Also, in regard to myself, I was sitting in an Exit Row and the flight attendant came over to ask unless individually if we were willing and able to handle our responsibilities. Before each of us was ready to answer he said OK, turned around and left. What would have happened if we had a problem and someone in the Exit Rows had a concern?"

Cons: "I didn’t like that I basically paid for someone else’s seat. I got seated next to a gentleman who happened to be too big for his own seat and basically sat in half of my seat for the entire flight. I got half of a seat when I paid for a full one. I couldn’t put the armrest down because it went into his stomach so I had to have someone ontop of me for over 2 hours. It was very uncomfortable and just my luck the guy LOVED to talk. Talked the entire flight took out his phone and showed me all of his pictures. Video chatted his entire family while on the flight and didn’t bother to use the headphones he brought with him. So the entire flight go to hear his mother call him 15 times throughout the flight asking why he wasn’t taking a nap. It was honestly ridiculous. I put headphones in my ears and the guy still continued to talk to me. I tried to close my eyes and pretend to sleep that didn’t work. I had to keep running to the bathroom to just stand in there for some peace and quiet."

She was refused assistance by her. Then the flight attendant came to the front of the plane laughing uncontrollably say, "OMG, did you see her having a meltdown...she was asking me to help." She proceeded to laugh for the next 20 minutes repeating that the woman was helpless. I was disgusted by the flight attendant's behavior and attitude."

That showed sensitivity on their part that was refreshing. I know it is the holidays so its busy, and unexpected situations do arise during these times especially, so at least the credit provided some positive relief to the disappointment."
Cons: "I understand that maintaince is a necessary and usual part of flying planes every day, that said, I had booked the earlier flight for the purpose and intention of getting into Boston earlier to spend more time with my family but arriving 5 hours later than expected was disappointing. Needless to say, the traffic getting out of Boston at 4pm on a Tuesday only added insult to injury. This was also the second time that I had an underwhelming experience overall flying Jetblue so that added to the disappointment."

Said It was our fault we were in wrong line to check our bags bc we had not read the sign that clearly said if we were pre-checked we should have waited 10 yards to the right. She refused to take our bags in the full sevice line until other passengers deferred and insisted our bags be checked In ahead of them since we had been waiting longer. There were not enough people to staff the bars in the JFK terminal before our flight boarded. Waited 15 minutes for one bartender to return from break. At next bar, in front of gate #16 there was no bartender. After 15 minutes someone appeared, only to take orders and disappear. Finally got a drink at a restaurant, nearby, but they said the drink had to be consumed there, not taken in the plane. No alcohol was offered on the plane between JFK and Burlington. Baggage crew ripped the handle off my Rimowan luggage."

The flight departed late and the interior temperature was very cold for the first hour of the flight. Eventually it warmed up to a normal temperature. The crew was great. My seat in comfort class was comfortable. There was no food served---only snacks.

I paid $150 for an Uber at 4 pm. At 6:37, I got an email with news of a two hour delay. I would’ve appreciated an earlier notice. But much worse was the boarding experience. As half the passengers had boarded, someone announced that we had to have everyone boarded and seated in 5 minutes, or else the crew would time out, and we’d have to stay in WPalm. This set off a frenzy, with seated passengers yelling at the people boarding to hurry!! I was told by the pilot while exiting in LGA, that we made it by 30 seconds! It could’ve been handled so much better!"

We did not have to wear stupid masks!
Delayed original flight multiple times. Then rebooked us on a flight from Miami. Sat thru an hour and a half taxi ride through rush hour. During check-in none of the terminals worked and all passengers had to wait in huge lines for manual processing. Once aboard the plane we waited for two hours for mechanical issues. Finally they tell us to leave the plane walk to the other end of another gate in the airport for a few plane only to discover it isn't scheduled to leave for another hour. I never would have purchased this flight. Because of all this I missed dinner and I have dietary restrictions that eliminate most food available in an airport. Other health issues keeping me stressed and up this late for a red eye flight will almost certainly trigger a migraine ruining my vacation. On top of all this I'm still paying full price!
Flight was no more than average. On time,, clean, decent beverage service, OK landing.
Entertainment options were great! You had my tomato juice choice thank you. The boarding was so fast and efficient that we took off earlier than our flight time. Thank you for allowing a carry on and personal item without charging What could be better: on the flight to Florida both my cup and my friends cup broke and the juice from mine and water from hers leaked. The plastic is very fragile.
For the umpteenth time, the airlines did not pick-up my TSA Precheck on my app boarding pass

They said that seat or middle seat in row 29is only choice. I said we paid for upgrade. They said to ask for a refund at LAX when landing at midnight. Asked passenger in 4D when he got his seat assignment - SAME DAY as flight, paid nothing for upgrade. I signed up for frequent flier program two weeks ago. Will be cancelling when card is received."

Cons: "I missed my original connecting flight in EWR because there was no gate available when we landed. After waiting several minutes, we taxiied to a different gate. I called customer service to let them know we were on the ground waiting for a gate assignment. Despite this, the flight boarded and left with several people missing the connection even though that flight pushed back later than its original time and departed almost an hour late. The plane was sitting there with the door closed. After that, I was put on the next available flight which was already delayed more than 2 hours. That delay extended even longer and was eventually cancelled due to weather. United CS reps were not willing to address passenger concerns. They closed the CS area in some portions of the airport forcing everyone to a very limited number of reps. I ended up having to rent a car and spending the first 5 hours of my birthday driving home. I should have been able to make my connecting flight and would have avoided the entire mess. Instead, I am out of my ticket price plus the additional cost of renting a car since my changed flight was cancelled due to weather not the gate assignment changes that originally caused me to miss the connection. What should have been a brief 4-5 hour trip ended up being almost a 20 hour day....United absolutely SUCKS!"

Also, the on board crew should not allow people to stow more than 1 item in the overhead bins. I watched the woman in front of me store items in 3 different overhead bins."

On a side note many things could be improved by offering free checked baggage and charge for overhead bins.... so many delays, arguments and general aggravation caused by people struggling for overhead bin space... just have a guaranteed spot overhead for a fee.... no more aggravation period... when they started charging for checked bags but offered free carry on the problems got worse... flip it around and several problems go away... simple."

Cons: "For my first time flying alone along with my fear of flying, there was a power outage of some sort having to do with United Airlines, so we spent 40 extra minutes in the air doing circles. Before landing there was about 15 other planes waiting to reach their gates, but none were open because of lack of communication. We sat on the plane for an extra hour or so, with our seatbelts on, and moving no where. Just extra stress and frustration added to the flight."

I purchased it for about $20 but on the way to West Palm they called both zones to get up to board the plane and for the return trip to Boston, Zone 1 got called first to board. This was money spent for nothing....like a donation. the bottom line is that what we spent with Spirit was not less expensive than other airlines. By the time you add all extra fees, there are no savings."

Also, it was very inappropriate and unprofessional how the flight attendants talked about passengers as they left the bathroom area. I was in the back row and could hear them. Not cool!"

I didn't believe them because it breaks FAA rules, , so I checked in without our. Basing the seats and I was already seated with my kids. They obviously lied and tried for the upsell. They changed my flight 4 times and never sent a notification Website is intentionally deceptive and horribly designed. I tried to purchase bags and it checked me in (without my consent), tried to upsell me on a credit card 4 times, tried to upsell and confuse me about purchasing priority boarding, Only one working bathroom on a full flight. They deceived everyone at the gate and said a carry on was 100 dollars but failed to mention that it only applied to carry ons over a certain size. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Deceptive."

Cons: "After having to pay to choose seats and paying over $400 in changes for luggage (2 people one carry on and one checked luggage each) we also had to pay for any beverage or snack on the plane. Also, apparently we didn't read carefully, though no one was able to point me in the correct direction, there is a limit to the weight on the checked luggage of 42lbs and we each were at 45lbs.... I'm aware of the 50lbs limit not 42. We had to over stuff our carry-ons after paying over $400 to even have checked luggage in the first place!! Otherwise we would have had to pay anther $100 for an additional carry-on. The seats are padded shells and, for long flights, can be uncomfortable. We ended up being over an hour late, there was no communication until the landing announcement."

Cons: "Plane engine was on fire so the flight got cancelled, told me I had to wait 4 days for a flight home to New Jersey, unless I went to and from a different airport (West palm to Fort Lauderdale). My transportation from the two airports was not compensated nor was the extra day of parking for my car, in Atlantic City, which I thankfully got a ride to from a friend, or that would have been another expense out of pocket."

And if you don't check your bag and it's determined to be "a carry on bag" they try to charge you $100 at the gate. Seats don't decline. No pockets in the seat back in front of you so you don't even have a place to store your magazine or book."
