Seat didn't recline, no blankets available so whatever part I couldn't cover with my jacket was cold from floor up (so no ability to control source), so no sleep, bordering on hypothermia. Seatmate was huge and continuously overflowing into my space (even though he suffered more than i did). Will endeavor NEVER to fly any flight involving Delta again."

This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Even when my kids were quiet, we were reminded twice to keep quiet. It was very restricting and I was forced to walk back and forth with my two year old to keep her quiet so the crew can rest. Why is the crew resting when they are supposed to be working on that flight? The meal quality sucked, I did not finish it, let alone my kids. My kids were prettu much hungry for 8 hrs. Not a very family friendly flight."

Pros: "United's Dreamliner plane is very comfortable with more leg room even in economy. The price for this non-stop direct flight from Paris Charles de Gaulle during this off-peak season is unbeatable! I will book with Kayak again in the future."

Cons: "I was delighted to spend the extra money to have the Lufthansa experience, riding on an airline considered in the top ten airlines out of 100, as opposed to United's ranking of 68, down from 60 the year before. I was extremely surprised to find that I, indeed, was scheduled for United. The double trip code was VERY inconvenient, found myself constantly having to call the other airline to book the seat, find the gate, find out about luggage limitations, etc. Not intuitive in any manner. Please don't confuse customers with your 7 point tiny type saying we're just kidding, you'll really be on an airline of our choice when the day comes!!! but you'll pay the bigger bucks!!! UGH."

Cons: "The room and the food was horrible. Seems like every time I take a flight people get stuffed into planes like sardines. Also the food selection was nonexistent. There was not enough qty for each person on the flight and the food choices are subpar and very expensive. If u ask me with the exorbant cost of flight to include now the cost to bring luggage is horrible. What happened to the days when airlines actually cared for their customers. I guess those days are long gone. I have been in he military over 17 years and not once have I received a courtesy upgrade to 1st class and I have flew over the world. Guess it's all about the money. And have to pay for entertainment....go figure and why isn't there outlets on every seta in every row. Is that too much to ask!"

In economy the food was palatable, I went with the cheese manicotti for "lunch" and was awoken to a ham and cheese on a pretzel bun for "breakfast." The Illy coffee is much better than the old garbage."

I put up with a rude princess that reclined her chair the whole 8 hours (even when she went to the bathroom). I get that they need to recline...but there has to be some ethical guidelines!"

Pros: "It was my first international flights, and both going there and coming back went amazingly well. Everything was exceptional."

Food service however is too long as they split the food first then drinks then desserts which really makes the whole service in three steps much longer and that's not counting the fourth time they come to pick up thrash. Crew however was pleasant."

Cons: "A mechanical issue delayed our return by over an hour. I guess they didn't know the extent or the time needed to repair, so we boarded at the regular time and sat in the plane. Good cabin crews both ways. Food meh. The 787 over was much better than the aging 767 coming back. I like the new app based entertainment system."
