They lock the bathrooms too soon before landing! My bladder was bursting for over an hour. Then the plane had to sit on the taxiway for 1 hour. People started rushing to the bathroom. Creating a dangerous situation.
I am shocked at how utterly mediocre the First Class experience was on Alaska Airlines- I really expected better. There was a delay with the food delivery, so we sat on the plane for an extra 30 minutes- not once during that time was I, nor anyone else in First Class offered anything at all, not even water. There's no tv or entertainment available? Really? In modern day? And the Wifi was $8 for the connection that actually works, but free for the connection that didn't work at all? What century is this? While friendly, the staff seemed to be much more concerned with their own personal time while working- listening to headphones, on their phones until someone needed them, I'm so disappointed I can't even believe I was able to find these words.
I would fly again. My trip from Newark to Seattle had a 3 hr delay. Disappointed.
No complaints. Great service. A first class entry lane at boarding wouldn’t hurt.
Awful . Extra charge on my bags even after it was confirmed it wasn’t overweight.
The plane was delayed for over an hour because of a family who didn't speak English, and didn't understand what was asked of them. While I understand the delay, I thought it was unfair to keep us all waiting for over an hour to get to our destination and a better approach should've been exercised.
No entertainment and one bag of pretzel/beverage at the beginning of a 5 plus hour flight.

Crew was great. Helpful, friendly, sense of humor. 👍🏽 Seat was really uncomfortable -- too concave ( why make them like that???) but worst, This is the first flight I've ever been on in my life where the seat did not have the option to recline!!! Whaaaat??? I was so sleepy but never was able to get comfortable enough to actually sleep. I forget which model of a plane it was exactly, but it was a 737 of some type.
third trip overseas with delta recently where the TV did not work- not acceptable for a 8 hour flight! your food really has declined crew great and I am loyal to delta
Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.
Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons
Everything was ok!! Just bags came up a little be late.
Tasty snacks. On-time departure and early arrival. Luggage arrived quickly at the carrousel. The only negative was a man behind us that was heavily inebriated. He was served 3 double drinks during the flight. There was no telling how much he had before the flight. He was so out of it that he spilled a drink and broke the heavy liquor glass on the floor. I don't believe he should have been served so much alcohol on a two-hour flight.
It was terrible, I sat next to a person with a cat, I'm allergic to animal dander, my discomfort was extreme
Flight heavily delayed. No food available despite purchasing an upgrade. No in cabin service.
It was not in Delta's control, but when we landed, we ended up parking at the wrong gate, and so everyone was already ready to deplane and had their carryon bags, ready to leave. But we had to sit down and move to the proper gate. This process took over 30 minutes. Again, not Delta's fault - more so on the staff at JFK
Staff was absolutely fantastic. There is no WiFi capabilities on this plane, the food isn’t even fit for a dog and the check in process both ways was difficult
Overall it was not that bad! The delay on the second leg to Indianapolis , was really unexpected!!
