Flight back was OK but flight to Orlando was not. Travelling with s 94 yr old man in a wheelchair. Everything at Pearson is not conduscent to travel with a handicapped person. Poor layout, poor assistance, non caring people, long distances,, and final straw was air canada started boarding without calling for handicapped first. We had to stop them and then fight our way up the aisle with people all in the way. Terrible, just lousey. 3 and a half hours before flight we arrived and didn't even have a chance to get some lunch before flight. I give Toronto and air Canada the worst possible rating of any airport or airline I've ever dealt with. John O"Hearn
The fact that the in-flight meal was as cold as the crew, and you got to pay for that coldness. Just love it! You get me right?
The Montreal-Vancouver route was by far the worst. The attitude of the crew was denigrating and arrogant.
Late departure- even with snow issues have not had similar problems with WestJet

well, someday i hope to be able to experience "first class!" travel, but all in all, quite adequate! i always try to fly westjet in canada.
Delayed flight and disorganized boarding in Kingston made it a bit frustrating.
Being stopped at every connection for screening. No communication about why. Nearly missing the connection due to the screenings. Being held in holding because it was being confirmed that my bag would make it on my next flight and then once confirmed it never made it anyways!!! Unprofessional and poorly executed all the way through.
