After being delayed for two hours out of Rome to Istanbul and missing our connection to Jeddah with hundreds of other stranded passengers from the other flights, Turkish Airlines incompetent handling had us wait in multiple ques for more than five hours only to provide us a hotel for two hours and then shuttle back to a flight 12 hours later! I have yet to hear an explanation from anyone about what happened or a simple sorry for your trouble. This is operational incompetence at full display. Never Again!"

DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

In Rome had to check in & go through security at Terminal 5 then get bussed to Terminal 3. Only airport where we had to take out all electronics, including converter plugs, headphones, etc, place in a flimsy clear plastic bag ( that broke ) to go through security. Line to check bags pretty slow for number of passengers. Glad we had plenty of time."

Pros: "I flew with multiple international airlines this summer and KLM was by far the best. The crew of KLM were exceptionally attentive, polite, and helpful. The meals were by far the most enjoyable of my airplane travel meals; and I learned that KLM does not charge for it's drinks on international flights, unlike most other international airlines that I traveled with this summer. In a sentence, flying with KLM was a very pleasant experience and I will recommend this airlines to others."

Sas and Flyus didn't notify us and sas customer service had to actually use 5 min to verify that flight was cancelled after we called them. That left some poor rebooking options. Anyway, I am very disappointed how Sas didn't notify us. It would have been even nastier if we had got to the airport before realizing that flight was cancelled."

I was misinformed several times and ran around the airport with my hand luggage like a chicken without a head. Why wasn’t it brought to my gate? They had my info."

When we boarded the plane, we saw multiple people whose carry-on looked suspiciously over the weight limit. We felt singled out. It was obvious that this airline only cares about profit and does not care about the customer. Attendants were rude and not helpful. Needless to say I will nit fly with this airline again."

If I had known there was a slightly more expensive ticket that would have allowed us to check a luggage each, I would of course have chosen that. Very poor information provided."

Eventually chat worked. In the flight segment within Europe they do not even offer water for free. Charging 3 Euros for a small can of water/soda is a rip off."

Cons: "Boarding at Lisbon airport was one of the worst experiences. Passengers were asked to line up at least 30 minutes before boarding started and it was hot in the terminal. As boarding started, passengers were split into groups by boarding zones...premium passengers boarded first as expected, then people with small bags. This is where the problem was because a group of four passengers who had one small bag (that could fit under seat) were allowed to go before passengers in boarding zones A/B. The whole idea is people who could fit bags under their seat would board first, but the tap team made a mess and allowed many passengers with large bags in as well. I was one of the last ones to be boarded and stranded on the line for over 40 minutes with my backpack...after traveling for a month and being delayed in Rome, last thing you want is stupid mistakes like this to cause you stress."

Cons: "The hospitality of the airline crew is very poor as they are extremely rude to their customers. The planes I flew on were very out of date and not comfortable for international travel. I have flown on many airlines, but these planes were by far the worst. Cheap price, for a reason. The seats didn’t recline, the food was terrible, no options were given for food, and the movies were pre-picked. No one had a choice in what they watched. Very outdated. I had 2.5 hours to board my connecting flight and they caused me to miss it. As I waited in the customs line entering Lisbon, I asked a TAP representative if I’d have to get out of the line up and go right through as my flight left at 2:10 pm. They said you will make it, stay in line. I get near the front of the line 2 hours later... hundreds of people were in this line and they only had 2/10 customs agents available!!! I ask another representative how far my gate is since my flight leaves in 30 min and she told me “no you missed it. but don’t worry others will be missing it too”. So no I did not miss it, you caused me to miss it cause I already asked if I would and you people told me no. I run to the gate, which has now changed to the other end of the airport, so I run to that gate and it is 10 min before the flight is to take off. I ask the desk agent at the gate and he tells me the flight has already left. Others had missed it too due to the insane customs line up. So the plane left 20 mins earlier than scheduled with only half it’s passengers..... unbelievable!!! When I went to the service desk they did not show any sympathy or apologetic behaviours whatsoever."

Pros: "My experiences on TAP have always been pleasant. The crew is friendly. Everything works as it should. No complaints."

Cons: "The fact that the airline only gave us a 18Euro voucher good enough for one meal. A thievery."

I didn't realize I needed to buy a few bottles of water before getting on the flight to be stocked. She sid this with all beverages. There was zero organization in the boarding process."

Cons: "I was charged 35 euros for my luggage (the desk attendant told me it was 25 euros) and I was told that if I wanted to claim my baggage during my 24-hour layover I would be charged the baggage price again. I did not receive an option to pay for my luggage when I purchased my ticket and could not find information on TAP's page about luggage fees."

Pros: "I was able to easily store my carryon which is the maximum size you can bring in the overhead compartment and store my large zippered bag underneath the seat with still plenty of space for my legs."
Cons: "I would like to see all TAP planes come with a standard entertainment option on the headrest in front of you with the advanced menu option of movies, games, radio, etc. and ensure all headphone jacks are operational."

Cons: "They gave my 70-year old mother only a few hours notice that they were changing her one-stop four-hour 6AM flight into an 8AM multi stop 14-hour marathon. In fact, she was already asleep when they changed her flight, so she was already at the airport when she found out about the change. To do this to a 70-year old woman is reprehensible. Worse, after 2-hours with customer service, nobody there made any real attempt to remedy the situation or offer any compensation. Worst airline experience EVER."

Cons: "Having to wait 3 hours in Lisbon airport after airline failed to hold our ny flight leg. Needed to stay overnight and be rebooked. Customer service lines in Lisbon worst I have seen in over 30 years of flying"

Pros: "I lost my luggage from Rome to N.Y . I definitely will not recommend and I will tell all the people in social media.The worst pilot I don't think you should put a risk you life with student pilot."

Pros: "The plane arrived in Lisbon without falling out of the sky prematurely."
Cons: "The process of checking my bag was brutal. It took an hour and half of waiting in line because the staff's management of the flow of people was so chaotic. Finally, a staff member realized that certain passengers were at risk of missing their flight and invited those passengers (like me) to jump to the head of the line. Otherwise, no communication from the staff to the queue of anxious people."

Cons: "FLight was late into Lisbon. There were several other people connecting from Lisbon to Boston on our flight from Rome and flight attendants kept lying to us telling us that the flight to Boston will wait for us to arrive. As soon as we landed in Lisbon we were informed that we could not get on the flight to Boston and had to stay an extra day in Lisbon to fly to BOS the next day. TAP gave us a voucher to stay at the Marriott, with lunch and dinner vouchers. The hotel would not let us use the lunch voucher so we had to pay our own lunch. Our dinner voucher was only for a buffett style dinner. The only meat on the buffet was pork which i cannot eat. TAP representative were unfriendly and unhelpful. They ignore you and dont look at you when you talk. We tried to complain to TAP and they had us running in circle to different counters no one would help us, then we were told that we could sit and complain and miss our flight or just go to our gate. TAP rebooked us on a SATA flight ot Boston without even telling us."
