Before each of us was ready to answer he said OK, turned around and left. What would have happened if we had a problem and someone in the Exit Rows had a concern?"

She proceeded to laugh for the next 20 minutes repeating that the woman was helpless. I was disgusted by the flight attendant's behavior and attitude."

There were not enough people to staff the bars in the JFK terminal before our flight boarded. Waited 15 minutes for one bartender to return from break. At next bar, in front of gate #16 there was no bartender. After 15 minutes someone appeared, only to take orders and disappear. Finally got a drink at a restaurant, nearby, but they said the drink had to be consumed there, not taken in the plane. No alcohol was offered on the plane between JFK and Burlington. Baggage crew ripped the handle off my Rimowan luggage."

As half the passengers had boarded, someone announced that we had to have everyone boarded and seated in 5 minutes, or else the crew would time out, and we’d have to stay in WPalm. This set off a frenzy, with seated passengers yelling at the people boarding to hurry!! I was told by the pilot while exiting in LGA, that we made it by 30 seconds! It could’ve been handled so much better!"

They said that seat or middle seat in row 29is only choice. I said we paid for upgrade. They said to ask for a refund at LAX when landing at midnight. Asked passenger in 4D when he got his seat assignment - SAME DAY as flight, paid nothing for upgrade. I signed up for frequent flier program two weeks ago. Will be cancelling when card is received."

Despite this, the flight boarded and left with several people missing the connection even though that flight pushed back later than its original time and departed almost an hour late. The plane was sitting there with the door closed. After that, I was put on the next available flight which was already delayed more than 2 hours. That delay extended even longer and was eventually cancelled due to weather. United CS reps were not willing to address passenger concerns. They closed the CS area in some portions of the airport forcing everyone to a very limited number of reps. I ended up having to rent a car and spending the first 5 hours of my birthday driving home. I should have been able to make my connecting flight and would have avoided the entire mess. Instead, I am out of my ticket price plus the additional cost of renting a car since my changed flight was cancelled due to weather not the gate assignment changes that originally caused me to miss the connection. What should have been a brief 4-5 hour trip ended up being almost a 20 hour day....United absolutely SUCKS!"

Cons: "I paid $108.00 in advance to reserve my two seats each way. $27 each way per person. I made it clear that I wanted an aisle and window seat each way. I was told that I was given this but I received a window and middle seat. Could not change last minute."
Cons: "Seats were made of hard plastic and did not recline. No radio or TV. No free food offered. Waited hours as they had to locate a mechanic, repair an armrest and then do the paperwork to prove that he had finishes the armrest!"

Cons: "The seats were miniature, you dont get any food/snack included, it took 1 hour to get our baggage, it took 49 minutes to get off of the plane, the pilots were late on the flight there, the plane was delayed 1.5 hours on the way back, you have to not only pay for the flight but then you have to also pay for your seat. I will never fly frontier again."

Cons: "Front desk check in guy in Orlando was a bit shady. Asked that we pay for our check-in bags with cash and wanted 10$ cash to put our seats together. I did not give him cash and had to ask for a reciept for the checked bags. We were 4 hours early for check in."
Cons: "The plane took off over an hr late due to lack of heat and the pilot had to reboot the system, once the plane finally took off the flught attendsnts then explained they would start the beverage service but were iut of most options and we could get ready to pay for what was left, maybe if they offered complimentary beverages at that point would've been a nice touch."

Pros: "We had a great flight. Very full but ended up with an empty seat in our row, which was nice. The price was very cheap and we had no bags to check so worked out extremely well. The crew was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for making a trip home very memorable."

Cons: "All the passengers and crew had to wait in Trenton while one man gave a half hearted effort to clear snow and ice from the passenger ramp. We would have been there for two hours if I had not spoken up. Once I did, they brought a replacement ramp that did not have snow on it. It is not nice to advertise to us about your credit card on a loudspeaker that is supposed to be used for safety and emergency announcements. You wake us up to hear an ad??!!"

Pros: "I have to say that the flight attendants were very nice and attentive! Much much better then the attendants from AA! We left on time and arrived early at out destination! Yes you guys charge for everything and the planes are old and not much seat leg room, but its expected based on the price! Over all a great flight for our money! We had the same experience on our round trip to FL!"

Cons: "I didn't like the extra charges for any type of baggage and to reserve seats. That should be rolled into the ticket price. It actually cost almost $100 more per round trip ticket than advertised."

We were given $50 toward future travel on this godforsaken excuse for an airline - valid only within the next 90 days. No serious offers to re-book, cab vouchers, or accommodations given. A real disgrace."

Cons: "The flight was delayed because an engine malfunction; which discovered right before take off, luckily they caught it. We waited about an hour and the "new" seats are ridiculously uncomfortable and I'm pretty sure they don't recline. Overall would not fly with them again unless the price is right."

Pros: "I loved the flight attendants. They were very warm and kind. They made what turned out to be a very bumpy ride more comfortable for the passengers because they were more expressive about the turbulence than the pilots."
Cons: "The take off was a ride before we even got off the ground. I don't know if it was due to wind or what. The plane was swaying from side to side before the wheels were up...and there was no explanation from the pilots. What I would like to express the most about this particular flight was that I felt the pilots were not very conciencious about expressing concern for how the passengers were doing during what was a pretty bumpy ride from start to finish."
Cons: "I did not appreciate being asked if I would like to pay extra for a seat. It was misleading and several prompts kept it in front of me. Another way to get money from customers AFTER the ticket purchase. The seat area is very cramped as well and if you want more room, you have to pay for it. Paying for a bag whether carry on or checked? Frontier is a scam."

Cons: "Televisions did not work, no WiFi, paid $30 for luggage, frontier sent my bag to Cancun Mexico instead on Omaha on a direct flight, took 7 days to get my suit case!!! Hoping for a full reimbursement of items purchased in a timely manner. I do not want to fly frontier again but unfortunately I have a family vacation booked in July by frontier and am not looking forward to flying with them again. Customer service was okay, lack of communication was evident, could not even locate my suitcase for 2 days and was told different info by different people and was given wrong numbers to call, I would not recommend frontier"
Cons: "All of the extra fees that Frontier charges are unreal and unwarranted. To charge $60.00 for a carry-on that will be stored in an overhead bin is outrageous. To charge another $60.00 so our family can sit together again OUTRAGEOUS. I will NEVER book another flight on Frontier again until they become more transparent in their charges and that they change some of their unwarranted practices..."
