My co-passengers did not care to follow the directions of their assigned seating, which is important to balance weights. I was a little nervous as there were significant weight differences in passengers. 120-350+ pounders. Also, I wasn't disgusted, however the inside was a bit dingy. Could use a little scrub down to get rid of the dirt on the seats. Had an old appearance, definitely not the luxurious look you see on their website!"

I had to sit in this tiny terminal for over five hours and wait for another flight, which was delayed mind you because, well, a crew member was missing. So we left 20 minutes late! This truly made this experience one of a kind, I will never forget to tell all my friends, family, coworkers and blast this all over social media to my contacts. As a disabled veteran, I was truly shocked and completely done with the day when the same crew member showed up so we could boars finally and tells me that I don't look like anything is wrong with me, after reading my wounded warrior project carry on bag. Thank you for the disrespect on top of the hippocracy on top of the worst travel experience ever and Southwest lost my military bags with my uniforms while enroute to a brother in arms funeral service. Thank you for showing how little customers, average Americans mean"

I do not plan on flying on Jet Blue ever again. I thought I was saving money but I ended up spending about 200$ more due to hotel cancellation and over priced long term parking at National airport in DC."

I understand that sometimes schedule can be unpredictable but this was ridiculous. One plane that was supposed to leave after us actually left before us and people were getting upset"

Flight crew was friendly and professional

Recovery is taking its toll, The Delta employees are burdened with the covid restrictions costing then undue time to make sure they are complaint and its hard to do. Federal law mandating restrictions above local law is ridiculous. I did like the new boarding back to front, been wondering a long time when airlines would figure that out, but drop all the categories for pre-boadrings, only have one: Special needs, Military and 1st class, one call then back to front, half the plane was onboard before it got efficient.

ASSISTING A PASSENGER WITH A TRANSFER TO ANOTHER DELTA FLIGHT AFTER THE FIRST ONE WAS DELAYED IS "NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE". Seriously, it is basic courtesy!"

Called HoJo’s to confirm they had non-smoking rooms available. Got on the hotel’s shuttle bus and the driver announced that HoJo was full and all voucher holders would go to Rodeway Inn but those without vouchers would go to HoJo....huh!?? Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

We asked the flight attendants twice for blankets and each time they said no. I know they had extra blankets but for some reason they did not give us one. I thought that sitting in comfort+ they'd at least give us the comfort of a blanket but I guess not... Oh well."

Unfortunately, our seats on our original connection were released so when we arrived at our gate our only option was to split up and take middle seats - even though we had paid over $100 ea. for upgrades. Delta offered nothing for this. One of the flight attendants was in a terrible mood - she was cold and rude and would not even look at passengers - which her fellow crewmates noticed and tried to compensate for."

The flight attendant,while serving us drinks, started saying what great passengers we were but her flight from Dallas the day before was definitely a feeling the effects of the full moon. This was our first interaction with a flight attendant. She had no basis for saying we were great and as we didn't have a relationship other than ordering drinks she had no basis for complaining about her Dallas to us. She would leave it to us that she was being put upon by the customers that she was getting paid to serve. Where the Aeromexico flight attendant genuinely enjoyed serving her customers."

Cons: "My flight from ATL to BWI was horrible. It was not a Delta plane. Possibly borrowed from SpiritAirlines, which is an airline I will never fly again even if offered a free flight. That's how strongly I feel about their planes and service. I was seated in a 2across row where the seats were small and my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me the entire flight. I'll grant you I am a big girl at 6' 250 however the first leg of my flight from FLL to ATL which WAS on a Delta plane, was fine. I did not feel smashed into the seat. For the money, I feel like I am due more than being locked into the seat unable to move more than 1/2 inch for an entire flight. Thankfully the flight was under 2 hours."

Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. AS LONG AS Chinese airport luggage people are dishonest and cannot be trusted, your entire airline is a failure. That is not prejudice against Chinese people. I know some honest good ones. They are all Christians, the kind of good people the corrupt Chinese government hates. An atheistic country is an evil country. Do not expect to be respected by honest people. You people clearly do not deserve it. You are still in the stone age when it comes to professionalism which requires total honesty, a quality which your luggage handlers consider to be dispensable. Cons: "Our carry-on luggage was taken away from us because the gate agent decided it looked too big. A family of four with luggage larger than ours was allowed to carry theirs on. Our luggage was then sent down to the baggage carousel at Baltimore. We took carry-on to avoid this. I don't think we will fly Delta again."

Cons: "The flight was delayed over two hours due to weather conditions at ATL. Good thing too as my inbound flight from SRQ-ATL was delayed as well and if this flight had been on time I would certainly have missed the connection. For some reason I couldn't get my boarding pass from ATL-BWI to show up in the Fly Delta app on my phone, and I couldn't seem to print one at any kiosk in the terminal at ATL. I scanned the SRQ-ATL boarding pass and that worked fine. My connecting flight to BWI was also delayed due to weather at ATL. There were two hours between landing at ATL and taking off for BWI, plenty of time to move a bag from plane to plane, yet my suitcase took a different flight from ATL-BWI and I still don't have it even though they promised I would have it delivered to my apartment by 6:30A this morning. I understand that weather was a problem in Atlanta but really? When I landed, I noticed in the Fly Delta app that my bag was taking a later flight to BWI despite more than ample time to get it from the SRQ-ATL plane to the ATL-BWI plane. This was good, as I didn't bother to wait for my bag at the carousel but proceeded directly to the Baggage Services office. I was assured my bag would be delivered to my apartment after that flight landed at 8 PM. Continued to check bag status in the Fly Delta app and noticed that they scheduled delivery to my apartment by 6:30 AM this morning and closed the claim. I left for work at 7 this morning and still no bag. I filed a property loss claim at Delta's website; delayed baggage flyer suggests doing so will get me a $25 or $50 voucher for future travel since the bag was not delivered within 12 hours of my delayed bag claim at 2:15 PM. Too bad it has to be used within 30 days and I don't think I will be able to fly anywhere within 30 days."

Also when I asked at the airport with my infant 2 hours early I was disappointed that I wasn't email or given any notice, I let the supervisor Know and asked that my bag fee atleast be waved or that I be given a food voucher, in which he said he couldn't do... Note I paid almost $400 for a two hour flight... Which I won't do again."

Boarding went fine, the plane was clean, and the crew was very friendly. Seats were a bit cramped, but that seems to be typical on all airlines anymore. Cookies and pretzels were offered as were beverages - the usual. I’d fly American again.
