

Pros: "Nothing about this flight experience was good, with the exception of my overpriced hummus and crackers."
Cons: "Boarding was slow and archaic. Once we were all finally seated they came through 3 times with a paper trying to figure out who wasn't on board. As we taxied towards the runway a lady who felt dizzy coming on board threw up. The crew was obviously panicked and unorganized. We taxied back to our gate and waited for LA Fire for. to escort the ill lady off and clean the area. While waiting to taxi out the second time the flight attended, Tyeesha, was very rude to an elderly gent. He was seated in an exit row and she didn't think him capable. The lady on the aisle of my row volunteered to switch and Tyeesha' s response was a sharp, "Do you want to pay the higher price too?" When the lady next to me said she would gladly pay Tyeesha announced loudly that this discussion was between the two of them and everyone else needed to mind their own business. The lady offering to switch was really embarrassed, as was the elderly gent. Someone else was made to switch with him. They looked disgruntled too. In the air all the flight attendants were sharp and very direct. There were no please or thank you's used. Trash was collected silently and mostly with pointing. The armrest to my left had five flavors of chewed gum stuck to the side of it. My lap tray had grey and yellow sticky stuff on it and I chose to hold my food rather than let the two touch. The floors were untidy. The only reason I will ever fly Allegiant again is if I have no other options. It is 60 minutes closer to my house than SLC and I will be making the drive from now on."

Pros: "The prices are good. Anything additional (food, overhead carry on space) is an additional cost but this is how they make the tickets cheaper for people who don't need extras."

Pros: "Low cost, great service, arrived 20 min early"
Cons: "Seats were kinda tight but I'm sort of used to that"

Pros: "Easy boarding, smooth flight, quick cart service, fast flying"
Cons: "Seats are so small I was window seat with two men who were jammed up so uncomfortably in their seats I felt bad. I was cramped cause they had no choice but to spill over in my seat. I understand safety is important but unless the plane is in middle of taking off or landing, or horrible turbulence anyone should be able to use the bathroom. We had landed and were just sitting and waiting on a gate to open. My fellow travler happened to be on her period n was told No she could not use the bathroom. After the 3rd time of her being sent back I got up with her and a tampon in hand n told the staff they had no choice she was using that bathroom. Of course they had to phone the captain and ask for permission which he ok it, but seriously , what are we supposed to do just sit in our blood. That was not cool."

Cons: "Leg space tight. Seat didn't recline. They said the maximum width on the under seat personal item is 7 inches but space is big enough for wider than that. I felt that was misleading."

Cons: "I paid more to be upfront so I could get off plane faster but there was no room in overhead because people had put their carry on and personal items. I also didn't like that drinks weren't complimentary, especially beings that it was a 3 hour flight."

Cons: "Landing in Austin and having to walk down a wet slippery ramp and then across the tarmac in a thunderstorm ... got VERY wet . How about a cover ?"

Cons: "The staff at Ft Lauderdale airport was not customer focused. They were disorganized and rude. My friend paid $5 for his ticket to be printed and, at the very least, they should refund that. I'll never fly Allegiant again."

We had a party of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) our seating was split sporadically, the 2 adults were split and placed in two different rows next to 2 other single individuals. The 2 children were placed in the back rows. Same rows next time!!!"

Cons: "The upgrade standby list was never cleared. My production assistant was number 1 in line for an upgrade and didn’t get it because someone at DEN forgot to do their job."
