Excellent flights. On time. Good service. Better than expected food. Comfortable seats. Too much dependent on personal phones for information and entertainment.

Flight was delayed and we were left in the plane with planed turned off, took so long to get to destination and luggages were lost. Such a hectic travel

The flight was delayed out of BIL so many times that I was not able to make my connection. I was rebooked for the next day, losing a full day of my trip. I still have not been compensated as promised.

Flight was delayed, but not be a lot. Crew at the departure gate was friendly. Flight was filled with turbulence, enough to concern my husband. Snacks were delivered to rows in front of us but attendant stopped handing out snacks when she got to our row. Team was efficient but lackadaisical. Usually on board crews are more animated and friendly. No onboard entertainment and no seatback video screens for a six hour flight. Landing was a bit rough. We were told the wrong turnstile for luggage.

2 hour delay. Then some luggage was unloaded at 1baggage claim #7 then without notice the baggage claim was changed to #12. No one informed the passengers they were changing baggage claim turnstile. Several of us waited for 90 minutes after the 1st turnstile stopped and changed to other flights luggage.

Many gate changes in Seattle and mechanical problems on plane which resulted in a new gate change. Both flights, from Seattle to Detroit and Seattle to Eugene resulted in a lot of walking and tram taking.

No negatives. Crew was great, flight was on time and there were no crazy passengers. 🤩

I had ordered breakfast several days prior to the flight. 1) we did not rreceive our breakfast and crew knew nothing about it! We left TPA at 8 a.m. but drink cart did not appear until 10:30 a.m. and did not appear a second time either. Was unaware that Alaskan Air offers no music, flight aware, or movies.

I flew standby with my two children and completely forgot it was Memorial Day weekend. We tried to fly from PDX to YVR. Unfortunately, after four attempts, we gave up and tried SEA instead after the holiday. The ground crew was very helpful, checking us in and accommodating us when we were finally able to get on a flight. The sad part was that they accidentally loaded one of my suitcases on the Vancouver flight without us during one of our attempts to get on a flight, even though it had a standby tag on it. I filed a report with baggage services, and thankfully, it was returned to PDX the following day. AS was in touch with us and updated us on the process of returning the luggage to the USA.

It was efficient and great. DIA took a while to let us leave but other than that it was great.
