The first flight was fine, great crew, but the plane was delayed 45 minutes to go to Seattle because of they were missing a ramp. That would make sense if the plane was actually at the gate. Not if we’re still waiting for a plane. After we landed we waited 30-45 minutes on the tarmac just to get off the plane. Alaska made me miss my connecting flight, wasting my time, and my money. I should honestly be reimbursed, but hey, when does the airline ever actually take accountability? Never.

Gentleman at gate in Wichita was pleasant but lady was rude. First time I encountered that in Wichita. They are usually very pleasant. Flight attendant at the back of the plane was very nice.

For a 5hrs flight a simple meal should provided instead of snacks only

Usually on board crews are more animated and friendly. No onboard entertainment and no seatback video screens for a six hour flight. Landing was a bit rough. We were told the wrong turnstile for luggage.
