The problem is your greedy Chinese luggage handling thieves who work for your airlines in Chinese airports. Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. That indeed may be the airline's bad policy, but she also thought her way of expressing it was appropriate, which it is not. That has to come straight from the top. Also, what kinda janky airline doesn't serve complementary water. Probably the biggest deal though was that my flight was delayed for 2 hours both ways due to a maintenance issue. I know air travel is fairly safe, but given the track record of both Allegiant and Airbus, I was a little worried during the flights. Even though this particular route is convenient for me, I'm going to avoid Allegiant."

So before anyone was mobile or doors were open, there were large pieces of luggage being passed around through really crowded spaces. Chill, people. The baggage carousel at the new terminal was poorly designed, shutting down when people went to pick up their bags. It took awhile to get our bags, and we were scolded by the staff for tripping some sensor. I don't know what universe y'all live in, but in this one, you have to move close to the carousel to lift your bag. So the sensor tripped like three times and people were unhappy."

The price was great. I have never sat in such a small seat and the folding tray was not big enough to balance my water bottle. But the Steelers won so that was good."

This is unacceptable. Don't boast that you got us to our destination ahead of schedule and then make everyone wait over an hour just to get our bags."

When the plan landed at the exact time the pilot predicted 4.5 hours earlier, they told us that we were "early" and kept everyone waiting with seatbelts fastened. In fact the crew frequently abused the seatbelts fastened light during calm air. Don't fly Frontier unless it is severely cheaper; the experience is terrible."

Of course so free food, not even peanuts! I am so tired of being nickeled and died by airlines that I now will actually refuse to make certain trips unless I can drive. No other industry in this country treats its customers as shabbily as the airline industry."

I understand that this happens, and was understanding at the time, but some expression to their customers would be nice."
Cons: "Price shown in search engine is not accurate. When you book the flight you are forced to choose a seat and every single seat on the airplane has an upcharge ($5 minimum but a lot more for the front of the plane). They also charge you to take a carry on ($60 at the gate). It was actually more money to carry a bag on that it was to check a bag. They artificially deflate their prices in search engines so they populate 1st and then up charge you when you get to the airport. The planes are dirty, seats are uncomfortable as the arms are still in your way when they fold up. I've now flown 3 times on frontier and the planes had terrible turbulence on the takeoff and landing. I have nothing good to say about my experience. Take another airline and at least you'll be paying the correct price up front, not weaseled into paying more when you check in for your flight."
