Pros: "Once we hit the coast we skirted down the coas of Florida which provided a spectacular view. The approach and landing at Key West airport was thrilling and absolutely perfect. We’ve flown Delta many times but this was our first but not last time to Key West."

Pros: "We fly lots of different airlines including Delta. They have really risen to to the top in recent years. Today's flight was great.. helpful crew, decent seats with ample legroom( I'm tall). The snacks were decent for what they were. Definitely keep flying with them!"

Pros: "Once again, the people were friendly, but I did not really experience much since I went to sleep as soon as the plane took off. I did, however notice that the seats reclined a little more than normal (which was amazing for me). I had a comfortable flight and caught a great nap."

I was stuck in the back of the small jet from Minneapolis to Cwa when there were a few open seats in the middle. Disappointed. I won't be choosing Delta in the future!"

I saw no sanitizing on any of the three flights I had to take to get to Detroit. of the four airports only the one in Guadalajara asked any health questions and could be seen sanitizing the waiting room and eliminating seats to keep spacing."

Cons: "the AA flight arriving to Charlotte experienced a door malfunction that delayed deplaning by 15 minutes. Not a big deal unless you had a close connection to begin with. Result was a dead sprint to Charleston gate where no attempt to hold the plane for those passengers. Also, a black, middle-aged woman with short hair working the ticket counter had the personality of a piece of cardboard with zero responsiveness. AA should reconsider who it places to interact with the general public."

Cons: "Only one plane really gave me a bad experience. The plane was pretty old and cramped and the crew was very rude. Maybe they were having a bad day or didn't want to be in the old plane either, but their performance was bad. One of the attendants, I think his name was Juju, asked me is a soft voice if I would like a drink. With the engines roaring in the background I thought he asked have you been served a drink? I responded "No, I have not." And he started off serving everyone else. I had to call him and asked if he was skipping me and he replied "I asked you if you wanted a drink and you said No!" I explained the engines were loud and I mistaken his words and with an attitude he served me a drink. For the whole 9hr flight I avoided him at all cost and just responded to the other attendants. The other attendants seemed annoyed and would roll their eyes or make a face when people would try to pass them on the aisle, but I in their defense, they were moving a large cart in a small aisle. Passengers should have waited until the aisle was clear before moving. That was my only issue. The next flight was better with no problems."

Cons: "When we arrived at AirPort El Dorado, we discovered that our flight was cancelled/has been changed without warning us! They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

Cons: "When we arrived, we found that our luggage had been destroyed... The wheels were broken off and there were large rips in the suitcase.... It was a disappointment because we are both disabled and it is very difficult to drag a large bag through sfo without any wheels. United did offer a $75 voucher which was about half the cost of the bag. We were tired and accepted it."

It seems like a small price to pay to keep your passengers comfortable. Get with the program and the rest of the industry."
Cons: "Once again, United first changed my flight which increased my layover from a little over an hour to three hours, and then our flight was delayed by three hours, making our total layover time over six hours. United does this more than any other major airline. I am actually considering switching my United Mileage plus credit account to one of your competitors."

Cons: "the wait time. Sitting on the tarmac for 20-25 minutes in PSP waiting for LAX reaffix to clear. The worst is arriving at LAX at 8;39AM which is earlier than anticipated and not getting a gate opened until 9:25AM (approx) sitting on the runway not being told what is going on and when the captain does make an announcement it is to tell us he apologizes for the delay but then proceeds to announce that he and the crew have to go back and to PSP and LAX four more times. I found that inappropriate to tell us about his work schedule when Im trying to get to the gate for my connecting flight"

Pros: "What brand of service is this? Are we actually customers? Why do I feel like the enemy every time I fly? Airlines are making record profits and we, THEIR customers are getting the shaft."
Cons: "There was a non rev captain who took it upon himself to move my overhead bags back six rows to accomodate a non rev flight attendant's bags...... almost missed my connection. WTF"

Cons: "Very limited leg room, very expesive entertainment - even for flight information ($US4/hour), no need to follow TSA rules (number and size of carry-on, placing carry-on under the seat, storing bags in overhead close to where you sit, etc.)."

So you show up to the airport and your flight lands with way more then enough time to get to work that day and younprint your ticket to find out you have no seat. That's because they sold more seats than they have incase someone didn't show up. But everyone did show up. So of course they find you another flight in LA which is a good 3+ hours away so you can spend another 3 hours to get to your gate to wait 2 more hours to go to take of so you can reach your destination making you late for work and making you call out. Just because they wanted to make sure every single seat was filled."

Cons: "Our plane and seats were changed by United (originally thru SFO) and we ended up in front of the exit rows so seats did not recline. The crew announced that this was not a full flight but asked that and movement await all boarding. I waited until airborne and moved into the empty seat in back of me. It actually was comparable to my own but I remained now that I moved. Several hours into the flight a male attendent told me I had to return to my original seat. No explanation. This did not present a hardship but very unnecessary and possibly risky not to have manpower in the emergency row."
