Cons: 2 flights were cancelled & The customer service was horriible and My wife and I didn't receive the 200$ voucher for next flight we were promised, just all around pissed

Pros: We paid for extra leg room but did not receive it. Our complaint to the staff was dismissed without a care. We will be taking our business to Alaska Airlines in the future.

Pros: tCrew was good. On one side of airplane in main cabin, bathroom was twice size of normal airplane bathrooms. This was welcome.

Cons: Seats were reasonable.

Cons: Our flight was late, and we had a sick passenger and had to wait until they leave however many of us had connecting flights in which we missed. The flight attendant should have allowed the one's connecting a flight leave first.

Cons: An officious crew who said they had a 'seat belt detector' to tell if people's seatbelts were fastened. A late flight... with lies about the reason for the delay.

Cons: Getting off the plane my stroller wasn’t there. Then I was directed to 3 different places before I could find it near the baggage area. The reason I had the stroller... to help me Navigate an airport with little children. Totally defeated the purpose. Never again frontier. You all suck

Pros: Jody. She was an attendant and was super nice and friendly

Cons: Everything other than Jody. It would take too long to type everything that went bad. Nothing was good, crappy check in, flights got delayed on Saturday and Sunday and they told me the next flight they could get me on was 4 days later. They do not have the ability to catch up from weather delays. SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS.

Pros: I didn't like anything about this flight except the gate agent was trying to be friendly. Everything else was horrible. We were 7 hors late leaving, and I wasn't given enough of a food voucher to even buy a salad at a fast food restaurant.

Cons: A few more dollars for a meal voucher since we were 7 hours delayed.

Cons: Before boarding mention that passengers have to go to their assigned seat.

Cons: We were really cold the entire flight. Felt like 60 degrees in there. Not comfortable, no blankets provided for a long, cold flight

Cons: Long lines at check-in. Wasn't told the flight was delayed 8 hours until 30 minutes before the flight. Then was given conflicting information about flight times. Once boarded we sat for another 30 minutes after the plane was full.

Cons: Everything else. Most uncomfortable seats ever with the smallest tray tables known to man. Also, absolutely no screens or movies.

Pros: The 2 flight attendants who continued to work this flight were amazing. The gate agent in Phoenix was also great.

Cons: The flight was extremely cold. Coming from Mexico to LA we didn't have jackets / blankets on us but it would have been very helpful for this flight. Deplaning at LAX was ridiculous. We stood on the tarmac outside the plane inside a glass tube for 20-25 minutes with no information waiting for a bus.

Cons: I'm shocked Frontier charges individually and at tiered rates for: Carry on bags Checked bags Seats selection Food Water Just wait, they'll be issuing credits for a bathroom break based on good behavior soon. Shocking practices deserve shocking responses. I'll only use Frontier in a very bad bind.

Pros: Prices are decent and everything is a la carte. Crew was accommodating and had more food options than other airlines.

Cons: Had to pay $35 to bring a laptop bag? Absurd. Also paid extra for front row believing that it was first class however first class did not exist on this flight. Took almost an hour to drop off my bag even with the online check-in. Because of this alone I will be avoiding Frontier unless I have no checked baggage.

Pros: The young man who finally boarded passengers after multiple delays stayed very calm and profession and communicated clearly to expedite our boarding process.

Cons: Everything. We had three gate changes and an hour delay. Frontier communicated these changes terribly. The seats were painfully uncomfortable. No beverages available on the flight unless you paid. The entire A concourse of DIA seemed full of angry Frontier passengers. The customer service was packed

Cons: Paying $200 for baggage was a rip off. Having to claim baggage and recheck in Chicago was ridiculous. Getting unchecked from our flight because we arrived too early is beyond belief.

Cons: The experience was poor due to a flight delay that would have resulted in a missed connection. This resulted in a very negative effect because I won't be able to make an important business meeting.

Cons: Missed the flight due to the sheer unhelpfulness and incompetence of the gate personnel. They would not let me board, since I was about 10 minutes late. THEN THE PLANE WAS DELAYED FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS!!! I was stranded in NY, overnight, and had to pay hundreds of dollars for a train ticket and a cab.

Cons: I upgraded to Premium+ and it did not feel like an upgrade from a comfortability standpoint.
