Cons: "It was constantly delayed and the airline was poorly treating its passengers in helping them get to their final destination. I was originally supposed to get into my final destination at 6pm, but I didn't get in until after 10pm central time due to those delays."

Cons: "Missed my transfer in London because the plane took too long to unboard and I was unable to make it to the gates of my next flight in time, despite there being over an hour connection time. The flight came in slightly late and passports were re-inspected upon unboarding which wasted a lot of time, and Heathrow is a nightmare of an airport on a good day, which made it very difficult to get where I needed to go."

Cons: "Iberia could have checked us in and if we had been unable to get on that particular flight could have put us on a different flight instead of just telling us we were out of $360 and we would have to pay full price for a new ticket."

Due to extra security measures at the gate, we did not have time to get enough food in the terminal to bring on board with us so needed to order a sandwich and drink. The on screen food order system did not work, and it was difficult to know when we could request food."

I had to pay a total of $50, $25 each way, in Madrid. I was never informed of this in Boston or, again, while processing my checking using Iberia’s website."

Cons: "I couldn't check in online because I don't have 2 surnames. I arrived at Granada airport early to allow plenty of time to check-in. So did about a thousand other people. There was only one person available to check everyone in for Iberia. It was grateful. Plane was old. Not even a glass of water was offered."

Cons: "Awful service all around. Some type of notification about needing a passport that expires more than 6 months after your retrun date would be nice, either from the airline or from kayak, since you already send so many emails anyway. This would be super easy for you to do and save a lot of people a lot of hastle, since many do not know about this pretty counterintuitive restriction. Anyway, Iberia offered to rebook me the following day and put me on standby for the next flight to give me the morning to renew my passport. However when I came back to check in for the second flight, the original attendant had forgotten to actually add me to the standby list and in the meantime, my connecting flight had become overbooked. The check-in folks argued about whether I could be upgraded to fit onto this flight, but decided that since the original dely was my fault, the best they could offer was a flight at the same time the following day. I asked if I could rebook my return flight to push it back a day, and they told me that figure reservations could only be changed over the phone. I totally accept that monitoring the validity of my passport is my responsibility, but refusing to put in an ounce of effort to assist their customers with relatively unknown and counterintuitive restrictions, then not admitting to fault of your own or lifting a finger to make up for blatantly crappy service if it even slightly affects their bottom line is absurd. Do better, Iberia. Oh wait, you're an airline. I won't hold my breath."

I asked a flight attendant to stop this abuse after I was bumped in head a number of times by a kid that was jumping across a row a seats in front of mine ,the flight attendant told me that I should tolerate this abuse because it was from a kid,then proceeded to tell me that if I did not want to go throughout this abuse ,I should fly in a private plane. I felt irate at such response from a flight attendant and responded that I will never fly Iberia again. I wanted the attendant to talk to the parents and ask them to control their kid from abusing the adjacent passengers.I felt the impulse to talk to the crew chief but decided against it simply because I would do them a favor if they listened. Truthfully I think carriers with such attitudes deserve to go bankrupt and I hope they do."

Cons: "The lack of legroom is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I am 5’10 and my knees were planted firmly in the seat in front of me. I’ve had 5 knee surgeries so this made the tight squeeze even worse. Furthermore, the inability to move is cause of blood clots."

Cons: "The service was aweful. Right from getting my ticket, to getting served on the flight. Staff needs major improvement."

Other thoughts: the plane was old, my seat had a lump in it, zero entertainment, food was over priced. (3 Euro for a tiny water). This may seem petty but ultimately the appearance and function of the plane represents their company as a whole. From my first impressions, I’m thinking as a passenger is: I just hope the age and appearance of the plane isn’t reflective of their repairs and maintenance work as well."

Cons: "Despite seeing a crew bring 3 pieces of luggage to the plane, since the cargo was closed they turned around and 1 of those was my luggage which arrived a day later. The flight was late departing and then required to circle the airport and then the luggage did not make it."

Cons: "The bus to the plane stayed fully packed at the terminal for several minutes. I heard several people start complaining about their heat. The crew at the terminal were brusque. Other than that, the flight was fine. I wasn't offered any food or drink, but once we were flying, there were no additional delays."

Cons: "While making the reservation online it said that you could declare your luggage when you do online check in 24 hours before your flight and the charge would be 15 euro's per bag or if you wait and do it at the airport it would be 30 euros per bag. I tried numerous times to do the check in before our flight and it kept saying unable to complete. I explained this to the agent at the airport and he still charge us 30 euros per bag."

Cons: "Honestly my only complaint would be that I was not given both of my boarding passes when I first checked in in Munich and instead I had to go out and stand in a line for an hour to get my boarding pass for Las Angeles which made me just barely get to my gate on time."

Cons: "had a booked flight from madrid to gatwick, london and connection the next day at 11 am to Tampa US. We were at the airport at 1500. Flight was supposed to board at 1820 and leave at 1850. When checking the board, the flight's boarding was anticipated to 1810. We were at the gate at 1815 and there was an electronic sign signaling "boarding". However there was no personal, no line of waiting passengers and no plane. Upon checking we were told that the plane had already left. (this was at 1828). The only way to make our connection in london was a flight to Heathrow later with BA. Then we had to get a taxi to get to gatwick. Will never fly Iberia again."

Not sure if this was because we booked thru kayak or if it was the airline but this was a long flight and I would have paid(although not happily) to get to sit next to my husband. As it was, we both got center seats separated on the plane. Very inconvenient and very uncomfortable."

Cons: "That we were unable to make the connection, missed by only a few minutes which seems like more could have been done to help us get on. Would have liked to be given access to VIP lounge to relax and use wifi to communicate to others our delay to let them know we were okay. Voucher for lunch was at limited vendors, not easy to use. No water in toilet for washing, out of toilet paper."
