The board never changed to show boarding and apparently where we were sitting the public announcements for our flight could not be heard. On the plane the entertainment system blinked on and off, worked for a while and then shut down, on and off a few times. This is the second flight where the valuable perk was not available. Last time home from Vegas where I was promised a $15 credit that never materialized."

Cons: "I was seated next to an extremely obese man. He was so large his body spilled over not only into my seat but rested on my body if I did not plaster myself against the window. This was very disturbing on many levels. First of all, I paid for a seat on the flight but only was able to utilize half of it for the man next to me took up not only his seat but half of mine. Secondly, we were seated in an exit row. There was no way this man could fit through the emergency exit. This aroused a sense of panic and an overall feeling of unsafety for me because in the event of an emergency no one would be able to escape in our area because this man would clog up our exit. This could prove fatal for many people. Thirdly, his body kept touching mine since he was overflowing into my seat. During takeoff and turbulence especially, his excessive fat would rest on my legs, arms, and torso and bounce around. There was no escaping it. It was not only disgusting and disturbing to be unwillfully touched by this stranger, but it also caused me to feel extremely claustrophobic. I feel as though regulations need to change regarding excessively obese people flying on commercial airliners. It is unfair for passengers like me to pay an equal amount and be cheated by passengers like him and only receive half of what I paid for mixed with undesired human contact and is also a serious safety hazard. Thank you for your time and I hope you take my complaint seriously and consider reviewing your regulations."

Also, because of the outdated entertainment suite, the headphone jack is located in the armrest to the side instead of in the seat back in front of you. This caused me to bend my 3.5mm headphone connection at one point while I was moving my leg, because the connection jack is located below thigh level. The temperature was unbearable, and could not be controlled by the flight crew. Dressed for winter weather and roasted for the entire flight. I actually was dehydrated when we landed because I was sweating for 7 hours crossing the ocean."

One of the flight attendants helped me carry our things on, because it's tough to carry my son in his safety seat and our bags through the narrow aisles without beating up everyone in the aisle seats as we go through! She also checked on us multiple times to see if there was anything else she could help us with."

It took us over an hour to get through the line, then another 20 minutes to get our seats changed because the seats we had been assigned weren't suitable for an infant safety seat! Also, the plane is older than the one I first took on the RDU to london route back in 2001. The seating is cramped and there is no seat back entertainment."

Also, since it was next to bathroom, the smell wasn't great and the small child screaming while waiting to get into the bathroom wasn't pleasant."

Neither airline made any attempt to assist getting us to the gate faster to make our flight on time. Cons: "I arrived into Newark to find out that my flight had been cancelled. I'm still not sure why it was cancelled. Then, I was placed on a new flight that was intended to leave at 8:30pm, but didn't leave until 1:00am. I spent 10 hours in the Newark airport where, even though charging stations were in abundance, wifi was non-functioning. I received 7 text messages, each one with new departure times. I appreciated the texts, but would have liked to have more information about why we were delayed. Communication from gate agents can go such a long way. I spent a ton of money on bad airport food and couldn't work due to the lack of wifi. I never understand why nothing is offered to passengers in return for such delays--whatever happened to food vouchers, etc.?"

Cons: "I was not on this flight. Despite the fact that my ticket was clearly for this flight, I ended up on a flight to Charlotte, not Raleigh. I do not know how this happened. Yes, perhaps I could have been more careful in the middle of the night while making a mad dash from one flight to the next. But how is it possible that Frontier can scan my ticket and not notice that I'm about to board the wrong flight? How is it possible that their computer system didn't alert them that I was about to board a flight for which I did not have a ticket? It seems more likely that the person who scanned my ticket wasn't paying attention."

Pros: "Frontier is similar to other budget airlines like Spirit where only a personal item comes free and the seats are a little tighter than usual. I thought they had good communication around the fee for carry ons (in the boarding process, they directed people to go online and pay the fee there if they'd already to avoid a higher fee at boarding). Staff were friendly and for a short flight (<2 hours) I felt it was perfectly comfortable, and I'm very happy with my decision given that the flight was <$100 and direct."

If 0 stars were an option for rating, I would have placed that for comfort, food, and entertainment as none were offered during my 3 and a half hour flight. Essentially, I plan to go ahead and pay a little extra for the basic comforts of travel and fly on a different airline next time I travel."

Cons: "I tried frontier for the first time and I will never make that mistake again. To be fair part of this is my responsibility, I should have done more research into exactly how much the extra fees were going to cost. After it was all said and done I spent more traveling with frontier than I would have with American or Delta. They charged for absolutely everything. Here is where they truly lost me as a potential return customer. They allow you a personal item as long as it fits under your seat but will charge you for a carry on. The personal item I had on my flight out to Denver did not cost me anything, however, the exact same item on my way out of Denver was now deemed a carry on item by the ticketing agent and cost me $45 to carry on. Not only was I being extorted but the attitude in which they were doing it was completely unacceptable. Had I known, I could have saved some money and paid on line for the carry on. Changing the rules of the game and providing me no remedy when I ask about the change in policy by responding, "I'm saying its a carry on" is why I will never fly frontier again. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on the front end because frontier will find a way to squeeze it out of you on the backend. And will expect you to smile and thank them for it."

And for the last couple of flights the attendantsame have made the safety demo and announcements comical and therefore bringing attention back to safety demo and off personal electronics."

I would not have liked sitting in this seat for a longer flight. Also, the smallest tabletop I've ever seen would not have been suitable if I had decided to open up my full-size laptop for use."
Cons: "Surprise! You went through the effort to pack 4 days of clothes in a carry on to expedite your travel through connections. What you didn't know is you'll be penalized anyway, to the tune of $40. Some airlines offer the courtesy of telling you there's a fee, and allow you to prepay a reduced fee. So, what's up Frontier?"

Cons: "The remodeled interior puts the seats closer together from front to back and don't recline. That also limits the size of the tray table, which is tiny. Even as a tiny, short person, it was uncomfortable. For anyone of normal stature it would be torture. Paying for a "better" seat appears to provide very little if any added benefit, just keeps your party together. There is no entertainment, movies, music, or wifi so bring your battery pack charger. There is only expensive junk food to eat. My only option on my coast to coast flight was a red eye. So you arrived just wiped out. So if you do this to save money, in my overall assessment, it's just not worth it. I'll never do it again."

Cons: "Our plane was delayed. Upon the arrival of the plane that we're boarding, I'm not sure if the crew had time to do a quick sweep. Then I noticed on my seat a soiled stain on the seat which looked like a bodily fluid. The flight attendant immediately cleaned it up with some wet napkins. But I'd suggest next time that they wear gloves and disinfectant sprays when there are stains on the seats because you don't know what it is."

I was in a empty row...except for me, of course, so I was able to spread out a little. The Airbus 319 was clean and appeared well maintained as everything worked. I didn't eat or drink anything so I gave 3 stars."

Although you couldn't actually put a laptop on that little tiny tray. We did have an unusually long period of turbulence that kept people bouncing and swinging for about 40 minutes. That was not the Captains fault since it was clear air turbulence and was unavoidable. It was the roughest ride I had felt in some time."

Entering the terminal the desk clerk was un-attentive that I was the customer. THIS is the worst non- apologetic customer service I have ever experienced in 29 years. and I have been a customer service rep for major companies including BF Saul, mortgage, MCI and Trane AC. What could you change to make people feel welcome, part of a cool airline experience?"

There is no entertainment available and we did not buy the snacks, so my rating for those should be N/A. I like the fixed seats for a no frills airline. I flew Spirit a couple times and they had upright seats with disabled recliners. I find the fixed, molded seats are a happy medium between upright and reclined. The thinner back also allowed enough knee room."

The charge depends on what seat you pick, and there are no seats without additional fees. Last Frontier trip I'll take."

Pros: "The passenger boarding zones are called in reverse order, so while the entry is in the front, they begin boarding the zones seated at the rear of the plane. This common sense approach provides smoother access to one's row; there is not a blockage of people one has to pass while heading for seats at the back of the plane. It seems, too, there is a real effort to get the seating finished so the flight can take off on time. Plus, each leg of the trip arrived at least a few minutes ahead of schedule! Shout out, too, to the boarding gate desk people in RDU, who graciously accommodated my request for a seat change so I could keep my bad leg on the aisle side"
