Pros: The car was good; reliable and no problems.

Cons: It was so hard to get to talk to anyone because of phone problems at Hertz.. When we returned the car during regular business hours, it would have been good to get to talk to someone and know the exact final charge for the car rental. However, the final charge was exactly what we expected.
