My reasonably priced $200 plane ticket became a $340 plane ticket once I realized there are no options but to either pay for my luggage or vacation naked. Also I was charged one price on my departing flight and a different price on my return flight for my luggage. When I asked why I was told the prices changed that very week. How convenient for your airline and nobody else."

This was a terrible inconvenience. I have never experienced anything like this by any other airline. I have no idea why they did not just leave it off to the side (like every other airline does)."

I did not like how they try to shove the frontier airlines credit card down your throat. The food was boring, expensive, and, oh yeah, I had to buy it. There was absolutely no entertainment which made flying the worst."

Everything on Frontier flights is extra whuch means you're not really saving any money by using them. These are not budget flights, just uncomfortable ones."

My fault for not checking into it a little more, but it was a whirlwind trip to move my daughter and the travel was Spartan but necessary."

The boarding was easy and fast but the line for bag drop off was TERRIBLE need to change this process.

Passengers should be removed from the plane if the delay is going to be over 30 minutes that way they can take care of their personal needs and stretch. Water and a snack should be offered if the delay is over 30 minutes. Telling passengers you do not give anything for free and then refusing them water after turning off the air conditioner is really bad. Also, when reloading the same protocal of calling for children, disabled, and zones should be followed. I had to tell the manager to do this. He just told the whole crowd to line up which created a hostile mess."

Pilot said this would take 5 minutes. the whole experience with Spirit Airlines was a disaster. i plan to look elsewhere in future flights."

That’s an extra $100 that could have been used to purchase a flat rate flight through Kayak. • You can only pay with a card, you can barely use cash Flight • Seating was too tight, no room to stretch out • Snacks even the minimum was expensive. $4 for a 4 oz of juice with ice and more • When descending for landing the pilot circled around for a full hour- first we were over the incorrect airport then when we arrived at the correct airport there was too much air traffic to land right away. Between the surprise fees I did not budget for and the extra GS expenses, along with everything else, I will not ride Soirit Airlines again."

Also, Spirit forces people to sign up for an account to get e-boarding pass. This was not the case with my AA flight the previous day. Tray tables were on a spring so anytime the person behind my lifted it, it snapped and startled me as I was trying to sleep. Crew did not make curtsy announcement asking parents of children to silence electronic devices so there was lots of kid music, beeping, and general noise that even my earbuds couldn't cancel out."

Felt annoyed that they gave me a hard time about paying them cash. No where on the website does it say credit cards only. Also the seats were small and did not recline. On my return trip they changed the gate 2 mins before boarding and I had to run to catch the flight. I would not recommend."

I was just sitting there and I think he was stretching back into my long legs. Really, there was nothing I could do because there was no room to move my legs out of his way. And the airline DIDNT EVEN OFFER WATER! And let's not forget that we weren't told ahead of time they charge for carry-on bags, so our affordable tickets went up $110 in cost. I will never fly Spirit again."
Cons: "2hrs late departing because of air traffic? I don't believe them. I saw a repair van on the tarmac. Seats are packed in VERY close and they don't recline. There's so little padding in the seat that you can feel the metal frame, so you're very uncomfortable. They sell everything they serve including water. There are no monitors so tv or movies are not even an option. Flight crew doesn't say good-bye, thank you or anything as you exit craft. I'm not sure what the attendants do other than offer to sell you water and tell you what you can and cannot do on their plane. They try to shame you into paying for your carry on and paying to book a seat, calling the seat they assign you "random" like they'll put you in the bathroom or out on the wing. When you get to the airport, you find the approved size for your included personal item is the size of your carry on. They don't check to see who paid for their carry on so only suckers paid. We will never ever fly Spirit!"

Cons: "First my flight was canceled do to " weather conditions" even though all other airlines were flying out to the same city. When I asked for help the desk attendant said I can look on my phone for available flights. So I didn't feel like the staffed cared at all. The flight back went without a delay but the airplane felt very cramped and with no entertainment to distract us from our 4 hour flight. When I did finally order a coffee and muffin the flight attendant staired at me like I wasn't speaking English. And passed everything to me 1 by 1 in the most awkward uncomfortable way. I don't know how exactly to describe it but it was incredibly strange and not very professional. Over all I won't be flying with this airline again."
Pros: "I almost missed my flight, last one out of MCO that night (due to the horrible customer service of Norwegian Air) and your team did everything in their power to help me get there. I also had to leave my luggage with customs to make it, and your girl Ebony in baggage claim in ATL got it back to me in a day! You guys turned a truly frustrating situation with Norwegian into a smooth transition. Thank you so much!"

Then the flight from Vegas to New Orleans was delayed 2 hrs at 2pm then site 2 hrs at 5pm until it was finally canceled at 10pm. After I spent 3.5 hrs standing in line I was re-booked a non direct flight the next day with another airline,and they put me up in a hotel for 2hours until my next day of flying to Denver, Houston, and then new Orleans. I was originally supposed to arrive in new Orleans via a direct flight Sunday night but ended up not reaching my final destination until Tuesday afternoon."

The steward woke me up at midnight to ask if I wanted to purchase a coke. My return flight was delayed all day then canceled. Services were less than professional and filled with hidden fees."

Spirit airlines must hire anyone to work in customer service, they must not care. I asked to talk to a manager and the guy at the counter said it would be an hour. Told him I would wait. A couple minutes later some guy (not sure if he really was the manager) was rude as well while talking to him. I've never traveled with Spirit. One of the workers later in the day after I told her my experience so far told me whispering "a lot of people don't like Spirit Airlines". Umm, hello? You know you have a bad reputation?!?!? Worst experience ever traveling. Makes you appreciate the real airlines. I don't think this airline is going to last. It'll save people a lot of headaches if they don't."
