The crew was really nice.
So many delays. My flight was eventually cancelled on Friday and was rescheduled for Saturday. The Saturday flight was delayed. All in all, i wasted a vacation day on Friday, I paid for a hotel in Denver for Friday night that I was not able to get refunded, I missed out on a day in Denver. It was a huge bummer.
I reserved seats for both flights @ 13.00 per seat (2) and never got the seats I reserved.
Everything was horrible!

As bout as relaxing and enjoyable as a tall guy can have on a flight!

Every Alaska Airlines personnel we worked with, from luggage check-in, to gate attendants to the flight attendants, were extremely helpful, friendly and so kind. It was a pleasure flying with Alaska.
There wasn't a thing I didn't like.
Cabin crew was very efficient and helpful. One attendant was able to help me get entertainment app to work by advising me to turn off privacy settings on my phone. Good flight. They had a wheelchair ready for me on landing, not because I requested one but because they noted I had used one to change planes. Really nice
Couldnt get seat to recline.

No outlets to charge electronics. Plane itself seemed a bit on the older end.

Outdated 757. No individual entertainment. Power restricted to premium seats and was intermittent when it worked.
Food service was not announced. Take off was delayed one hour
For an obviously new aircraft the space between rows was horrendous. I am 5ft4in tall and when I sat down my knees touched the seat in front of me. When the passenger in front of me tilted his seat back I couldn’t even cross my legs! I like Qantas but I have learned to abhor American Airlines (which operated this flight), next time I will probably use Air New Zealand purely because of the seat situation.
My bags were sent on an earlier flight so they were sitting on a different terminal and I was on a different one. At 9:30 pm in -12 degree Celsius I was waiting for a shuttle to take me to that terminal which was very unnecessary because it’s their responsibility to give me my bag at the right terminal.
