Cons: "Agent changed our flight to Munich and sent as a email with with confirmation on July 10. involuntary. On July 20. I checked Lufthansa app and found that only flight that was shown was flight Toronto-Thunder Bay. After 3 hours of phoning I found that flight from Munich to Toronto wasn’t available for date that was given us in email. Only option was day earlier or later. Left us to take day earlier and we could not changed last flight( Toronto- Thunder Bay). We had to come on Aug 22. and stay in Toronto for 27 hours and than take a flight to Thunder Bay on Aug 23. We lost a day of our vacation, had to stay at hotel. Not good experience at all. We still don’t know whom to complain about that."

Cons: "Boarding totally chaotic, someone was in my assigned seat, plane was very late, food was crappy, no legroom , seat and armrests uncomfortable , constant screaming babies, smelly passengers, music only came out of one speaker, music kept jumping from one song to another and then back !"

Pros: "Booked a flight to Italy in economy section and was worried that it would be a difficult and uncomfortable flight. However it exceeded my expectations and never felt that I was in the economy section. They provided excellent service and made sure you were comfortable and attended to. Would recommend"

Cons: "Media screen did not work and flight attendant was indifferent and made no attempt to resolve. If a passenger made a request we/they were told they were too busy. Food was minimal at beat."

Cons: "Before take off, I found a small brown bug that looked similar to a bed bug crawling on my arm. I took pictures of it and alerted a crew member. They replaced my pillow and said sorry... I couldn't stop thinking of the idea of bed bugs crawling on me and my personal belongings the whole flight."

Pros: "Nice Crew except when they were not watching where they stepped. Smooth flight."
Cons: "I had a swollen and sprained ankle during the flight, I had it resting near the aisle to stretch and move to try and keep it from swelling further. Unfortunately, my injured ankle was kicked several times by a rushed crew member. It would be great if they could be a bit more mindful and watch where they are walking. Also, the breakfast before landing was spoiled when I discovered fungus in my butter after I had already eaten half of it."

Cons: "Their computer terminals were down on the boarding area. Actually about 5 Boarding areas were down no one was available to give direction or answer questions until you got To the front of the line and many had to be sent then to a different line. Bad enough the terminals were down but not even close to German efficiency in handling the problem. Also several of the stewards were rather surly and short"

Cons: "Unfortunately, boarding wasn't well organized. It would have been more helpful if rows (1 through X) used the front door and rows (X+1 through Y) used the back door. We had people seated in the front of the plane using the back door and people in the back of the plane using the front door. It slowed the whole process down and was rather chaotic."

Pros: "The selection of in-flight movies is excellent. That has been my only positive experience"
Cons: "Lufthansa is always late, every single flight I have caught with them has been at least 45 minutes late. Additionally they are very inflexible if you want to make a change to your tickets after purchasing. Boarding the plane is handled very inefficiently and takes much longer than most other airlines. The food is mediocre and the drink cart only comes by every 2 hours or so which is far too infrequent"

After travelling almost 24 hours I was tired and was trying to find the seat using the boarding gate number. I figured out I should have been in 9 D by the end of the flight. Instead I sat in the last row because it was empty and there was not a seat 26A. I almost missed this flight because my boarding pass said 26A and really it was 27A. I did look at the board. I did not compare the board to the ticket, and the numbers were so close my tired brain thought they matched. When it was time to board I checked at gate 26A and she sent me around the construction. I told the guy there (27A) I was looking for 26A and he said to go around the construction. I told him they sent me to him and he insisted I go around the construction. I would have missed the plane if someone else had not come up just then and said he was going to Richmond. At that point I told the guy I was too, and he checked my ticket. Some of the problem was my tired brain and you cannot fix that. Perhaps when someone tells your employee that they have already been sent around the construction the employee should just check the ticket instead of trying to send them back."

Pros: "United needs to update their aircraft equipment. No in seat entertainment for their long haul flights? Shame on them. They also need to take notes from the crews of Lufthansa. This crew was frantic and seemed unprepared during all of their cocktail and meal services."

Pros: "Being a short person, the seats are very comfortable . My feet could touch and rest on the floor. It appears funny but it makes a big difference to a 4 feet and 11 inches person travelling long distances. Overall my experience with LH is excellent."

Flight eventually was cleared but another 15-20 minutes was spent on the runway de-icing. Barely made my connection with no assurance from crew that connecting flight would wait. Considering this was the first flight of the day I would have expected things to have gone smoother. No entertainment but I was not expecting any (there should be a N/A option in the survey)."

Cons: "Late departure for that most meaningless of excuses - the late arriving aircraft. And so late arriving at destination. On arrival at Berlin, there was also noone at the gate to allow us to leave the plane. All in all meant missing pickup time at the airport, and extra cost."

Also it was not made clear that I would have had to pay to check luggage. $120??!!!! I always carry on and this could have been easily avoided by not bringing gifts. Again, $120?!!!!! On top of an $1100 flight? You have to be kidding me."

Cons: "I intensely disliked the 3 hour delay in Copenhagen!!! And that SAS offered the passengers in transit a meal voucher of only 50 danish Kronas, which was just enough to buy a tall Starbucks coffee drink but not enough to eat anything at the airport!"

We were told by the SAS rebooking agent that no flights available on ANY flights from ANY carriers at ANY airport in all of Europe. Unless you were the couple at the other end of the counter - they were rebooked just fine. What do we do? SAS agent says, "Not my problem." So we have to stay an extra day. We ask - will you be putting us up in a hotel? Agent told us every hotel was sold out. "What do we do?" SAS agent: "Not my problem"."

Cons: "This was a connecting flight that was swapped to go to Newark instead of DC due to unforeseeable delays in DC. Not bad in and of itself but they only gave me a few hours notice that my flight was changed (email sent at 1 AM on a 7 AM flight) and I lost my already paid for upgrade to premium economy. They couldn't find any record of me having purchased an upgrade when I went to check in on my 5+ hour flight."

Cons: "Our checked bag was delayed for a very long time. It came out 15 minutes after our baggage carrousel claimed all the bags from our flight were completed. My wife was obviously extremely concerned and it started our honeymoon off on a more stressful note than it had to be."

Cons: "Something about the seats made it impossible to sleep without being woken up frequently by a painful position (economy class). Obviously no economy class seat will be comfortable to sleep in, but SAS seats seem to be a lot worse than other airlines."

Also staff just let people leave their windows open which was crazy coz most passengers are tired from other trips and of course in Europe you can hardly see anyone letting the elderly and children have any first priority boarding or let alone line up. I had my disabled husband and a young active little grandchild... Cathay Pacific, PAL,KAL, CAL are great about priority boarding for the elderly and children. Its sad your company do not have compassion or empathy for families with little children and the elderly population.. They really suffer!"

SK agent at lax seemed unsure, Arlanda customer service agents at baggage in Arlanda also seemed unsure. We then learned from another airport worker at baggage they would go all the way through. It is very important to know since turn around time is very short, and I almost missed flight 8 years ago, and bags did miss it last time. Tks"

Cons: "My suitcase was never put on my flight from LAX - ARN, despite checking in 24 hours early and arriving at baggage drop 2.5 hours before my flight. I still have not received my suitcase in Helsinki, and they can't seem to locate it. I am on vacation in Finland and have no clothes, medicine, or toiletries and everyone at SAS and baggage claim have been very unhelpful."

Cons: "They wanted to charge us for two small carry one weighing 12.5 kilos each since we had not maked on purchase time that we had luggage to check in. Some $ 75 each. I do not remember online purchase page having any section to make down the luggage at the time of purchase. On the flight we were in hot plane for 1/2 hour with no air conditioning dehydrated only to find out that our dring water allowance was 2/3 of a small plastics cup. Yes, believe it. It is the truth. They will refil hot tea once or twice but no cold water. One much purchase if they like which was not so cheap. Attendant said they have limited cold drinking water allowance on board for reason. I am thinking , I guess , it would have made the plane weighed too much. Stingy airline like the others in Europe such as AirBerlin. I get the feeling that Americans are at this disadvantage and not swedes since we saw many other passengers carying carryon the same size as us."

Cons: "The person behind me kept hitting the screen on my seat which caused my seat to move, nothing your company can do about that. Any thing else I did not like was outside SAS's control."
