Had a great flight. Delayed takeoff, but comfortable. Snacks were good.

My flight to Chicago left and landed early. My return flight left two minutes late and arrived 2 minutes late. My seat selections were ideal! There were no snacks going to Chicago and no snacks on the return trip. There are no charging outlets on board.
Gate agents were informative and friendly… flight attendants were as well. Had a fun time chatting about their legacy AirTran experiences as a former fan of the airline that Southwest acquired.
The fluidity of the entire process of boarding the plane the flight attendants attentiveness. The flight attendants also provided coloring books for my kids who loved it.
It good. Just not that plane didn’t have power outlets to charge devices etc.
We stood on the tarmac for over an hour. Very bad turbulence the whole ride. Very to get to the restroom.

Our seats were moved for no reason. The plane was old and wifi and tv were slow. The flight was delayed over an hour for a paperwork issue. Only bright spot was the flight attendants good service.
Poor, had a 5+ hours delay. Kept sitting in the aircraft with three kids. It was terrible

Well, its a hit or miss when boarding most of the time your employees just let everyone enter immediately In one bum rush. Then out of know where tell the passengers only let A can enter then b then c etc. So make a decision and stick to it. Do it by alphabet and have famn strick compliance. Let the public know. That makes easier on passengers.
After 14 hour delaybwith departure time changed 9 times then announcing the flight was canceled. Another later announcement said the cancelation was in error. Also after paying a higher fare to leave in the afternoon then departing at 4am was not right.
I cannot say this enough, I NEVER BOARDED OR HAVE HAD ANY TRAVEL IN THE PAST YEAR. However your app says ive been traveling a lot lately. GET REAL HUMANS TO GIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
late lack information taney changed my sit even after i had checked i. a day prior and had been at airport checked in for 5 hrs. i have medical condition that i need to sit in aisle but changes to window. only apparent at boarding and they had no explanation why they changed my boarding pass and had no other seats. very bizarre, uncaring and disrespectful. Made my trip very challenging I should sue you. will NEVEr fly JB again. Ever. Would have blasted in social media but did not want to disclose my medical disability.
Theres several thing i will like to mention and please share this feedback with JetBlue. I was concerned that the food options were limited. Theres no vegetarian options on the sandwiches that they offer on board. Vegetarian options are limited to only cheese and crackers,. Specially on mid day flights there should be more options offered to people. Second comment is that during the flight I watched TWO movies without audio, I tried a few ear sets to listen and none of them worked. Its a shame that they were good movies however no audio. Maybe updating the auxiliary cable and making Bluetooth connections on media will be great. Finally, the bathroom on the plane looked like they needed an update, being remodeled or changed. They look dirty however they are not. Maybe changing, replacing some pieces and updating the air filters will be great. This is not an aesthetic recommendation however a necessary one.
Perfect from check in at the airport to the flight all staff were very friendly The plane was nice and clean and modern Because I’m here in the UK to visit my Dad who’s critically ill the details of me getting here were very important and nice to see staff being pleasant and professional
The audio was not working. I moved another seat while the one was not in service. One of the crew told me it happens and brought mono headphones which works slightly… They should check and fix them.
At 5:46 am EST, when I arrived at my departing gate, your gqte agent told me that I could not board the flight because the flight is closed 15 minuets before departure. However, the same gate agent escorted a woman (standing right next to me) at the gate onto the flight which, proves that I could have boarded the flight just like the woman I watched board the flight. The gate agent stated "she was here before you". 1-why was she not already on the flight & 2-how and why was she able to board a "closed" flight that I was not. Additionally, although 6am EST was the time of departure, the plane did not 'pullback' from the gate until 6:15am EST The same gate agent told me that the "boarding closes 15 before departure time" is printed on my boarding pass. This statement is not displayed on my digital boarding pass that I downloaded from AA.com. She also told me that this in stated on AA.com whent I booked my ticket however, since am travelling for work, I booked my flight thru my firm's (Deloitte Consulting) corporate travel app, not AA.com. We had bad delays and waited for hours on end, we did receive a 12 dollar coupon to use in the airport though. Oh wait, we got that on the plane so we couldn't even use it. I truly never want to fly American ever again.
I was able to enlist on standby for an earlier flight, and eventually made it (last row). However, the experience was poor and felt unfair. On the standby list, I was ranked #2 (#1 had been cleared a seat). The person ranked as #3, who was also in the queue alongside me was given a seat much earlier - with group 4 boarding (a seat within the first 2 rows after business class). When inquired about why I was skipped-over on the priority list, the gate agent first paused (likely cuz she couldn't explain) - and then gave me the standard expectation that if a space opens up, she'll give me the seat. Despite my priority ranking being higher, I was unduly held-back, and could have missed the plane - unfairly giving advantage to someone else. Luckily one seat opened up; but given the unfair assignment of standby seat by gate-agent, this was a subpar boarding experience.
Cabin crew were good Food could be a lot better
It was a short flight so there were no entertainments nor super comfortable which is OKAY, just the review system doesnt allow for N/A which is why okay was put, but overall good! No delays and nice crew
AA was fine....the overall experience was subpar, but not due to the airline due to broader issues
Old plane. Nowhere as compared to non US airlines like JAL.
Wheelchair was waiting for me,changed to a better seat which was great as it's hard for me to walk
