And saw later that the gate had been changed at the last to Gate 24. I thought it would have been nice if Copa could have posted the change at Gate 20 . I would not have missed the flight."

Terrible service, it was a simple request. I’m sure someone with long legs would have been happy to switch with me. I also don’t like that my carry on bags had a weight limit."

After that they gave us our check-in luggage for us to take it to another location (to another floor) within the airport to be checked-in again. They wanted to charge us $20.00 additional per check-in bag even though they were half of the weight limit. After we complained, they dropped this charge. Due to all the delays we lost our connection and we had to book another flight. Not a good experience. We will never make a stop in Mexico in the future."

Volunteer was totally unfazed but Desk crew made it seem as tho the Muslim mom was at fault for the time and trouble they had had to go through to accommodate her. She apologized profusely and was very appreciative for the trouble evernote had gone to for her. . As she walked away the crew looked at each other and shook their heads. Pretty crummy way to treat customers!"

All parties (Customs, TSA, & American Airlines) just kept trying to pass the blame to each other instead of helping us and were rude on top of that. The delays were out of our control causing us to not only miss our flight, but also caused us to have to spend more money to stay at a hotel in Phoenix since the next flight available was not until the morning. This situation has also caused both my husband and me to miss work, causing us to miss out on today's wages. This entire situation has been the worst airport experience we've ever had, and we've traveled all over the world. We usually fly with American Airlines, and would hate to have to go with another airline, but we would have to if this situation is not rectified, and if we are not compensated for all of the additional costs imposed on us."

They will probably rethink that. There is inflight entertainment if you have your own device with WiFi and a screen. So pros and cons, but essentially a bus trip."

Why are airlines permited to give such low levels of service? Why are they allowed to charge extra fees for ordinary seats? And no complimentary entertainment. All that NOTHING" service and for very high fees.I got suckered into paying a lot extra for premium Economy. The Premium was the extra money they stole. The Economy was the new definition of bare bones."

If you had already downloaded the United app, you could connect a personal device to their wifi for free and watch from there (if you didn't download the app prior to takeoff, you were screwed). Also, no USB charging outlets were available. I live in Korea and don't have an American style outlet to connect to a USB, so my devices died. The provided tiny aisle TV which played programmed shows and movies kept freezing, skipping, and turning off. Entertainment is usually the saving grace for budget int'l flights, whose food, service, and comfort can be expected to suck. Next time I'll shell out for Korean Air or Asiana."

Pros: "It took an additional 45 min to leave the gate after boarding and then when we landed it took an hour to taxi to the gate. THEN when I got my bags I had to walk to another gate, but the underground train was not in use since it was too late. I have to walk on a boot because of an Achilles injury... It was horrible. I didn't get to my car until an hour and a half AFTER getting my bags. I left Phoenix at 7pm and didn't get to my apartment until 2am. And I had to get up for an 8am meeting the next day. I will say the crew on the flight was amazing and upbeat- they made the trip!"
Pros: "I traveled on dec. 25th this year and was a little worried about making it to Jersey in time for a party. I boarded plane planning on worse case and landed finding myself in best case situation,on time and safe. Thanks,for keeping up the good work, that truly seems to be a fading mission for most airlines to uphold these days. So, again, cheers and happy holidays !!"

They only gave me 4oz of soda...I asked for the can and the flight attendant was rude. I wouldn't pay $7.99 for 3 hours of wifi."
