Cons: "Well, it's always difficult when one has to change terminals and the plane is delayed. It's even harder for those of us with mobility issues. I use a knee scooter and I was in a lot of pain by the time we finally boarded. The crew seemed just a bit confused as to what was going to happen to my scooter, although it worked out just fine. I couldn't get the in-flight wifi to work either of my two devices, nor could my seat mate. :( We were served food very late in the fight -- I had about 15 minutes to eat before the seat tray had to be put up. But worst, my flight home has been cancelled and rescheduled for a much later flight. As mobility device user, I'm limited on who can pick me up and when. This means an over two hour wait for my pick up person, which is very hard on a one-legged person. I asked Alaska if they would be willing to waive the fee for a different flight when I can get a prompt pick up person with room for my mobility device. They said they would not. I'm a little surprised, as Alaska claims to be ADA and military friendly. I'm not sure I'll fly Alaska again."

So the good is that JetBlue did reimburse me for the LYFT I had to take to San Francisco."
Cons: "Well I arrived in San Jose, not San Francisco. So I arrived 3.5 hours late. Also, I did not appreciate when the gate agent told me that I could not be reimbursed for ground transportation because my flight was weather delayed not mechanically delayed. I understand that he/she may not have known what was the issue with my original flight out of Salt Lake. But, telling me that I would have to pay for ground transportation at 1 am to get the last 30+ miles to my destination made me really worried. If he/she didn't know and didn't have the time or resources to figure it out, I would have preferred if she redirected me to someone else or a phone number or email."

We took off and the AC apparently was never fixed because it was out for the whole flight. On top of that there was basically no entertainment on flight. Those two things are basic when flying."

When we left almost went to wrong terminal. If it is Deltal call it delta not Aeromexico."

Cons: "Mexico City seems to have a new random security pre-boarding process. I was selected for this process. They swab bags,palms, shoes, and then have you sit down and remove your shoes so they can swab the inside of your shoes to check for some sort of residual. However, instead of doing the process before, it's in the midst of boarding with people walking all around you, meaning that you are in an awkward public space and board late. This also means there is no place to store your bag in the overhead compartment by the time you get on the plane."

Cons: "Aeromexico gave us problems shortly after tickets were booked 10 months before travel. Multiple flight changes happened with no notification over a period of 8 months. In calling the company pre-departure, I discovered yet another change had happened and spent nearly 2 hours on hold awaiting clarification. I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. When that didn't happen, I called again. More hold time. The second agent could find no record of the first conversation. Ultimately settled for a bad compromise (no choice really). Online check in was impossible as the flights were operated by Delta and the system wouldn't recognize Aeromexico record locator. We did get to Cancun but Christmas Day return marred by a canceled flight. It took nearly 2 hours to resolve at the airport, with a booking on United. No offer of compensation, nothing but a "thank you for being patient." I will never book travel through Aeromexico again. Ever."

Customers were told the flight was delayed because Air Traffic Control issues in SF, but there was no plane in sight... Again I felt we were being lied to. Cons: "Well I didn't like that we sat at the airport for nearly 10 hours after multiple flight delays and cancellations. Why not just let us know we aren't going to be flying out. That way you could reduce the 10 hour anxiety attack and mixed emotions coming with all the drama. I also didn't like that the only flight we could get the next day was into San Jose (not SFO which is what I paid for) there wasn't any offer of reimbursement for hotel, taxi or flight. I also missed 2 extremely important fairs that my company was expected to participate in on Saturday Morning. I didn't like that when we landed in San Jose our bags were in SFO. Then American Airlines didn't want to get us a ride to SFO which we finally received after a lot of arguing which I don't find ideal. I feel like AA didn't take any responsibility. They kept saying it was weather related which I can't accept because other flights (including AA) were coming and going the entire day!!! One customer service member said the plane we were supposed to be on had to be maintenances and another said they didn't have a flight crew. The whole day was a disaster and it cost my thousands of dollars and many many hours of stress and anxiety."

Im the one paying for this flight. You all are working and or flying for free and should not get priority space for baggage. You check YOUR bags and see what thats like! Pros: "My first flight was cancelled and it appeared i wouldn't make it to my destination on the day which I intended. A Delta/united employee at the Eugene Airport (Collette) quickly and kindly moved some things around and got me a flight out only an hour later, upgraded me to comfort select seating, and some how managed to get me to my final destination (2 flights ) only an hour after I originally booked for. She did all this with a smile on her face while a worried guest (me) wasn't sure what he was going to do if it weren't for her impeccable service. Thanks Collete and United!"
