It would've made more sense to put that person in one of our seats and us in that row to give four people more space instead of just one."

Cons: "I didnt like that my flight was canceled and rebooked for no reason. This created me big problem in Athens that they couldnt find my ticket in delta. Also I didnt like that i had to stand and wait for 3 hours in the line because my flight was canceled but no one could let us know if there gonna be any flights within the day. I slept in the airport because i couldnt find a hotel to spend the night close to the airport. They were all full and i had no time to find one since I was waiting there for 3 hours with no informational. I slept on the floor and delta didnt even offer us a blanket. That was my worst trip ever."

The problem is your greedy Chinese luggage handling thieves who work for your airlines in Chinese airports. Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. AS LONG AS Chinese airport luggage people are dishonest and cannot be trusted, your entire airline is a failure. That is not prejudice against Chinese people. I know some honest good ones. They are all Christians, the kind of good people the corrupt Chinese government hates. An atheistic country is an evil country. Do not expect to be respected by honest people. When I sat down it was impossible for me to sit without my knees jammed against the seat in front of me. I ended up switching with my daughter to the seat across the isle which had slightly more leg room. Overall the seating was very uncomfortable."

No effort to get me a window seat within main cabin when I claimed, nor reasonable explanation on why they did the changed."

Pros: "The gentlemen from the wheelchair service who was there to pick us up when we arrived in Heathrow went above and beyond his duties. Instead of passing us over to another wheelchair attendant as we needed to switch terminals, he stayed with us thru the terminal change until we were on the airplane. We needed to get our boarding passes at Heathrow from a different airline and he helped us with this. Kudos to him!! The attendants on this flight were very helpful when my husband was having a diabetic reaction and I was vomiting form air motion sickness. We were a mess!! However the flight attendants were sure we had a wheelchair in Chicago and helped us with our bags as we were exiting the plane. Nice Job"
