Your food is AWEFUL! For Premium Economy this was the WORST FOOD EVER - salad and tomatoes were all spoiled, "chicken" was awful and burnt. This is the WORST FOOD of ANY AIRLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! horrible
Terrible Initial delay for almost an hour before boarding and departing in Seattle. Then a “customary” wait on the tarmac in Newark after landing for half an hour. I call it customary because it happens almost every time I land in Newark. I do t know if it’s Newark or United airline but it’s a travesty . I use Newark because it’s closer than jfk to where I live but am strongly considering switching because of extremely poor in time performance and Condé and delay after landing

It got us to our destinations pretty well but the flight from Dulles to Newark was the size of a school bus or less and the flight to Israel was better but premium seats are way tooo expensive and necessary. The seat cushions in economy plus are virtually nonexistent. The service was minimal. There was a noticeable absence of beverage service, including nonalcoholic beverages. The flight to Israel was my mos on time flight to Israel ever. The pilot talked too much, though, especially yelling instructions at everyone.
Great, my mom's flight was cancelled last min and the next day was my wedding day. The customer service and the desk at the airport did everything possible to get my mom on the soonest flight and she could make it to my wedding. Thank you
It was soooo hot I was sweating even at altitude. I know you want people to sleep, but keeping it that hot is stupid!

How would you rate my experience when I was stuck in YOW without being offered a cup of water by the airline?
Was 4 1/2 hours delayed. No food options, poor entertainment and cramped seats made worse by people in front reclining while we could not as in back row.
The check in computers were difficult to use, we waited a long time to get off the flight and the food was terrible on the outgoing flight.
We arrived at the airport 2 1/2 hours early and barely made our flight due to a 90 minute wait to check our bag
My outbound flight was incredible... Milan to Chicago. The crew worked so well together. Each passenger felt spoiled and incredibly valued. The crew on this flight was fine. Nothing to complain specifically about but could not give top rating only because of the superior crew, hospitality, warmth we felt on the first flight. Unfortunately. You managed to lose my luggage ..my only piece checked in. Lost in Copenhagen so I had the added stress, time wasted to file the report. To make things worse, Italian rail decided to strike that Sunday so I could not take the train as planned back to Switzerland. Horrible waiting time and poor communication for boarding substitution bus. The substition bus to the town of Stabio did not run on time and was late about 40 minutes.
It was difficult to order a children's meal via online or the SAS app. Otherwise, flight crew and experience was great
Had my knees pushed by the airline chair the whole flight and the SAS flight attendant said the have a right to have it down all the way even if it’s right on my knees hurting me!! I asked them to push it just a touch so it wouldn’t be like that and they dad refused and said it’s his right to have it like that for his daughter that looks to be around 8-10 years old
Good could have been better. Comfort was fine with decent leg room and seat comfort. Would have appreciated a USB-C charger port.
Boarding and crew were excellent. Seat could have been more comfortable (hard on lower back).
We endes up sitting separate because J refuse to pay for a seat when I already paid for a ticket. Bummer. Food was pretty bad and we had to pay for wine. We flew through rough weather. I guess it’s all about reducing cost. Movies were good though.
flight attendant spilled juice on me entertainment was limited i wanted to upgrade but $$$ was exorbitant i purchased $69 seat, only to find out day of flight/purchase never went through & I was "assigned" a terrible seat! ( btw another passenger complained of the same thing happening to her)
Other than a delay that had nothing to do with the staff, it was a very pleasant experience.
Overall flight experience was good. Unfortunately our process getting to our flight was a hit or miss. Our flight was delayed perhaps for the best as getting from terminal to terminal is very long and security had problems with the machines that delayed us getting to our flight. Heathrow security could care-less that you have a flight you are about to miss!
Access to movies was nice, food not bad, and landing was smooth. Cramming us in like sardines is not fun. A little more space to bend down to get a bag or not touch my neighbors arm because we’re so close would be better for a 9 hour flight. Whomever designed the seating and you, who bought these planes, clearly are NOT interested in customers’ comfort. So stop pretending you do. Also, if you want traveler’s to check their bags so there is space to store carry one, don’t charge so much to check baggage. Seriously?!
Horrible. Crew is not helpful. Lounge is sub standard and overcrowded. Getting to your plane is underwhelming “via a bus”. Worst experience I have had.
I had to wait for 10 hours at the airport and no hotel accommodation was provided. That sucks big time.
They can't seem to deliver a delayed bag in less than a week. Is this the 19th century?
Our trip home was uneventful, but BA misplaced/failed to deliver many bags, and one of those was ours. The other bag arrived without incident. Instead of putting the delayed bag on the next flight, BA waited for the second flight (24 hours later than our flight) and later cancelled it, so the bag remained at Heathrow. They again put it on the second flight the next day, so it arrived at our airport at 8:30pm, and they did nothing with it until the next day, arranging for it to be delivered the following day. So we arrived on a Wednesday, it's now Saturday, and they might deliver it on Sunday, but they said it could take 48 hours once the bag's picked up at the airport. BA obviously puts their customers first, delivering bags "within about a week" of travel. Nice job, BA!!

The seats are comfortable enough, but the layout in business is wacky. The boarding process is disorganized. The flight attendants are friendly enough, but the food and snacks are sub par.
Crew was great. Food definitely top 10% for airline food. Seat was comfortable and legroom was good, BUT the seats were too close together and I was touching arms with the guy next to me the entire flight. Also, I had an aisle seat, and although my arm was pulled right up to my side, I was bumped by passengers and crew at least 6x. I'm looking into business class next time. One last note: the whole British-AA airlines partnership thing was confusing. In 2024 this should be seamless, and passengers shouldn't need this # for BA and that # for AA. There should be a single unified way of messaging from the airlines and checking things for the passengers.
