Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. AS LONG AS Chinese airport luggage people are dishonest and cannot be trusted, your entire airline is a failure. That is not prejudice against Chinese people. I know some honest good ones. Somehow European airlines manage not to freeze out all their passengers. It was less than a two hour flight but felt like an eternity because it was so uncomfortable. Seat size - this is absolutely the smallest it can/should go. I am pretty skinny, but even I'm running out of room and the seat backs could be made a bit more comfortable. Not only is there almost no recline, but the way they are constructed - they actually push my head forward - not made for short people."

While waiting to taxi out the second time the flight attended, Tyeesha, was very rude to an elderly gent. He was seated in an exit row and she didn't think him capable. The lady on the aisle of my row volunteered to switch and Tyeesha' s response was a sharp, "Do you want to pay the higher price too?" When the lady next to me said she would gladly pay Tyeesha announced loudly that this discussion was between the two of them and everyone else needed to mind their own business. The lady offering to switch was really embarrassed, as was the elderly gent. Someone else was made to switch with him. They looked disgruntled too. In the air all the flight attendants were sharp and very direct. There were no please or thank you's used. Trash was collected silently and mostly with pointing. The armrest to my left had five flavors of chewed gum stuck to the side of it. My lap tray had grey and yellow sticky stuff on it and I chose to hold my food rather than let the two touch. The floors were untidy. The only reason I will ever fly Allegiant again is if I have no other options. It is 60 minutes closer to my house than SLC and I will be making the drive from now on."

The attendant responded by pressing hard on her shoulder telling her to calm down. It was a stressful situation."

Both companies stated that because I missed my flight, I was not even able to use my return flight, which I had paid for. It is terrible that I could not even use my return flight. Regardless of missing my departure flight, I should not be punished in not being able to use my return flight! Ridiculous policy!"

Cons: "We didnt fly spirit from Pittsburgh to Los Angeles because our non-stop saturday return flight was cancelled, even though the plane that would have taken us home had already arrived at the airport. We were flexible to reschedule to fly out on sunday, but again that non-stop flight got cancelled. Even though, again, the plane we would have boarded was already at the airport. Then, after being cancelled twice, you were unwilling to schedule us on a flight, whether on spirit or another airline, to get us back by sunday night. Then we chose to get a refund on the flight because it was the only real option we had from your not so apologetic offers that didnt really compensate for the inconvenience. You returned us the cost of the one way flight back, on a ticket we purchased months in advance at a lower price than what was comparable to the return flight we had to purchase that same day. I understand "unforseen" conditions can change things, but it would be nice for a company to compensate its passangers fairly for not being able to follow through on a commitment."

Having spent *many* hours on the phone with other airlines trying to correct quirky problems, this was very much appreciated."
