So it would be nice if Delta would get their process of refunds especially when it's a death to maybe not get notified. I was the one that purchased the tickets for him in April."

When I got too baggage claim the baggage claim not listed. Ticket agents declined to help, so I was walking all over try g to find which claim area to go to which was frustrating."

My mother with Lymes disease was waiting 3 hours in Providence supposed to arrive a 11:50 instead 2:50am we were so tired missed a day of vacation."

This all began when airlines charged for baggage and carry on became the only way to travel without excess fees. There is not enough overhead storage for everyone to carry-on so let's go back to no fees for baggage. The boarding process will become smooth again."

Cons: "I purchased a basic economy ticket and upon checking in, my Delta app said my seat was unassigned and I had to get my boarding pass at the airport. I checked back later and the app had me as number 7 on the standby list. I called Delta (wait time 3+ hours... my flight was in 3), and then the Delta app support where I was able to get through to someone. She told me that the ticket I purchased over a month in advance did not guarantee me a seat on the plane (???). She said that if I was bumped from the flight they would reschedule me for the next morning. She was pretty rude and made it seem like I had a 50/50 shot of getting on this plane. I rushed to the airport in hopes that I would be the first from Standby there, and the gate agent told me that I was fine and would board right after first class and be assigned a seat then. Great. Once I got my seat assignment, I board to find out there is someone else sitting in my seat...... They eventually called the desk and had her moved, but it was the weirdest boarding experience I've had.. and I've flown Spirit. These planes that Delta fly's are SO OLD. Both times I have flown Delta the "turbulence" has been so bad and cold air was blowing right on my the whole flight with no option to turn it off (it wasn't from one of the vents, but from the side). Someone close to me works for Delta and I know for a fact that some of their engines blow mid-flight.. and they tell the passengers that it's turbulence.. so that doesn't make me feel very safe. I won't fly Delta again if there is another comparable option."

Cons: "The boarding process is very confusing. There are so many different boarding priorities and programs, it is difficult to know where you are in the boarding process. Even if you have a ticket labeled as Group 1, you may still be one of the last boarded because of all the different programs that have priority over you. Would be better to limit the advance boarding to people who need extra help and a single program. This leads to the question, why are there so many different programs? Wouldn't it be easier to have a single loyalty program? If you don't qualify for advance boarding because you did not purchase a first class seat, or you haven't reached the advance boarding requirements, you don't qualify. Let's start thinking about the customer again, and less on the profit margin. How would one of your executives feel if they had a boarding Group 2 and 85% of the plane was already boarded by the time your group was called, thereby limiting the space for your correct size carry-on? One more thing that would be beneficial, enforce the size limit for carry-on luggage. I have been to airports that limit the size with a box on the x-ray machine so you can not even get an oversized piece of luggage through security. Just one idea for the industry."

When i came back to the airport the second time I got there 43 minutes before the flight YES, 3 THREE MINUTES after their cutoff time for checked bags, and they would not check my bag. I had to pay $16.00 extra to carry it on. I travel 7 months out of the year and have never had anything happen like this before. I was the only one in line and the "Customer Service" person was indignant and reminded me that i was the last person to sign in. I guess the last people to sign in, or maybe all people that sign in get treated with utter disrespect. I am 3 minutes late, Frontier is 3 hours and 45 minutes late and i am the one who gets treated with disrespect . Horrible!!!!! Inexpensive airline, NO they are a CHEAP airline that doesn't give a damn about its customers. I will be going to the internet, the Points Guys, the FAA, and to their corporate offices next. Although I won't be expecting a response from their corporate offices because the culture of CHEAP customer service starts at the top!"

They are supposed to be a low-cost airline, but, after all of the mark-ups, it's about the same. They have the worst on-time performance of any domestic airline. Do not fall for it. If you have ANY alternative choice, take it!!!"
Cons: "I had never flown on Frontier before. I selected Frontier because it offered the least expensive flight. I did not know that to get a seat I had to pay a fee for each leg of the trip. I also was not aware I needed to pay $30 to check a bag. In addition, I was not aware one could not even get water on the plane without paying for it. To top it off, 2 of the three bathrooms on the plane were inoperable."

No worries though, I was able to purchase a one way ticket through Southwest which was actually cheaper, because I didn't have to pay extra to check a bag. I would like to thank frontier airlines for helping me realize that a cheaper airline ticket isn't always the best way to go, considering all the additional fees added up cost more than other airlines where they have 1-2 free checked bags and better customer service."

I fly a lot and if this continues to go well southwest lost a costumer . Even though you have to pay extra for every single thing...you still come out cheaper! People stop thinking you won't be charged for each bag or over 50lbs then get mad when they do charge you"
