Entertainment has to be better for this long flight

Cons: "I had never flown Norwegian Air before. It was a very comfortable flight."

The report must be filled out and sent to Seattle for review. We were told by the air crew this would take a few more minutes. It took over almost an hour and a half. Screaming babies and a FULL plane. We finally changed planes to the other end of the Terminal. I got no sleep and missed a very special Labor Day Holiday with my daughter because I am sleeping now. I dont understand how your own ground crew can damage your plane and it take so long for you to decide to change planes AFTER BOARDING A FULL PLANE!?!?"

The flight attendants did nothing but gossip about other flight attendants (good and bad), their home life,etc. One rammed me with the cart & their body, woke me up, didn't even apologize. Just felt it was rude. I pay for my flight. I was trying to rest on my 4 hour flight before I had to tend to daughter who had cancer, I need the rest. And for what I paid, I should be able to. Not listen to Alaska's drama within."

Of course.) and that airports don't spend the moments it would take implement a protocol to systematically shepherd passengers through *appropriate* levels of screening based on variables such as departure times and past record. Aw, but that'd be too complicated. So screw us, one and all."

At the end of the flight one girl had to catch a connecting flight. She should have been immediately moved to the front to exit the plane but JetBlue didn't make the announcement until everyone was in the aisle."

No usb/power at the seat which would be preferable/should be standard by now for a coast-to-coast flight. Seat didn’t recline which isn’t the end of the world but a bit of a bummer. My headphones didn’t work with the little screen at my seat but it’s ok because based on my neighbor’s screen it was just a rotating lineup of Jet Blue commercials/fake tv shows that I can easily pass on."

The woman working at the counter felt so bad for us that she actually moved us into our own row so that we could have the space to grieve. We were also traveling with a dog so that in itself was so kind and accommodating."

The seats did not help the comfort levels either, should have been able to recline a tad bid more. The carry-on-bag situation is getting out of control, you should crack down on people who bring too many bags or oversized bags that should be checked in instead."

I saw people being allowed to board with way more bags than you said were permitted and some of the on plane bags were so huge that the front people had to check their bags at the last minute. Boarding was slow as it was clear that the stuff was not fitting in the overhead compartments. What happened to dimensions of bag restrictions? It is frustrating to the people that abide by the rules to see them so flagrantly ignored."

Cons: "The flight attendants were uniformly rude and nasty to passengers from start to finish. As I boarded, I asked for a piece of art to be stored in the wardrobe compartment. This was treated as an inconvenience. During and after boarding, flight attendants addressed passengers rudely when encouraging them to take their seats in a timely fashion. Later, when my seat mate politely asked a FA to repeat the food options, she asked, "Excuse me?" several times and seemed very irritated to have to repeat the choices for him. Also, near the end of the flight, a pillow was on the ground and a FA asked those seated in my row to pick it up. We responded that it wasn't ours and she said something to the effect of, "Oh yeah? So how did it get there?" (Maybe because someone else dropped it and we didn't notice?) The FAs seemed irritated to serve passengers at all. Each time they passed through for beverage or meal service, I felt like I was imposing on them. I have never witnessed anything quite like it. Makes me wonder why they were all so upset and and felt it appropriate to speak and act disrespectfully toward customers. (Delta, do you have any insights?) I hope they all got a good night's rest after that haul."

It's not safe, healthy or humane to ask human beings to sit for hours in tiny spaces with very little air (on top of everything else, the plane was mercilessly hot the whole time). Next time I will choose a European carrier--even the discount Euro carriers are better than any US airline."

This is not acceptable, nobody wants to take responsability for sending me the wrong information in the email. Had I know both of my flights were with American Airline I wouldn’t lost my plane because I would make the right line to begin with ."

Cons: "I was told I would be able to choose the seats only 24 hours before the flight by going online. I tried to choose the seats online but could not have access to the site. I then called the number provided to ask for more help, and was told that I could then only choose the seats at the check in time. I was at the airport 2 hours before the flight schedule to book my seat and was told them that I could only choose the seats at the gate. Once I got at the gate I asked the person to please give me a seat at the aisle for medical reasons but after waiting until the boarding process had started I was giving a middle seat. Not only I was treated as a stand by passenger that had not purchased the tickets I was put nt on group 8 and at the moment of boarding the gate personal aggressively grabbed my carry-on bag because they insisted there was no more spaces in the compartment above heads. Once I got inside of airplane I saw many empty compartments available for carry-on luggage. I wish I had not purchased my ticket with Iberia Airlines operated by American Airlines. It was not a good, pleasant experience and do not recommend. I wil certainly avoid in the future and not travel this way another time. Thanks"

It took so long, eventually they allowed people to cut in line as their flight departure times neared. 2+ hours later, I finally got to a kiosk to print my boarding pass and baggage tag, but now another line to drop off my bag on the conveyor belt. With less than 30 minutes to departure, and still haven't gone through security, I gave up and made my checked bag a carry-on as well. And then tight seats on the plane, with no individual screens (the movie played on a tiny screen 2 rows up in the aisle.)"

Cons: "I paid hard-earned money for an expensive flight to Madrid. Not only were we very delayed on the way there, we were also delayed on the way back. We spent 3 hours back and forth on the tarmac stuck on an old bus in 100+ degree weather being delivered conflicting information, summed up to the seats being "broken". We got a "bathroom break" during which was talked to very rudely by the flight attendant at the gate, and then was almost left behind by the bus on the tarmac. Additionally, once we got onto the plane, it was extremely old (I'm talking no TV's, ashtrays on seats, filthy tables, dirty seats). To top it off, when I went to the restroom in the middle on the flight, I saw flight attendants drinking Tito's and soda in the back in the plane and talking loudly. I am not usually one to complain- but this was a particularly bad experience and terrible ending to my vacation."
Cons: "We boarded, sat on the plane for a while, backed up from the gate, then sat for a while longer. 3 hours later, we had to go back to the gate because we reached the legal limit they can hold us on the plane on the tarmac. Another hour and a half or so later, we finally took off for JFK. We missed our first connecting flight and the second connecting flight I was able to rebook."

I hope I never have to fly them again, I tried complaining to customer service. You can't call them ; only email them. I could go on and on. They need lessons with their treatment of their passengers."

The American Airlines return flight only had a cabin screen, where everyone watched the same movie. I will say, however, that the two movies I watched were excellent, so the outcome was fine (but given the option, I'd take the BA option of on-demand viewing!)."

I drove 5.5 hours to another city to catch a flight to Europe, believing my return ticket was valid as AA first told me, only later to learn they cancelled it. Thanks to AA, I currently I have no return ticket. Others on this flight and on my later Iberia flight were cursing AA loudly so I don't think my issue is an anomaly, but is more likely AA's new standard of conduct."

I had an important meeting for early the following morning and if my bag did not arrive, I had no business clothes for the meeting. I could have bought some new cloths but since I was TOLD my cloths would be arriving by 1-2:00pm and be delivered by early evening, I thought that not necessary. I believe I was told that so BA"

Staff was unfriendly checking my bag in (I had to pay $82 for ONE checked bag), boarding the plane was a complete unorganized mess, the flight was bumpy and uncomfortable, the beverage I asked for on the flight was out of stock, the landing was horrific. By far, worst 2 hours on a plane I've ever experienced."

Cons: "We were on the same plane from Seatac, WA to Detroit to Atlanta, to Orlando, so no longer than 15 minute layovers. This meant no time to eat at airports and no time to charge devices. Since there was no in flight movie and nowhere to plug in anything on the plane, my son was extremely bored and it was stressful for me to keep him busy for 10 hours! On top of that, there were no in flight snacks and the food was overpriced. Also, the baggage fee is insanely high."

No wonder they were awarded the worst customer satisfaction of the industry last year."

Cons: "My arrival flight was dirty, I believe I contracted some kind of rash from the nasty seat, the crew almost tried to find a way to charge me for napkins while I was attempting to clean the seat, I had to pay $180 for one carry on each for my fiance and I RT, the return flight was delayed, back on time, then delayed 3x which caused us to miss an opportunity for a late check out from our hotel and we spent 4 unnecessary hours at the airport. I will never recommend Spirit or travel with them again."

They are only available for 4 blocks of ~ two hours during the day (SEA). 5. Can't choose your seat unless you pay extra. I prefer to pay twice rather than fly on Spirit again."
