All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.

The plane we were on had more leg room than your average flight. Also the backs of the chair were very tall, leaving even mpre head room perfect for tall people . I fly a lot and sometimes my knees hit the seat in front of me or when they recline it shoves the tray to close to you. Not on this flight there was enough room for me to lay back in the seat had the adjustable headrest that went up and down and also curved in to hold your head from falling on your neighbor next to you. Love the fact they had the USB plug-in in front of you. And the crew constantly kept coming through to empty trash and offer beverages. The plane was clean bathrooms in front and back of the airplane. Over all quiet engine and we were above the wings. Temperature good."

I was traveling with someone who was hearing impaired so we were unaware of that they were getting ready to board. The electronic TV monitor wasn't updating to say boarding to notify people that would be helpful for the hearing impaired. Or--if a crew member is muffled on the announcement or talks too fast you can't understand or know what's going on. The most frustrating thing for me and my daughter we were both expecting to use Delta online entertainment. There are no monitor screens in the seats in front of us on this plane. So we were able to use our phones, but it would not download and once It finally downloaded we couldn't upload any of the movies. Connection speed way too slow. The warning said there were too many people on it at that time. Also I like it when they offer free headphones for people that don't have them. An example that would benefit people that don't want to listen to loud people on the plane or babies that are crying."

That way if aisle seats fill first, seated people are not stepping back into the aisle to accommodate others needing to get a seat in that row, while everyone on the gang way must wait for the aisle to clear."

Well turns out they make you jump through so many hoops that your travel insurance fee is useless. I sent a letter to Allianz (the company that handles the travel insurance) and blasted them for their insensitivity in a difficult time. Going forward, I will not be purchasing travel insurance in the future. It may sound irrational but if you think about it, travel insurance is the tax on gullible people. You hear travel insurance and one assumes that if you spend the extra money on the insurance and something comes up, you can at least get much of your money back. Don't count on it! It's a 1/1000 chance they will do the right thing so the odds are not in people's favor. If you want to be smart, use the money you would have spent on travel insurance on some pre flight cocktails at the airport bar. Air travel is hellish enough without scams like Allianz!"
Cons: "Leg room/space BA offers is calculated for short and small body frame passengers and it is on not acceptable. It feels like cattle Wagon. BA should show consideration for real passengers not some sort of statistical average. I am 6'4" and sitting in your plane's cabin inflicts hours of body pain. The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?"

Their company had poor coordination especially at the Austin airport about baggage location and recovery. I will never use frontier again, I'll spend the extra $150 for more reputable and respectable airline."

Cons: "No notice was given that our gate had changed, a terminal announcement was not made nor did the app update to reflect the new gate. On top of this gate change the original gate we were to depart from was unsure of our new location and did not call to tell the new gate we were on our way. The time of the flight was also moved up by more than 60 minutes with again, no notification. There were 7 of us standing at the counter trying to work with Frontier to allow us on the plane or to reschedule our flights but we were told we would not be able to get another flight out for at least 2 days and that it is not their problem the other gate didn't actually call and that they are not required to provide notification on gate changes or departure times. I ended up rebooking on American which was more than accommodating and even held the door to ensure my husband and I were able to make the last flight home for that same night."

The flight attendants were doing the bare minimum. And when asked a question they were not helpful and also didn't seem to care about the comfort of the passengers. Several of the overhead lamps on this plane were out. Even though we had to wait on the plane for over an hour before departing, no drinks were offered (unless you wanted to pay for them). I think there are things that can be done to make an experience more enjoyable even when things are not great. Like offering a free soft drink to passengers as they wait etc. Being cheerful can go a long way, and we weren't getting that from this Frontier crew."

You talk about cheap and greedy. The flight back from Denver was even worse as it was running almost an hour and a half behind, then they switched gates, and after finally boarding at the other gate, we sat at the boarding gate for over an hour, with very little contact or explanation from the crew, not even offering passengers a drink of water."

When I called both Kayak and Spirit, I was told “sorry but there will be no refunds or credits issued! Talk about a total waste of my time and money. It’s too bad that given the circumstances of total exhaustion and frustration of trying to get to my destination of LA that out of desperation I accidentally booked a flight for the correct date but the wrong month.
