The flight was late which i understand happens. But we flew Delta one and the Crew was stiff and not that friendly. They didnt offer beverages after they served the lunch. I dont usually do reviews but i felt i must tell you about this crew. They were american not european. We are platinum members and we are usually treated much better
Arrived early, comfortable seats (Comfort+). Mediocre food, poor wifi (intermittent).
Much better than I expected. I had an economy ticket so I was really happy the flight was so comfy and the service so generous. Passengers were all polite too.
Awful - both legs. The check in was awful, getting on the plane required walking down a spiral staircase (dangerous), then taking a bus about 5 miles out from the terminal. The seat was broken (I was in business), there was no internet during the flight (both legs). The aircraft was very old. I saw rust in some place, tape holding things up in the bathroom. This was an unacceptable experience for such a long haul flight.
DELTA does a terrific job making sure you are well taken care of during the flight, gives you assurance before the flight through numerous email notifications about your upcoming flight & lastly good follow up after the flight making sure your needs were mat. It has been, is & will continue to be my carrier of choice in all my future travels. Good Job DELTA
The airport crew helped a lot, what I didn’t like? We were not informed that we needed to pick our luggage’s, if the crew at the luggage center didn’t tell me I would have been home without my belongings, I was heading out to my next connecting flight while looking for what gate to go to, I asked one of the crews for help, he told me and he also told me to not forget to grab my luggage’s which was chocking, because on my way out the country that wasn’t required, I just hope none of your customers lost their luggage’s because of this.
Great list of movies, seat was generally comfortable, but not much shoulder room. The fresh baked cookie mostly made up for the lack of variety with the meals, which were all tomato based.
Luggage delayed and 6 days later I still don't have it.
the fight attendants were great and i appreciated that they had season 1 of The Wire from HBO as a viewing option

Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.
Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.
They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .
They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Not the best crew. Extremely annoying with mask wearing. Even when I was eating and drinking they would come up to you to tell you to wear your mask. Extremely annoying.
Over the course of 7 months of travel, I can count on my hand the number of times the flight has departed on time. Majority of the instances have been related to non-weather reasons. Would not recommend flying this Airline
Flight attendants and crew were great! This plane was fine. It was clean and everything worked properly. Now, the gate change was not communicated. No text or information. It wasn't far with the gate change but it still changed without any communication. Not sure if this is on American or Kayakl. Also, internet was the worst. I would never have ATT. 3+hr flight and weak internet. I think I watched the commercials to get on at least 6 times. Terrible internet!
Passenger was too loud for the entire flight crew not once ask them to tame it …. Many passengers are uncomfortable including having headaches
We had multiple delays and a medical incident during the flight. We barely got a glass of water during the over 4 hours we were on the plane. Somehow first class got all of their service. It would be nice if all of your paying customers got the service they paid for.
The flight was two hours late to take off. The captain kept making announcements in English, but the volume on the speakers was low and we could not hear him. The flight attendant’s French translation was loud and clear, but we couldn’t understand French. The crew was nowhere to be found to relay what the captain was announcing. Very frustrating experience. American has to do better.
The crew were a bit short and not as warm although they did take care of small details that I requested.
Worst business class flight crew I have seen in a long time. Inattentive, chaotic and confused.
Left on time. Arrived early. Turbulence coming in and gate not open due to early arrival but expected.
Longer wait time at check in at Paris. No bridge to board flight , had to take bus and climb up stairs again to flight. Difficult for ones with back pain like me.

My flight being automatically moved messed up my travel plans, and I had to quickly find an alternative mode of transportation. I couldn’t get a refund from any of the companies involved. Kayak, Ibiza, or Vueling. I am still unsure of how to settle my concern.

we had a flight confirmed then we were called and told we didn't have a flight. I will never use Kayak for a flight again.
This was such a bad experience. Iberia in Paris Orly refused to issue the boarding pass for my connecting international flight. They were evasive but said it would be dealt with in Madrid. In Madrid there was no help, no transit desk, I almost missed the flight trying to get the boarding pass and only at the gate they told me they had downgraded me. I really felt abused.
I paid for a window seat to be able to rest against it and there was a big gap between the seat and the window like I was in an aisle. Also, whenever the person in front reclined their seat, the TV screen would be too low and in a weird angle. It feels like they’re crushing my little space.
Again. Diabetic menu not for diabetic. I asked for an alternative that was refused. I am Pregnant. I did ask for help to put my carry on on the compartemt , they asked me tomwait and never came back until I asked another passenger. I ended up not eating for more than 9h. I had just a tea. And 0 Empathy from the crew.
Improve food options. Do not charge so much for checked bags. As some who paid 990 EUR fir the round trip international flight it is horrendous to pay another 140 for 1 checked bag.
The only comment I have is why do you sell snacks on board? They should be free. When we take domestic flights here in US, our snacks are free. Also, please communicate with me in English. I received so many emails way before my flight that were in Spanish that I had to ask my son to interpret for me. You should be WELL AWARE if the customers you are communicating speak the language, it does mean that we speak and understand Spanish because we are traveling to Spain, NOT NECESSARILY! Thank you!
Service and food are good. However, main cabin with the extra cost one pays could be better. I don't see any difference with the rest of the seats in the regular category. The seats are too close to the ones in front. For short flights it is Ok, but for long ones there should be more space.
