Cons: "By the time I boarded I was unable to take my bag on as all overhead compartment space was gone. My bag was not prioritized, instead I had to wait FOREVER at SFO for the bag to arrive. There were over 6 flights assigned to the same baggage carousel. I think since we have to pay now for bags to be checked, I should have been compensated for NOT being able to take my bag onboard and for being forced to wait a very long time to retrieve it...exactly what I had hoped to avoid by carrying on."

Need more than an hour and twenty min for connecting flights. We should have had a min of two hours to get through customs, collect our luggage and then walk to the terminal and go through security and then walk to our gait."

Cons: "Well, it's always difficult when one has to change terminals and the plane is delayed. It's even harder for those of us with mobility issues. I use a knee scooter and I was in a lot of pain by the time we finally boarded. The crew seemed just a bit confused as to what was going to happen to my scooter, although it worked out just fine. I couldn't get the in-flight wifi to work either of my two devices, nor could my seat mate. :( We were served food very late in the fight -- I had about 15 minutes to eat before the seat tray had to be put up. But worst, my flight home has been cancelled and rescheduled for a much later flight. As mobility device user, I'm limited on who can pick me up and when. This means an over two hour wait for my pick up person, which is very hard on a one-legged person. I asked Alaska if they would be willing to waive the fee for a different flight when I can get a prompt pick up person with room for my mobility device. They said they would not. I'm a little surprised, as Alaska claims to be ADA and military friendly. I'm not sure I'll fly Alaska again."

So the good is that JetBlue did reimburse me for the LYFT I had to take to San Francisco."
Cons: "Well I arrived in San Jose, not San Francisco. So I arrived 3.5 hours late. Also, I did not appreciate when the gate agent told me that I could not be reimbursed for ground transportation because my flight was weather delayed not mechanically delayed. I understand that he/she may not have known what was the issue with my original flight out of Salt Lake. But, telling me that I would have to pay for ground transportation at 1 am to get the last 30+ miles to my destination made me really worried. If he/she didn't know and didn't have the time or resources to figure it out, I would have preferred if she redirected me to someone else or a phone number or email."

Cons: "Once we got on the plane, the pilot mentions there is a delay due to the AC not functioning but they are fixing it. We took off and the AC apparently was never fixed because it was out for the whole flight. On top of that there was basically no entertainment on flight. Those two things are basic when flying."

Cons: "It was Areomexico but really it was Deta. My husband travels with oxygen so we did what Areomexico needed but not what Delta needed. We did have a doctor note so that saved us. When we got to Mexicothey sails our liggage was not there because we were in the wrong terminal. No one spoke English but it was there because we were on Delta. When we left almost went to wrong terminal. If it is Deltal call it delta not Aeromexico."

Cons: "Mexico City seems to have a new random security pre-boarding process. I was selected for this process. They swab bags,palms, shoes, and then have you sit down and remove your shoes so they can swab the inside of your shoes to check for some sort of residual. However, instead of doing the process before, it's in the midst of boarding with people walking all around you, meaning that you are in an awkward public space and board late. This also means there is no place to store your bag in the overhead compartment by the time you get on the plane."

Cons: "Aeromexico gave us problems shortly after tickets were booked 10 months before travel. Multiple flight changes happened with no notification over a period of 8 months. In calling the company pre-departure, I discovered yet another change had happened and spent nearly 2 hours on hold awaiting clarification. I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. When that didn't happen, I called again. More hold time. The second agent could find no record of the first conversation. Ultimately settled for a bad compromise (no choice really). Online check in was impossible as the flights were operated by Delta and the system wouldn't recognize Aeromexico record locator. We did get to Cancun but Christmas Day return marred by a canceled flight. It took nearly 2 hours to resolve at the airport, with a booking on United. No offer of compensation, nothing but a "thank you for being patient." I will never book travel through Aeromexico again. Ever."

It was boarding time and no agent was at the gate. 10 minutes past boarding time the screen shows that the flight is delayed 25 minutes... but wait, there is still no plane at the gate! After 45 minutes the plane arrived, again had to be "cleaned" and prepared for flight back to SF. Customers were told the flight was delayed because Air Traffic Control issues in SF, but there was no plane in sight... Again I felt we were being lied to. The plane was filthy with garbage everywhere still. I will never fly American Airlines by choice!"

Cons: "Well I didn't like that we sat at the airport for nearly 10 hours after multiple flight delays and cancellations. Why not just let us know we aren't going to be flying out. That way you could reduce the 10 hour anxiety attack and mixed emotions coming with all the drama. I also didn't like that the only flight we could get the next day was into San Jose (not SFO which is what I paid for) there wasn't any offer of reimbursement for hotel, taxi or flight. I also missed 2 extremely important fairs that my company was expected to participate in on Saturday Morning. I didn't like that when we landed in San Jose our bags were in SFO. Then American Airlines didn't want to get us a ride to SFO which we finally received after a lot of arguing which I don't find ideal. I feel like AA didn't take any responsibility. They kept saying it was weather related which I can't accept because other flights (including AA) were coming and going the entire day!!! One customer service member said the plane we were supposed to be on had to be maintenances and another said they didn't have a flight crew. The whole day was a disaster and it cost my thousands of dollars and many many hours of stress and anxiety."

Pros: "I can't comment on food or entertainment and there is no N/A option. I did not purchase food or use the wifi for entertainment. The seat I upgraded to was comfortable and spacious even if it didn't recline (I sat in front of the OWWE)."

To be fair, I may have been asleep but I woke up every time a drink was offered. We came from a connecting international flight with no time to get a meal. We grabbed a bagel as we rushed through the airport. I didn't pick the flight so we couldn't have more time."

If the flight were full, I would understand them being cautious about space, but the plane was barely over half full. It was just an annoying inconvenience."

The original flight ended up cancelled and so we would have been delayed a day or 2. The ease of the switch was perfect and allowed to focus on our trip and not the travel. 5 stars."

The legroom provided now is no where near enough for any normal size human. Additionally it's still annoying to pay $25.00 for a single checked bag. I tried United after many years but will be returning to Southwest Airlines - in the long run it's less expensive. I realize nothing will change based on my opinion, regardless, it is more comfortable and dignified to take a Greyhound bus than to fly a major airline these days."

An incredibly old and outdated aircraft for a 15 hour flight it's unacceptable for the price that was charged for the ticket. On my way back from Hong Kong my seat located at 54A had the headphone connector not working, leaving me with no audio whatsoever other than "I'm sorry" by the flight attendent. Really?? Anyways, had really bad and disappointing experience with United on these treat. Would NOT recommend to anybody. Time to update your equipment UNITED or look for competition."

I also didnt appriciate that i checked in on my phone almost as soon as i was able to and i was in the very last boarding group which left me subjuct to having to check my bags because the people before me took all the space....so i didnt really see any benefit to checking in asap on my phone...i was left with a somewhat bad taste in my mouth boarding as a united attendant said my bag was too big and had to be checked after already flying on two small planes with no problem. she insisted and i refused and there was plenty of space left, luckily i did not have to check my bag....on another note (and i know this is all the airline not sure if you care to hear it) i dont want to hear about space problems when i watch the pilots and flight attendants board with 2 or more bags and i see then in the storage spaces above the seats saying"do not move". Im the one paying for this flight. You all are working and or flying for free and should not get priority space for baggage. You check YOUR bags and see what thats like! Overall good experience though thanks for asking ;)"

Pros: "My first flight was cancelled and it appeared i wouldn't make it to my destination on the day which I intended. A Delta/united employee at the Eugene Airport (Collette) quickly and kindly moved some things around and got me a flight out only an hour later, upgraded me to comfort select seating, and some how managed to get me to my final destination (2 flights ) only an hour after I originally booked for. She did all this with a smile on her face while a worried guest (me) wasn't sure what he was going to do if it weren't for her impeccable service. Thanks Collete and United!"
