Nothing. I'm not happy with this airline. Thought I'd try out frontier and again disappointed.
Frontier never alerted me until I got to hr gate that my flight had been cancelled. Airport monitors and website was not updated, until boarding until flight attendant announce cancelled flight. Nothing was available for me to fly out and nothing offered to help find a flight with other airline or hotel stay or rents stay. Frontier does not have customer service support and obviously doesn't care for their customers.

Everything other than Jody. It would take too long to type everything that went bad. Nothing was good, crappy check in, flights got delayed on Saturday and Sunday and they told me the next flight they could get me on was 4 days later. They do not have the ability to catch up from weather delays. SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS.
Prices are decent and everything is a la carte. Crew was accommodating and had more food options than other airlines.
Had to pay $35 to bring a laptop bag? Absurd. Also paid extra for front row believing that it was first class however first class did not exist on this flight. Took almost an hour to drop off my bag even with the online check-in. Because of this alone I will be avoiding Frontier unless I have no checked baggage.
Clean plane and on time performance. But the seats are borderline criminally uncomfortable. They are paper thin with cushions that are only cushions in an academic sense. And there is no head bolster so if you nod off your head will be flopping about like a fish on a dock.
