When we tried t ask what other options were, American Airlines personal offered no sympathy and said the best we would get is the food vouchers and we should be grateful. No other travel reimbursement or vouchers were offered other than a replacement flight. Overall it was a huge inconvenience and caused numerous other expenditures for us."

When I checked in online, I was able to change our seats myself which was nothing that either agent even suggested. The lack of ability of these agents on the phone to help two parents traveling internationally with a toddler was unbelievable. American has terrible customer service."

Cons: "I was told I would be able to choose the seats only 24 hours before the flight by going online. I tried to choose the seats online but could not have access to the site. I then called the number provided to ask for more help, and was told that I could then only choose the seats at the check in time. I was at the airport 2 hours before the flight schedule to book my seat and was told them that I could only choose the seats at the gate. Once I got at the gate I asked the person to please give me a seat at the aisle for medical reasons but after waiting until the boarding process had started I was giving a middle seat. Not only I was treated as a stand by passenger that had not purchased the tickets I was put nt on group 8 and at the moment of boarding the gate personal aggressively grabbed my carry-on bag because they insisted there was no more spaces in the compartment above heads. Once I got inside of airplane I saw many empty compartments available for carry-on luggage. I wish I had not purchased my ticket with Iberia Airlines operated by American Airlines. It was not a good, pleasant experience and do not recommend. I wil certainly avoid in the future and not travel this way another time. Thanks"

Heard other travelers discussing that they had been rebooked onto an alternate airline and then found a later flight on Kayak, walked up to podium and asked to be rebooked on that specific flight, which they grudgingly did. Of note, I was repeatedly reassured that they were "sure" I would make my connection without a problem and to stop worrying so much. My flight left out of Madison 2 minutes after my connection departed Chicago. I usually fly a different airline, whose flights out of Madison were all on time that day, and will do so in the future despite more expensive ticket. The actual crew on the flight was lovely and apologetic, did everything they could to help us despite the delays. At least that's something."

When I challenged the charge and the luggage change mid-trip, they said if I didn't give them my bag and pay the fee, they would deny me boarding! I'll avoid United in the future when ever I can!"

Customer service was not great. I was flying to see my daughter graduate, and the only time they could get me out was when the graduation started. No hotel vouchers were given for the delay either, so the airport bench ended up being the bed. So I ended up being stranded in Newark for an additional 8 hours to just miss her graduation."

I was the only one in line and the "Customer Service" person was indignant and reminded me that i was the last person to sign in. I guess the last people to sign in, or maybe all people that sign in get treated with utter disrespect. I am 3 minutes late, Frontier is 3 hours and 45 minutes late and i am the one who gets treated with disrespect . Horrible!!!!! Inexpensive airline, NO they are a CHEAP airline that doesn't give a damn about its customers. I will be going to the internet, the Points Guys, the FAA, and to their corporate offices next. Although I won't be expecting a response from their corporate offices because the culture of CHEAP customer service starts at the top!"

No front tier personnel available. No front tier electronic kiosk to print tickets. Missed my flight because I could not get through security. Frontier need to upgrade their customer service at Providence TE Green Airport. It reads poorly and I will not fly frontier again"

I also don't really appreciate having to pay for a carry on. I knew about this so made sure my bag would be considered a personal item, but I just don't know how I feel about that as a backpack may not even fit under that seat. But again, the flight was cheap. So, I don't know."

The airline groups together those needing check in and those dropping off bags which makes no sense at all. Results in a long process. Nickel and dime you until the savings from a traditional airline is non-existent. Seats are uncomfortable, crew is unpleasant. No wifi or entertainment. And baggage is always delayed. Pay the money for a regular airline."

They close their gate 40 minutes before the plane leaves; you will be stranded if you are late (My son missed his flight in the past when we arrived 50 minutes before the plane left). They charge for everything; checked bags, carry-ons, even drinks. There is no room to store anything. The seats don't recline. There is no entertainment. The staff is surly. They are supposed to be a low-cost airline, but, after all of the mark-ups, it's about the same. They have the worst on-time performance of any domestic airline. Do not fall for it. If you have ANY alternative choice, take it!!!"
Cons: "I had never flown on Frontier before. I selected Frontier because it offered the least expensive flight. I did not know that to get a seat I had to pay a fee for each leg of the trip. I also was not aware I needed to pay $30 to check a bag. In addition, I was not aware one could not even get water on the plane without paying for it. To top it off, 2 of the three bathrooms on the plane were inoperable."

Showed up to the airport, made my way to the counter, low and behold not a soul was there. Tried to get a digital pass off the online check in, nothing. Needless to say, I missed my flight. No worries though, I was able to purchase a one way ticket through Southwest which was actually cheaper, because I didn't have to pay extra to check a bag. I would like to thank frontier airlines for helping me realize that a cheaper airline ticket isn't always the best way to go, considering all the additional fees added up cost more than other airlines where they have 1-2 free checked bags and better customer service."
Pros: "I thought this was a scam because of the very low price and never hearing of frontier. Then I read some reviews and expected at least long check in and a crappy flight! Complete opposite.. I fly a lot and if this continues to go well southwest lost a costumer . Even though you have to pay extra for every single thing...you still come out cheaper! People stop thinking you won't be charged for each bag or over 50lbs then get mad when they do charge you"
