Cons: "The flight announcer at the beginning of the flight was super unprofessional. They kept having to stop their script in order to laugh and giggle. Had I not already know how to do the safety procedures, I wouldn't have learned it from him. The seat belt barely fit me. Now, to be fair, I am fat. But, when I had to suck in to belt in, there was no slack on the end. The seat 31C has a busted aux port. I tried to watch a movie, first off the closed captioning didn't work. So I tried to listen. The aux port wiggled in it's casing and there was so much static that there was no point in listening. The off boarding process was very slow and uncoordinated. I understand that they have to off board in a certain order. However, the flight announcer could have kept the rest of the plane updated on the process. Instead we had to sit in claustrophobic silence and fidget while the line of passengers in the aisle did not move."

Pros: "JetBlue is always my airline of choice. Everyone is professional and friendly. Departure gate was changed 3 times and flight was delayed almost an hour. Staff was right on top of things at all times. Announcements were clear and accurate. Updates were frequent and informative."
Cons: "I usually pay to check my carry on size bag, I'm too short and the bag is too heavy to lift into the overhead bin. Oftentimes I have 3 carry on items so checking the bag is necessary. What I don't like is at the gate the agents ask for volunteers to have their carry on bag checked for FREE due to limited overhead space. If there was no fee to check bags, perhaps there wouldn't be so many people bringing their bags into the cabin, leaving overhead bins free for smaller carry on items and less congestion in the aisles."

I was informed by anAA employee they the connection is frequently missed due to similar problems. 2. Flight attendants and gate agents will bankrupt the airline with their horrible attitude. - they should be fired."

I received errors when trying to access gogoinflight on my tablet, even when I had the most updated app. Therefore I was unable to use the app during my flight to Philadelphia. Also, when checking in from our original departure location, MCO, we were not provided our boarding pass or luggage tags for our final destination, Barcelona, only to our connecting flight, Philadelphia. The connecting flight was delayed in MCO for an 1 hour and a half, after we have boarded the plane. So we waited in the plane for the whole hour and half while a maintenance issue was being resolved. The delay almost cost us to be late for our final flight to Barcelona. Since we were not given our boarding passes for PHL to BCL it caused confusion when trying to board our plane in PHL to Barcelona, and also caused for our baggage to not arrive with the flight. After landing, we spent an additional 2 hours at the Airport going through customs, and waiting on line for the lost and found desk for baggage in Barcelona. The lost and found desk had three agents available to assist, however we can only talk to one which was designated specifically for American Airlines. This caused a very long wait time of 1 hour. We were advised the bags stayed in Phildelaphia since they did not have the additional luggage tags, and will not arrive till the next day. Overall the experience within the Airport kiosks, service desks, and baggage check in' s was not a pleasant experience. I believe many of these issues could have been avoided if the American Airlines agents were more knowledgeable and attentive."

(For example, there was a new delay announcement at 8:00 for a flight scheduled to leave at 7:58). Oh and yes, the Wifi wouldn't connect and the food was stale ... so I left, and found a very nice sofa in the concourse. On the flight, service was non-existent, whoever was in the galley was clattering things about, despite the fact that this is a short red-eye flight ... the coffee was awful. The steward forgot to give me my coat and I had to ask twice AFTER we landed and were leaving the plane to get it. By contrast, Lufthansa has daybeds and a special quiet area to snooze, and offer pillows and blankets. Clearly, the Germans are louche compared to Americans."

I got to Boston 5 hours after I had intended to with no ability to give my rid from the airport any info for when I would be getting off the plane. The whole time dance moms rotated between a different show but must have come on 3 times with no ability to shut the screen off and take a nap. No compensation was offered in any way."

Then I compared the tickets, both the time, but from Frontier Airlines was cheaper then I stayed with frontier and cancel the other reservation from Spirit Airlines the next day I see frontier airlines also cancelled that reservation and I had to rebook another ticket for 496$, the price went up, then I had to pay 187$ extra, IT WAS A FRAUD JOB FROM FRONTIER AIRLINES, I can prove everything above with the receipts and the dates on it, the worse experience I had"

Faulty/broken arm rest. Flight attendants slightly rude/short with passengers. Initially, the flight was cheaper but ended up being the same cost as every other airline once all the additional charges were added. What I thought was a positive for this airline quickly became a negative outcome."

I didn't expect the best accomidations compared with a major airline. But for a budget airline, I'm actually surprised and happy that there was a straight flight from MCO to STL. I couldn't find other airlines with a straight flight. I also loved how helpful the ticketing personel and boarding employee helped me out and answered some of my concerns. They were super polite and quick to help. They also had a very relaxed/laid back attitude I liked."
Cons: "I understand it's a budget airlines, but I didn't like the fact that you aren't allowed a carry-on item unless you purchase one. Most other airlines would allow one free carry-on and one free personal item. Due to this, I didn't get to pack as much as I needed for my trip. And also, it was not informed that guest had to pay for a carry-on. I was lucky enough to call the hq a day before my flight. It just so happened to be one of my concerning questions. The flight attendants were overall okay, but there were some instances that I felt they were incompetent but also not as thorough. I had trash to throw away and they passed me 3 times before I was able to throw it away. Plus I turned on my assistance light so they would come pick it up, but it took them a good 15/20 minutes to finally check in me and by that time my trash was already picked up. The seats and trays aren't as comfortable as I hoped. And I get it's a budget airlines, but that's also the reason why my flight was less comfortable or entertaining."

Cons: "It was a tough day due to weather delays and cancellations, but the airport crew was overwhelmed and failed to control the massive crowd. At one point, service members started calling out destinations and it became a free for all. Passengers jumped over each other and across the ropes to cut in front. Elderly and children were pushed aside. At the gate, it was announced "in 15 minutes, we will ask passengers needing help to board", followed immediately by another crew member "we are already boarding all passengers!", then right back to the first crew "we are not boarding yet, we will start boarding in 15 minutes". Confusion! Departure was listed on time, but we really left 40 minutes late."
Pros: "I specifically loved all of the crew members on my flights to Orlando and back home. They gave me a few good laughs with their jokes and funny expressions. Another great factor of using Frontier is that they keep you up to schedule with your flight by sending you emails from the morning of until your flight departs to insure you don't miss a gate change or flight delays."
Cons: "The only downfall of using this airline is that the customer is not informed before hand that you have to pay an additional, but small, cost to choose your seat. The customer is also charged for a carry on unlike some other airlines who allow 1 free carry on."

It did add an extra $80 to my total expenses but considering how cheap my round trip flight was, it was by no means a problem. The crew on both flights was extremely nice. On both flights we arrived at our destination a little early. I got water at one point and was definitely not charged for it. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be using Frontier Airlines again."

Gate check tag for stroller was attached and claim check received. Stroller was loaded at MCO. Upon arrival in BOS none of the 4 gate checked strollers were located and brought to the waiting parents. We were then told by ground crew there were no gate checked items ragged and the strollers were put on baggage carousel. 20 mins after all bags were claimed there were still no strollers. Crew at baggage claim was notified and without letting us know what she was doing she walked away from the 4 sets of parents. She returned saying she didn't see them out back. We were asked to fill out lost luggage forms. As we began filling the forms the strollers came down the baggage claim without explanation of why no one could find them. Each one had the neon green gate check tag visible. This delay of almost 40 minutes caused me to miss my scheduled bus with a cranky infant."

Pros: "There was absolutely nothing to like about my experience with Spirit airlines. They are out to take your money, the staff is very unprofessional at check in, poorly spoken, unsophisticated. The fact that they charge you $55 for a checked bag and $52 for a carry on is absurd. Everything from start to finish is a scam. I felt like I was on a very old plane, no reclining, space was minimal, no media outlets for music or any kind of movies."
