The rice pudding was terrible. The bread with the hummus was fair. The ravioli was okay. The snacks were great. The two delays were not pleasant. In the beginning I understand, but on arrival we sat for about 30 minutes before getting at the gate.
Flight was delayed about 40 minutes by a mechanical problem. This made a long day even longer. Otherwise good.
We did have to wait an hour for the runway to be cleared but other than that it was fine.

There was no sense of urgency to get us to our destination on time. There’s just no such thing with this airline. It’s not my fault, they don’t have enough help. They sure as hell charge you enough for everything Nothing like being nickel and dimed to death. Money for bags money to choose a seat. You gotta be made for money to fly this airline.
Weather caused delays, but since I was in no hurry I asked to reschedule for any other day to make room for anyone in need of keeping their schedule. Alaska accommodated my request with an extra bonus - with a credit to my account for another day…. Always had great experience with the Alaska folks.
I’m highly satisfied with Alaska over other airline experiences however the wifi kept kicking me off and the service was intermittent. I kept having to fool with it to get it to work.
I hate turbulence and we had quite a lot. I really appreciated kept us calm informed. When it would likely start, when it would likely end. And the cause. Very good!

I was beat it was a late flight don't remember taking off or landing was a good nap.
This a short easy flight. No food or drink but that was not an issue since we were only in the air for 35 minutes.
The ac must have died, it was way to hot on this flight. Boarding g was chaotic. The flight was delayed for boarding. Not a great experience.
No Internet, no backseat screen, no nothing. I bought a Delta ticket and ended up on American Airlines. How did that happen?
Connection flights should be spaced out farther because too close I missed my connection.
The flight was way too HOT! And the plane did not have any in-flight TV entertainment.
The gate attendants and the crew were terrible. Because of high winds, they needed to carry more fuel, so they had to get volunteers to take the next flight at 6 am the next day. They did a terrible job of it - our flight ended up taking off just under 3 hours of the scheduled time. I hope to never fly Delta again.
Great service. Great staff. Boarding was a little slow, but I think there was a service dog slowing things down.
We splurged and decided to fly first class. Seats were roomy. But flight crew arrived late to the airport. That delayed our flight. Most of the passengers had to try to make connections flights. I felt bad for them. We checked 4 bags. We got three from the baggage claim carousel. 4th one was lost. Delta online help wasn’t good. Baggage claim staff were sympathetic and nice but we waited around for almost 2 hours and it had t been found. They did find it several hours later and we had to drive back to airport to retrieve it. I won’t be splurging on 1st. Lass again anytime soon. I think we got worse service. I am also not a huge fan of delta but we have family in ATL so we don’t have a ton of choice. What should have been an easy flight turned into a stressful event due to flight crew tardiness and baggage mishandling.

Among the poorest flights I’ve had with Delta in a while. Entertainment system failed completely on a 7.5 hr flight. Crew seemed distracted and not the normal friendly crew. Flight overbooked it seemed… very crowded.
