The flight was delayed with an hour.."

Also, the entertainment system didn't properly work until rebooted, but flight attendants could not be contacted to get this done timely (cannot call attendants through a non-functional screen). Another concern is the noise level of the cabin, but it's mostly due to passengers."

I lost my $170 hotel room, over $70 for taxis and ended up spending the night on the floor at Schipol. I do not think I'll ever use Kayak again. The travel guarantee is a joke too."

My experience, like my previous Delta experiences was absolutely enjoyable. From the quick boarding, super friendly gate agents, and flight crew, to the free on board entertainment, Delta has won me over once again. Oh and did I mention how great it is to board a flight, relax and watch a good movie, take a small nap, and deplane at your destination! Awesome!!"

Unfortunately because of this my father missed seeing his friends and family who he has not seen in over 40 years for a reunion. We never received notification that anything was wrong with the flight and we were given the run around for 2 hours until they realized it was their fault and we missed the flight. Then they just offered a refund. In my opinion they were overbooked and did this on purpose, because it could have been resolved in minutes. I am disappointed with all parties involved including Kayak because of not notifying us of a problem. Thanks for ruining possibly the last time my father would be able to see his family and friends."

Food was barely edible. Paid extra for roomier seats on one leg, making it more comfortable, but were extremely tight on another leg which had many empty seats scattered throughout the cabin. Cabin attendants seemed more interested in pushing items that generated revenue than providing the ones that came with the ticket (which is never cheap to begin with)."

So we did, but their earliest we could get us into Chicago was 9:30pm (original arrival was 2pm). We booked the arrangements only to find out that our original flight took off at 10:55 and American didn't even attempt to contact us. The cherry on top was that our flight (which was indirect through SFO) got delayed and we're now going to miss our connection in SFO. So currently looking at 10:30pm arrival in Chicago."

Pros: "The flight from the Denver leg to Des Moines was great. The crew was exceptionally friendly, especially the stewardess. I really loved taking the smaller plane into Des Moines. It made the boarding and deboarding go very quickly. In the future when traveling to destinations outside of a major hub, I will look for flights with smaller planes. It was an incredibly pleasant flight experience."

The gate agent messed up out seat assignments and put 2 of us in the same seat and then a airline attendant on the plane was so rude and condescending to the few of us on the plane about the seat confusion that again was not the passengers fault but United. I am trying to track down her name to file a formal complaint. She made a remark that was disrespectful to people not being able to "read" correctly, she was very rude. Also on our return flight it is not showing our seat assignments. Very poor experience with United. I will go back to Alaska and SW airlines before choosing them again."

Both of us have had so many issues with our flights being delayed with no real explanation, apology, or compensation for our inconvenience. This most recent time I was supposed to get to my destination by 8 am and didn’t end up getting in until after 6 pm. The time before I was delayed for 12 hours before they finally decided to cancel the flight. You REALLY cannot expect anything. It’s a cheap flight and absolutely nothing more. You also get charged for every tiny little thing- including your carry on. My fiancé and I have never completely written off an entire company before but we will truly never fly Frontier again. I’d rather pay double the price to fly with a different airline than save a couple dollars and fly with Frontier. Good riddance."

This was in the middle of the night (I arrived at 12:15 AM) when the airport was empty. There was no one in line at the TSA security checkpoint (I know: I looked). Forty minutes was more than enough time for me to get through security and walk to my gate. Very disappointed in Frontier."

Soda is 1.99 for an 8 oz can. -no tv, no headphone jack in the arm rest."

You have to pay to reserve a seat (any seat) otherwise they can separate your family on the plane. You have to pay for drinks (even water) no matter how long your flight. You don't get a free carry on bag and if you don't book the bag before you get to the airport it can cost you north of 45$ to check it. The accommodations themselves were not great. The chairs have no cushioning, don't recline, are so close together that I couldn't cross my legs, and the tray table is 4 inches wide and couldn't even hold my laptop. The flight attendants on both flights were extremely rude and ran into me with the drink cart twice. One of the flight attendants when asked if the AC would be turned on since the flight was pretty warm asked if the woman wasn't just having hot flashes. She was upset tingly abrasive. The flight was delayed on the Tarmac for over an hour because the team couldn't load the baggage on the flight. The flight team didn't give us any explanation of the delay beyond that, they didn't update is on the expected time delay and they never apologized for the delay. When we did finally get going the flight crew was very rude with asking people to sit back down. Worst of all was that after all of that they lost my luggage. Despite a 2 hour layover and 1 hour delay at the gate specifically because they weren't done loading the luggage Frontier couldn't manage to get my luggage from gate 42 to gate 44... The whole experience was awful. I would never fly with them again no matter how cheap the ticket."

No free snacks or drink on the flight either. Frontier needs to be more transparent with their pricing and take a lesson from an airline like Alaska that gives free beer and wine on their flights. Their website is very difficult to use on an iPhone and the only option is to print the boarding pass - not to email it or add it to passbook. I do not have a printer so I had to download the frontier app in order to avoid printing at the airport. It is clear that Frontier Airlines is pushing the bounds of "calculated misery""
Cons: "My flight was cancelled and there was no effort to get me onto another flight any sooner than they possibly had to. When they finally did get me on a flight a day and a half later instead of an hour layover I had a 9 hour layover and when I asked if it was possible to get on an earlier flight I was given attitude and treated very rudely and dismissed in spite of how polite I was. In addition to getting in two days late and coming in at 3am, my luggage was lost and there was no one who could assist me in the entire airport and when I called their customer service I was eventually hung up on, after sitting on the phone for 15 minutes, as it was after hours. When I did get a hold a representative the next day they were very put out that I didn't want to make the two hour drive to the airport to get my luggage and instead wanted it delivered. Worst experience I've ever had after many years of heavy travelling. Absolutely terrible."
