Pros: "The crew was very nice."
Cons: "The passenger sitting next to me took up half my seat and I was not offered a seat change."
Cons: "My seat’s tv wasn’t working. Also, controls on the seat for radio, channels, etc. didn’t work."

Pros: "The seat was ok. The crew was very good."
Cons: "Why should I have to buy food and headphones when I bought a ticket through Icelandair that was Business Class?"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Plane to JFK cancelled. Jet Blue blocked ticket next day at 6am for China Southern. Spent additional $120 in transportation so I could leave home at 2am. Then when at JFK had to get a ticket at desk after an hour walking and being in line and after strong protest for they were not going to give me a"
Pros: "Great legroom. Got in a bit early which was fantastic. Appreciated a mid-flight update from the pilot."
Cons: "Earphone jack did not work so I couldn’t listen to any movies or shows — shouldn’t sell a seat on a 5 hour flight if entertainment isn’t working. Plane also felt like it could have been cleaner."
Cons: "Flight crew had to be switched out. Delayed a few hours-very little communication regarding delay."
Pros: "Decent airfare and a standard domestic flight. Nothing to complain about. Stewardess was super friendly."
Cons: "Nothing really comes to mind. Everything was fine."
Pros: "Everyone was friendly and kind. The flight was on-time."
Cons: "Nothing to complain about."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Three delays. From takeoff time of 9:50 to 10:40 to 11:23 to 12:05. The ostensible delay was the incoming plane, which landed before 10 PM but - lo and behold, it was an international flight, surely something we didnt know when it took off - it went to gate 94 and had to be cleared blah blah blah. Each delay was predictable and JetBlue could easily have simply informed the passengers that we would be delayed 90-120 minutes rather than stringing us along with bite sized delays with insipid explanations. If there was really anything to JetBlues "award winning customer service" I would imagine they would have not insulted everyone's intelligence and been honest about the delays - which pushed arrival time to 2 am. I travel a good bit - three or four times a month - but cant remember the last time I flew JetBlue. JetBlue will certainly be right there with Frontier and Allegiant on airlines I'll seek to avoid. I dont know if it was just base level incompetence or if they dialed it up for the occasion, but it was on full display for the holidays."
