Pros: "There was one crew member was passive aggresive and doing his best to annoy the whole trip, I had to get other crew involved, he was hitting on my friend as well....."
Cons: "This was a United flight sold as Air Canada to me and Lufthansa to my friend. This made check in twice as long since we went to the wrong counters. The quality was horrendous for an international flight and the entertainment system was broken. I paid atleast 50% more than I should have. Never fly UA"

Cons: "Main meal was the worst I have had in over 10 years on a plane. I got the pasta. There were no vegetables or color other than yellow/orange in the dish. The side was a potato salad, which is also not very nutritious. Then you get a brownie and a roll. The breakfast/snack was also a pumpkin slice of bread. The overall food options were not very diverse in terms of the food groups. I thought plane food had improved in the last decade or so, but not on this flight."

Pros: "Very organized crew for the boarding on instructing passengers with carry-ons etc for the overhead storage compartments. Flight left on time."

It seems like he really enjoys his job and that made my trip nice. I liked getting the blanket and pillow on every seat. It was very nice not to have to search for them."

Also, no real description of food offerings. Would be helpful if there was a description beside chicken or vegetarian."

When we asked the flight crew at the desk to switch seats, they couldn't both times. We definitely will not be flying Air Canada in the future."

Pros: "India ( flight attendant) provided very poor customer service during flight. I have been a nurse for 24 years and i simply asked for a cool cloth for a gentleman sitting next to me that was feeling ill and very pale. India returned with 5 emesis bags and no cloth and never once came back to check on the gentleman!!! I really wish it was not a full flight because i would have advised him to puke all over everything. How hard was it to provide a cool cloth?? Really? I know first class has wash cloths and that was an easy request. And the fact that she never came back to see if we needed anything or to tell us she did not have a cloth for him. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will think twice about flying Air Canada again. Thank god for good citizeans willing to help strangers in a time of need."

I am curious to see whether I will get compensated for the missed hotel accommodations in Amsterdam. Keeping my fingers crossed. All to say, my last trip with Air Canada."

Cons: "AC373 on 07/23/16 - need I say more? Having an airline background and now the HR mgr of a very large hotel chain, I understand many things that are out of a companies control, ie: weather etc, but....never have I witnessed airline staff YELLING at passengers "it's not our fault and the agents need to leave so they don't go into overtime?" Yes, some passengers were difficult, but it's part of the industry. If you can't handle w/care and service - don't choose as a profession. Very unimpressed with AC's customer service, guest recovery - they made it seem like it was more of an inconvenience for them. Can't imagine "choosing" to fly AC again!"

Pros: "The flight was smooth and on time. The cabin was very comfortable to fly in although the headrests were unnecessary since a small pillow was provided. Thank you for the pillow and blanket - that made the night flight much more comfortable. The crew were all professional and friendly. I appreciated how quickly we boarded and exited the plane. The staff made this very quick and efficient."
Cons: "Every time the male attendant walked by he brushed his hand along the overhead luggage compartment. This woke me up from my sleep over a dozen times. It was fine once or twice but became very annoying. The zones at the gate were very crowded and too close together. They were also right beside the food vendors and made it nearly impossible for other people in the terminal to easily walk by. The seating area was overcrowded and had more seating with computer hookups than without. It was also not kept tidy. Compared to other airports this was by far the most disorganized and least clean."

Cons: "I can't fly in Canada with my US visa... so I am rejected. I think I should get more advises on about that from Kayak. I feel weird for Kayak choose my flight from Vancouver to Toronto and then to Raleigh. But I feel it would be ok if the ticket is financial. But, I was rejected by Air Canada because of that...And I need to pay more than 7000 RMB for another flight( there is $250 change flight fee). I feel terrible honestly! Time and money are what important for me and at last I've got neither of them."

Cons: "Lack of legroom or recline in seats. I know it’s economy, but come on. We’re not sardines."

Cons: "I flew with 1 child and 1 infant and there was no help, not at check in, not at boarding nor from the crew on board. I requested a bassinet before the flight over the phone and didn't get it. There was an issue with the infant ticket and the United check in agent was incompetent to fix it, which made us late for boarding. No one helped me at boarding with taking the stroller from me. On board the crew members were annoyed when I ask for some hot water for a baby bottle. And it's sad that children don't get a kid's meal ( which we received flying with many other airlines) and have to eat the uneatable adult meal. That was my first and last time flying with United."

Pros: "There were extra seats due to few passengers. We were very timely in leaving and landing. The dinner was good. I had pasta with spinich and a red and white sause. Very tasty and hot. They came around with plenty of water. The ticket price was very reasonable."
Cons: "This flight was on United. So, there was no internet to purchase as the emails from Lufthansa claimed there would be. I woke up in the middle of the night and went to 3 open seats and laid across them. It was dark and I did not realize that I had moved to Economy Plus. The flight attendant told me that I should not have been there, that she could have charged me for the difference in the seat. Prior to this I felt pretty good about the flight. There was no reason for her to treat me that way. It was apparent that it was a mistake and not done purposely."

Pros: "I ordered a special meal and it was delicious! Because I have dietary concerns, I often have to order a special meal. Usually, I find that the alternatives meals are second thoughts and thus can be rather tasteless. I was very thankful for my meal."

Cons: "The seats were assigned for us and we couldn't get a boarding pass. United has this central ticket agent kiosk separate from the gate area which I couldn't find. All 4 of us were on line and had to get off and find this kiosk in order to get our boarding passes before we could get on."
