I arrived at the airport on my scheduled day ad time. The checkin counter opened late and then they had scheduled my flight a day later. There was no one I could contact since kayak doesn't have an international telephone number. Onur air was completely negligent and I was forced to buy a one way ticket in order to travel that day. I am completely disappointed and will definitely think twice before buying a flight through kayak or any travel site again. Not at all the planned Christmas vacation I expected since I lost money purchasing another flight.
Everything was perfect except they mad me late for my next flight and I have missed my flight to Bahrain, and I went to the transfer desk they mad me wait for 6 hours to the next flight, in addition I didn't receive my laggege till now who is responsible for this?
I feel upset and this is not good for you repetition I made a complain on this case
The plane was uncomfortable, the seats looked unsafe, the flight was overcrowded with many crying babies, the food was terrible. Turbulence caused the flight to take an hour longer, which was even more excruciating.
Terrible experience. The Call Center informed that during boarding, we would be helped to have our luggage transferred for the next flight (Turkish Air), but apparently it was not the case.
So upon arrival at Ataturk airport, had only 45 minutes to go thohgh passport control, get the baggage and ran to connecting fllight!!!
we never ended up taking the flight. delays in istanbul had everything backed up. the customer service was entirely ineffective...no lines, no plan, no information. after waiting forever with zero assistance, we bypassed the airline completely and booked a new flight in order to make sure we were able to return to work on time.
There was absolutely NO leg room. If the person in the seat had tipped their seat back, my knees would have had no where to go. Stop cramming so many seats in & making it impossible to get comfortable.
I flew with multiple international airlines this summer and KLM was by far the best. The crew of KLM were exceptionally attentive, polite, and helpful. The meals were by far the most enjoyable of my airplane travel meals; and I learned that KLM does not charge for it's drinks on international flights, unlike most other international airlines that I traveled with this summer. In a sentence, flying with KLM was a very pleasant experience and I will recommend this airlines to others.
If I were going to list any negatives, I would say that the little travel pillow that was given to the passengers was so thin that it was practically useless, but I brought my own with me, so I was none the less comfortable.
The Amsterdam airport is super disorganized, with rude employees great at making excuses for their incompetence.
The boarding crew really struggled to organized the boarding and wouldn't really care about people's status. We had to take a bus to the airplane, and even though both plane's entrances were open, they sent everybody to the front entrance.
The comfort of the plane was horrendous, with seats over 20 years old and their business class was the same as the coach, but with no one sitting in the middle (can you get any lower than this?)
The flight attendant woke me up to shove a food tray that I didn't want.
We had to wait over 45 minutes after the plane landing to start seeing some luggage show up on the conveyor bell.
The overall flight experience make southwest look like a luxury airline. This was my first and last time flying on KLM.
Every thing. The overall service in economy is equal to business class on American carriers, with the obvious exception of the seat itself. A light breakfast meal on a 45 minute flight? Absolutely incredible. I've also experienced this with Lufthansa in the past, but they didn't have seat-back entertainment on short flights.
