Cons: "When we make the reservation, WE TELL YOU that we have two kids ages 3 and 5 travelling with us. WHY DOES YOUR SYSTEM BREAK US UP INTO 3+ GROUPS? It just ends up in more work for your gate agents to put us together as well as you can before the flight. This happened on the flight out and the flight back. Also, on the flight back the agent and crew had to bump people who had already established themselves in their assigned seats in order to fit us in in a sane way. Also, don't make us download a sketchy app to view in-flight entertainment. There are ways to deliver entertainment that don't require installation of software for just a flight. Not that it matters to us, because entertainment wasn't available on the flight to cabo."

The onboarding process was easy, I loved getting an email asking me if I wanted to check in. It made the process so simple. The plane was comfortable and clean. The staff were polite and professional. My experience made me want to fly Alaska again. I found myself reviewing in my head all the places Alaska flies for my next vacation."

When we got to Mexicothey sails our liggage was not there because we were in the wrong terminal. No one spoke English but it was there because we were on Delta. When we left almost went to wrong terminal. If it is Deltal call it delta not Aeromexico."

Cons: "Terrible rude service, nobody could help me when I had all the following problems: -I didn't get the seats that where chosen and confirmed on ANY of my FOUR flights. -In my connecting flight to LA in mexico they made me go out of the connections area and re-check back in (as if I was checking in from my flight in mexico, which I had already done in Peru) and get searched again just to drop off a fragile bag. -Connecting flight to LA in Mexico they wouldn't let me take my carry on as a carry on even though it was within the size and weight, which I had carried on flight in my other three flights already with no problems. OVERALL GARBAGE"

Cons: "People started to line up at the gate an hour before the flight as instructed. This is inconvenience to as it would be more comfortable to be sitting for that time. Yet the boarding process was much slower than other carriers. The crew was professional but not so friendly. The food and drinks were not served until an hour and a half after take off, half way through the flight. Food was not very good a croissant with a small piece of meat and a small slice of cheese in it. Once service began, those of us seated in the middle of the plane could not get past the carts for at least 30 minutes to use the restrooms. Overall, I expected more from the country's principle carrier."

Cons: "Aeromexico gave us problems shortly after tickets were booked 10 months before travel. Multiple flight changes happened with no notification over a period of 8 months. In calling the company pre-departure, I discovered yet another change had happened and spent nearly 2 hours on hold awaiting clarification. I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. When that didn't happen, I called again. More hold time. The second agent could find no record of the first conversation. Ultimately settled for a bad compromise (no choice really). Online check in was impossible as the flights were operated by Delta and the system wouldn't recognize Aeromexico record locator. We did get to Cancun but Christmas Day return marred by a canceled flight. It took nearly 2 hours to resolve at the airport, with a booking on United. No offer of compensation, nothing but a "thank you for being patient." I will never book travel through Aeromexico again. Ever."

They keep us inside for almost 40 minutes whit out any explanation I will never get a plain ticket whit Aeromexico Also plains are not in the best shape either seat doesn't work"

Cons: "Kayak listed the ticket price at one rate, then when redirected the fees go up by another 100+ dollars! When we purchased the tickets, we were redirected to purchase through airfare.Com -- most unprofessional group I have ever dealt with! Our itinerary changed multiple times with various threatening emails that we must respond and accept new flight arrangements or else we will not have any flights and we'll be charged exhorbanaent fees. I tried cling and got reps that spoke little to no English and we're incredibly rude. We wold respond to the emails and still get more and more threstening emails. We were very concerned that any of it was legit. Kayak wanted nothing to do with it past advertising one price only to support a group that charged more. Such a scam. We had problems with the boarding passes printed. The first flight the staff was prevented from printing our tickets. They never told us why. Then for the second flight they called us to the boarding counter and required our tickets be reprinted. It was a bit of a hassle, but not earth shattering."

Pros: "When shopping for an airline to travel Lima Peru try AeroMexico. If you do not mind a connection through Mexico City AeroMexico is the one for you and price is good. Tacha and avianca airlines are also great alternatives for traveling to Peru. If you don't mind connections. For a straight flight try LAN for flying to Lima Peru they are the best."

Pros: "Arrived 1:30 hour with carry on before the flight to check in, the self check in me send me to an agent to get a boarding pass, there was 4 lanes, check in on one the agent ask me to go the the other lane after half hour wait, then on the other lane the send me to the third and by the time I get to the agent about 40 minutes before the flight, they told me that the flight is closed and I had to buy another ticket. As it was the last flight of the day I had to spend the night in the hotel airport at my expense $210 and book anothe flight in the morning with United at my expense $262. So bad service!!"

Cons: "This flight was delayed by more than 2 hours which resulted in missing my connection flight in LAX. The reason given to me by Aeromexico was that the airport was closed in the morning due fog, that caused all later flights delay. My flight however was scheduled at 18:45 pm ! We were waiting at the gate for hours. First delay announced was departure 19:15 Then they told us delay was going to be for another 15 to 20 min Then they announced departure 19:45 The plane left Mexico 20:45 No delay certificate was handed over to me, even I had specifically asked for it in order to help to manage my connecting flight in LA I am very disappointed by the way Aeromexico handled this."

Cons: "Slept overnight in LA terminal, Bag sent to San Diego. Flight on American Airlines to Narita was cramped. Short stay in Narita, on to Kaoshiung via JAL, got to Kaoshiung and bag was/is still in San Diego. Hopefully, I'll never have to fly American Airlines again."

We paid $738.00 total for both tickets to Dallas, and found it very hard to believe that we could not get seats that were next to each other. We have had this same situation on other airlines, and they were very accommodating to our needs."

A few moments later she came back on reprimanding that "THIS IS NOT A JOKE YOU NEED TO SIT DOWN WITH YOUR SEAT BELTS FASTENED" which was still ok. The third announcement was the one I felt was highly inappropriate when she then stated "I DONT KNOW IF YOUVE BEEN WATCHING THE NEWS LATELY, BUT THERE IS NO WARNING WHEN THE TURBULANCE IS GOING TO GET WORSE" frankly I have been watching the news lately and there is plane CRASHES on the news. My husband is afraid of flying and that announcement was terrifying, even for someone who is not afraid to fly. There has to be some sort of protocol of verbage to use when the turbulance is getting bad, because to insinuate the plane could crash to get your point across is crossing the line. I have been on planes where the turbulance is a lot worse and felt this was really out of line."

I received an email Sunday morning asking me how my flight was, well that would have been great to answer, but the flight departure date out of Cancun was supposed to be Sunday November 8, 2015. I know I selected the correct dates when booking my flights. So once again, I stood in line for almost an hour just to be told that my ticket had no value. That brought me to another line where I had to basically fight for them to let me get on a plane. I had a horrible experience going to cancun from Houston and an even worse one going back. I have always flown Southwest, and from now on, I will go out of my way to get to a different airline just so this never happens again. And then, when a credit was issued from my last bad experience, it was $100, which I was going to use to check in my luggage, and after waiting another hour, was told the coupon code doesn't work. It's been a disaster and I will not recommend united to anyone I encounter if this is how it operates. $100 voucher was basically a slap in the face."

Cons: "Flight diverted to LAX then stuck on tarmac for 2.5 hours waiting for decision. Then waited for bus to terminal. Then waited 45 minutes for baggage to unload. Then put on a charter bus to San Diego. When arrived at SAN had to wait 45 min for a cab because United didn't let the cab companies know that 250 people would be arriving at 2:30AM. So instead of arriving at 9PM we arrived in the middle of the night with horrible service all around."

Jet bridge in SF was heated but in Denver where it was colder and he had to wait it was not. The check in lady clearly did not care about her job at all I'm Denver. Frontier is a budget airline which for this trip worked for me as I was able to pack everything in a "personal item" and don't mind sitting in the back of the plane, I got lucky and got asigned a window seat. No drinks offeed without a charge which I don't agree with but again you get what you pay for. And it's way better than Spirit."

So after paying an extra $30 to check one bag, and then paying ridiculous prices for a can of soda, and getting cramps after a 2-hour flight with no legroom, Frontier has moved to the bottom of my list for any future flights."

It was a good thing I payed attention because it was at least a 3-4 inch drop."

You know what they said? The airline was so understaffed that day that they didn't have enough people to get the baggage up the ramp and onto the plane! THAT'S why we sat there for over an hour! As well, I have never been more crowded on a plane in my life. I am a thin woman of average height, yet I couldn't put a book in the seat pocket in front of me because my knees were already touching it. Bags cost money, Drinks, including coffee and soda, cost money. And no one on the crew ever smiled. I will never fly Frontier again."

By the time the flight was supposed to leave, flights were taking off from O'Hare without any problem. Next, they could not have been less cooperative in helping my find an alternative route to San Fran. After more than 2 hours of arguing with Frontier personnel, they magically found a way for me to get there via Denver. Finally, once I boarded the flight to Denver, the crew could not have been any less competent. I saw at least two instances where they had given away the seat of someone who had checked into the flight, then had to scramble to find them a new seat. Frontier is the worst."

The seats on these airplanes do not recline (which is frustrating for a 3.5 - 4 hour flight), drinks or snacks are not free, and most of the other passengers were rude and difficult. I would not recommend this airline for any flights longer than 1.5 hours."

Cons: "I had a prior international flight that landed at 5AM that morning. I hustled through customs to try to make this flight. I asked multiple TSA agents how worried I should be about making my Frontier flight and I was assured that I would have time to make it. After running through the A Terminal, I got to my gate and the doors were already closed and no agent was there. I feel let down by the TSA agents."

They should have been more vigilant at the start, or left the rest of us alone after the fact. Terrible understanding of customer service. Also, our flight arrived early, however, they didn't have the appropriate gate available. Poor planning as we knew we'd be early about half way through the flight. Would not fly again, not because of the disorganized gate business, however, there's a real lack of customer focus on this airline."

Cons: "Frontier has trained their staff and written their website to "threaten" passengers into buying extra's like bags, assigned seats ."if your bag doesn't fit we will charge you 120 at the gate", I cant' guarantee a refund" "you may not get a seat if you don't buy one online (they warn you three times on the website before you can complete online check in...we were "randomly assigned" 6 seats together for free by skipping the buy seats step and completing online check in). On frontier you can only take one personal item for free. carry on is $70 (35 one way) and checked bags are $60 (30 one way)...MORE at the airport. I also fault Kayak here, they don't compare apples to apples - united carry on bags are free.. I bought 5 checked bags (6 people flying), but we decided to just do a personal item in the end. Turns out you can only get bag refunds at the airport ticket office ..not online or by phone. The ticket agent said there was no guarantee we would get a refund, but she would put a note in our record. Hmmm....prepaid $300 for a service we didn't use and may not get refunded. Online check in tries to bully you into buying seats...you have to say no 3 times before they let you complete check in. That would have been another $120 for the 6 of us. The best for last. On the return flight home, we went to ticketing agent to get refund for return bags ( the outbound ticket agent would only put a note in our record for the outbound flight, so we had to stand in line again for the return flight). She told us there was a gate change and sent us to the international terminal (a different terminal than the rest of Frontier flights). She marked the new terminal on our tickets. We were at the gate for 45 minutes and realized there were only about 10 other passengers for our flight there. I tried to call frontier on the white airport phone. They just had a recording and told me to dial an 800 number. I was on hold for 20 minutes before i got a person who said he couldn't get me any information. The flight wasn't listed on the departures board in the international terminal we had been sent to, so finally we decided we'd better go to the original gate. We had to go to another termanial, go through security again, and found our flight boarding at the original gate. The woman who sent us to the wrong terminal was at original gate loading passengers, so she knew there had been a mistake. She said they had made two announcements. The trouble is, the announcements were not audible in the international terminal. I told her there were several other passengers at the wrong gate, one of whom was elderly and would need help making the flight, No apology, and when we continued to try to get help for the other passengers, they, told us to move away from the podium or they would call security!!! ARGH!"

So if you are bringing any luggage with you, go on a different airline, you will save money by the end of the day. Also, all drinks and food are for purchase."

Not only did I have to pay for a seat at check in, but I had to pay $40 to brin a carry on!!!! So what the heck did my ticket pay for?!?! Once I choked down the extra $53, I went to the gate and the flight was cancelled. The gate attendant offered a refund or to put me on a flight the next day. He wouldn't look at other airlines for me. The only nice thing they did was make the refund process easy on the phone, since I had to leave the terminal to find another ticket counter to help me. I will not be flying frontier. Ever."
