Three hour flight so snacks and basic drinks unless you pre buy as usual. Didn’t do my emtertainment as was tired after 23 hours of travel. You have to use your own device on US flights if travelers aren’t aware so if you only use your cell phone that can be small. Crew are great.

It was very good. I love flying with Alaska air.

It was very comfortable. Personal entertainment screens would, of course, have been nice. And the flight in Seattle was delayed, but... things happen. All in all, I like Alaska Airlines very much.

Worst part is being squashed in a seat ( I am not fat) and unable To get comfortable

Disappointed that there were no TV screens to watch a movie on the six hour flight. Disappointed that the plane did not have the right adapter to connect my phone and my iPad and charge them.

The kiosk for check in/bag check in. I liked the older version where you did everything on the kiosk (check in and bag tags). This time I needed to use my phone to check in and then scan the ticket from my phone to complete the bag tags. I didn't care for this new method. The older method was simpler.

Small dirty plane for a 5 and1/2 hr flight. No food no entertainment

Delayed 4 hours fir maintenance. Had to cancel and fly with a different airlines.

Robert the flight attendant in first class made my first ever first class experience worth every dollar.

Cross country flight ... there was no entertainment system... for any flight over 4 hours there should be some entertainment. There were 2 drink and cookie services only (which is ok, but not special)
