Pros: "I had 3 seats to myself, and I was able to curl up and get a good 2 hours sleep without being disturbed. Thank you ANA. Crew was lovely and friendly."
Cons: "Well they could have given me a free upgrade but I can live with a row to myself, kidding. When the ticket counter opens the agents stand in front of the podiums and bow and say a greeting (I think it was in Japanese). They need to get their timing better. So not much."
Pros: "Logjam Manila traffic, confusion at MNL, late for check in, but staff got me on the plane. Then my suitcase was busted open at Chicago O'Hare on the conveyor belt and ANA issued me a replacement on the spot. Two problems [ not their fault ] handled beautifully. ANA is truly amazing. Thank You !!"
Cons: "Wheel chair transport requested did not come so I had to wait 15-20 min in Tokyo."
Pros: "The crew was so kind and helpful, the kind of people I wish that I could have spent time to get to know."
Cons: "It would have been really nice to have taller seats. I’m only a little over 6’3” with shoes on and the seats were still quit short and uncomfortable for me."
Pros: "Crew was good. The food was good quality."
Cons: "Boarding took along time and then the plane was delayed, not their fault but it made the trip less enjoyable. Manila is a poor hub."

Pros: "My flight is at 9:50 am but I arrived around 5:30 am , as expected the line was already long and one of the crew told us the front desk will not open until 6:30. My husband reserved my ticket going back to US. I was assigned to seat on an exit, but when I went to the gate , one of a female employee keeps telling me if I'm aware I'll be seating on an exit and I said yes , I look for a vacant seat so I can relax while waiting, she went back again and asked me if the front desk desk gave me any paper about the task I have to do when seating on an exit. I read it and understand . She came back again for the third time and borrow my boarding pass and check something and asked me if I want to transfer to another seat, and I said no. I don't know what she wants me to do , but I'm so irritated because she keeps asking me the same question over and over again."

Cons: "Food options were poor. Wished there were more fresh alternatives, like salads and fruits only."

Pros: "I liked that the flight was on time. The plane was nice too, nicer than most other airlines. The seats were roomy enough, as good as economy can be. Food was one of the best. The movies were pretty new which is always a plus. The crew was awesome. I get motion sickness whenever I ride anything, be it planes, buses, trains or boats, and the fact that the flight attendants kept checking on me put my mind at ease."
Cons: "There was a smell of old sweat odor from the seats, maybe table. Plus my table was still wet when I opened it. So that was kind of gross."

Pros: "Food and service"
Cons: "N/A"
Pros: "Food and service was excellent"
Cons: "Aircraft airconditioning was quite hot."
Pros: "Legroom and cabin ambience"
Pros: "Clean, comfortable, empty middle seats. Good movie selection."
Cons: "Snacks lacked variety and nutritional value."
Cons: "The social distancing, the cdc is recommending 6 ft but there are passengers directly behind and in grinning us and only one passenger seat empty between 2 people. With covid on the rise, how are you actually doing your party to take care of your customers."
Pros: "Crew was super helpful and very accomodating"
Cons: "Can’t think of anything. A few times I’ve flown Delta, the service has improved. Having helpful staff on board is very important . Years ago it was very unpleasant to fly Delta because of rude flight attendants especially on us domestic flights. Hopefully that has all changed. Especially the older crew. If they can’t stand doing better customer service they need to retire . Happy to fly Delta and will let people know."
Pros: "Flight attendants were nice"
Cons: "The flight didn’t leave on time because the plane wasn’t ready for takeoff (the engines had to be warmed up... WHY would that not be ready when it was time?!) so we left 30 minutes late, didn’t make up any lost time at all in the air and we ended up missing our connecting flight because of it all."
Cons: "I upgraded to Premium+ and it did not feel like an upgrade from a comfortability standpoint."
Pros: "The Movie selection was pretty good for such a long flight."
Cons: "Seats front to back is WAY too short in economy. Person in front of me put their seat back putting my movie screen 2in in front of my face. Plus, when a meal arrived, I had to put my elbows into my neighbors seat to cut because I couldn't put them front to back. Crew seemed uncaring."
Pros: "The crew at the checking counters were very accommodating. Knowing that I had requested a wheelchair, they changed my seat to one that was closer to the door."
Cons: "The flight attendants in my could have been more visible other than just during the food service time."
Pros: "individual TVs"
Cons: "it would be great if you could not use all those one-use plastic cups. waste is a real issue in the US and the solution is using re-usable items like washable cups. Unboarding was a nightmare and it started to get really hot waiting to get off."
Pros: "Crew was awesome. Movie was awesome. Delta always comes through."
Cons: "Touch screen not very sensitive, required a lot of tapping to click."
Cons: "Seat assignment at gate and it changed 3 times to Accommodate others."
Pros: "The seats felt roomier in this smaller plan than the bigger ones and one of the flight attendants was lovely!"
Cons: "It was so dirty! The flight attendant who spoke over the PA mumbled and was not clear at all in anything she said. Maybe she was tired and had a long day but she definitely didn’t seem to want to be there. I didn’t know that you got a receipt with your seat number on it because it wasn’t explained and that was my first time flying Delta in years. Overall one of the worst flights but thankfully it was fast!"
Pros: "left on time and arrived early"
Cons: "no legroom even in first class."
Cons: "No will fi"
Pros: "I didn't realize there was a 20 hour transit time in Portland. Delta wanted $330 to change the tickets. I could buy a new Delta ticket for $179. Bought a new Alaska Air ticket for $107"
Cons: "Trying to get an answer to this problem"
Pros: "On time. Pleasant crew although one was a little green. Short flight. Good communication."
Cons: "Squished into a seat that I paid extra for more room. Yes I had more leg room, but my legs were pressed Up against the person next to me. And for the extra money I paid, the snacks could be a little more substantial. And only a small glass of soda. Really, if this was Delta comfort What were the cheap seats like?"
Pros: "No entertainment and no food other than snacks."
Pros: "Nice enough crew"
Cons: "The MD88 is such a crappy plane for anyone that wasn't born a dwarf. I'm tired of filling out these and yet you do nothing about it. It is criminal to cram is in like sardines like this."
Cons: "The boarding process is quite confusing with all the different categories of people prior to the actual listed "zone" boarding. As an example, if you have a "Zone 2" boarding pass, you think you will be second to board when in reality that means you are second to last to board. After those who need extra time, those with small children, active military, premier, whatever.... all that covers about 2/3 of the passengers. Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."
Cons: "Your company has the worst customer service ever! You ruined our family vacation and just have horrible policies I can’t believe it! Will never purchase anything off your website again! You suck!"
Pros: "Empty seats, room to spread out"
Pros: "Everything was great, flight attendants were awesome"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Great people and crew early arrival nice passengers"
Cons: "WiFi doesn’t work."
Pros: "Still the best great airline"
Cons: "Basic economy has way too many restrictions"
Cons: "Layover"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "The baby"
Cons: "The boarding took a long time then when they called for the zone 3 they told us to hurry up. The steward was doing everything by hand motion. You couldn't hear what he was saying. The plane was extremely noisy and we asked what the noise was none of the crew answered. This is not the normal service that I am used to from Delta."
Pros: "Loved that they had access to connecting info on board"
Pros: "on time meet all my expectations"
Cons: "I believe it is time for WI-FI to be complimentary in flights. It is far too expensive and feels like price gauging"
Pros: "Cheap"
Cons: "My roundtrip flights with delta were all delayed at least 2 hours. That's what you pay for for a cheap flight. There were no inclement weather and the staff didn't give a reason for the delay."
Pros: "Able to watch an interview. Then part of a movie which makes the time fly."
Cons: "Late departure. Late arrival. So I got my car and landed in terrible traffic. Which I had hoped to avoid."
Cons: "Due to weather patterns, we sat on the runway for 3 hours waiting to take off. There was approx. 50+ planes ahead of us. I know this because I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot on his way home. About 2 hours in, there was 30 planes left to take off, and then us. They air traffic control people were only letting off one plane per minute which is what was holding us. THEN after the 3 hours on the runway, our crew timed out and the brought us back to gate saying we were not taking off. At the gate, they informed us the flight was not 'cancelled' but 'delayed' to the following morning. I/m not sure how a 16 hour difference is considered 'delayed', but I digress. All Delta reps had NO idea the time of the new flight the following morning and told us all to just 'keep checking the app'. Now, fortunately for me I live in Brooklyn and could just go home. But what about everyone who was at LGA as a layover? I heard from multiple passengers they had to spend the night in a hotel, that Delta did not pay for. We finally got notice the new flight was scheduled for 9:30AM, which they AGAIN delayed until 11:30AM. Many people did not get the second change, and were already at LGA for the 9:30AM flight. To say Delta's handling of this was poor is an understatement. We knew when we got on that plane the crew was going to time out. Again, I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot who told me to 'get comfy, we're gonna be here awhile' the minute I sat down. Delta should have given us a fresh crew, or had a backup one prepared. I understand the weather is out of there control, and I understand you can't have a tired crew piloting an airplane, but there are other ways to have us take off remotely on schedule."
Pros: "Never ever get economy fare! Getting a seat at he gate is a nightmare!"
Cons: "Seating assignment process. Length of time to talk to anyone at the gate. Pregnancy priority seating is impossible."
Pros: "The infotainment screen on back of headrests."
Pros: "I had a guy offer me his window seat. Nice guy. It was only 2 hrs. We arrived on time. Pretzels and drinks."
Cons: "No entertainment."
Pros: "Free games and movies in the headrest TV. Really cool"
Cons: "It was extremely hot and uncomfortable on the plane."
Pros: "Great staff, quick service."
Cons: "Delayed 3 hrs missed connecting flight waited 3 hrs for next one"
Pros: "The staff was great. The plane was the cleanest of MD-88s I'd been on recently."
Cons: "The old plans have your too cramped or squeezed in. The connecting flight from ATL to MKE made this one look good."
Pros: "delayed. equipment failure."
Cons: "All good"
Pros: "I liked the price of the ticket."
Cons: "In comparison to Korean Air, which I often use for overseas travel, Delta doesn't quite measure up. The overall performance and professionalism is lower."
Pros: "Arrived on time"
Cons: "No food. Only snacks and very good snacks"
Pros: "Row to myself"
Pros: "Everything on Delta's part was very well done, and all of their employees were great. Arrived a little early, and very nice entertainment system over their wifi"
Cons: "Expensive ticket, ATL airport staff rude (not Delta employees)"
Pros: "the aircraft was fine. leg room was slightly larger than other commercial flight i took recently."
Cons: "the crew at the boarding counter was unhelpful. my girlfriend and i were rescheduled to a later flight and were randomly assigned to 2 separate seats. online seat selecting did not work at all."
Pros: "Delta Club"
