Be prepared for unintentional mistakes and rudeness due to the language barrier. If you’re on the taller, broader side, there will be 13 hours of discomfort with smaller seating and very tight bathrooms. The food is unsatisfactory so bring supplements.

Get to Rome airport a bit early. The lines for passport control can be long if you have a US passport. The signage can be confusing, but once you figure it out it is easy. Staff at Rome airport are very good and the lines were not bad there. Just security and passport control.

I would not recommend ITA unless you are sitting in business class. All of the upgraded ITA seats lack lumbar support and are in poor condition. I would also recommend that unless you are ending your trip in Nee York or a close by location, that you not stop in New York on your way to a longer distance destination because the delay time can be very long. My delay was 4hrs, 45mins even though I only needed to fly to Washington DC Dulles from New York.

Don’t fly Norse. Also always pack light. You won’t miss all the extra clothes and shoes, one set is fine, you can rewear items, but traveling light makes your whole travel experience so much easier!

Rome airport is very nice and easy to navigate. A decent distance from the luggage drop to the gate in E terminal but it’s a big airport. Used Leonardo Express from the airport and a cab back. Both are easy to do. Used FREENOW app for cab with fixed 50 euro price.

Rome is an excellent airport. If connecting through Rome, know that there is a customs station you need to go through before your gate.

Five hour delays every hour, I wish it were all at once

Flight delayed four separate times. I’m now one hour hours late to landing.

worst flight ever from Delta, it got delayed and kept on delaying..

Should never have had to go to Detroit from Orlando back to Tennessee!

Got rerouted from a straight flight from Orlando to Atlanta to Knoxville to a flight from Orlando to Detroit to Knoxville! Seriously!! Flight delay out of Detroit! Long day for what should have been a pretty easy travel day!

Two delays on two separate planes with parts they could not easily find and replace.

I like the lane and orderliness and timely everything was executed. Amazing

If you cant travel Delta One, Comfort Class is the next best thing!

Checkin was good, fllight ws good. Onlly complaint is lack of foot on 6 hour flight from Seattle to Boston. Snacks were flimsy - chips and cookies. could have offered something more substantial for such a long flight. I know you can buy food in airport but for the price you pay for a ticket, they should step up for the passengers.

Only beverages were offered to first class and I thought the flight attendant could have also served the Delta Comfort as well instead of sitting down and staring at her phone and walking past all of us to the back of the plane to charge her phone more. There was a complete lack of turbulence and was safe enough for flights attendant to walk around in the front of the plane, collect trash and serve a few people water and turn off the seat belt light. Also didn’t enforce people putting their seats into the upright position and allowed two passengers to remain reclined during landing. They seemed out to lunch completely. Usually my experience on Delta is much better.

The entertainment is a bit limited, it would be better if they added some games to play besides the movies and tv shows. But the seats are comfortable and the crew is polite

This planes staff was top tier. Everything went great and had a great flight home.

Food was great. Staff was phenomenal. Seats were a bit hard and could use a lot more entertainment options as far as movies to choose from. WiFi was good. Overall great trip.

This was an overnight flight, and in the morning they did know coffee service. How you can throw passengers in a San Francisco airport at 5:40 a.m. in the morning and not giving them Coffee is a crime.

Our flight was delayed several Times due to mechanical issues. Although I understand this may happen at times, it was very inconvenient and we had to book a hotel for an overnight stay. We were traveling with my 3-yo grandson and waiting at the airport from noon until 6:30pm with no reassurance that our next rescheduled flight would depart, we had to decide what’s best for him. A day later, I found out that I may be able to demand compensation if my flight is delayed more than 4 hours. I will hav to read the fine print next time.

The pilot had to extend the flight time from san antonio to Houston to burn off fuel. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress since we had a tight connection to Aruba. And with no other flights going to Aruba we were worried about spending a night in Houston. We had to to run to our connection because of the flight crews mistake. Not happy.

Service was professional and quick. Premium economy seat was comfortable given the class

I'm a United 1K member and have ben for 10 years. The gate agent had no control over the boarding process and had us passengers queued for hours as delays were announced. On the plane, the overhead air nozzle was broken so col over was powering through on me and the passenger next to me. Not a great experience for a million miler on United. Feel free to contact me. Josh Smigel - DM426089

Like: departed and arrived on time. Unlike: Food options for purchase allways bad, 1 of 2 of the crew members not very friendly at all. Seats and leg room aweful. At this point I am thinking on switching to AA.

Over 5 hour delay with minimal updates or ability to standby for alternative flights. During boarding and 1 hr+ wait for takeoff, seats were drenched w water from air conditioning condensation and always leftover crumbs on carpet and seats

Just a small inconvenience was the fact that not all bathrooms were functional.

I should have been credited for my flight. A day after booking I tried to cancel and the service is horrible. I will never use your service or Norse again. I will make sure to tell everyone I know about the experience.

Flight was canceled in July-nearly six months prior to departure and cost of alternative was double, but only cost was reimbursed.

Departure time from Rome and arrival time at JFK resulted in very short waits at security and customs. Dropping bags at ticket counter was completed quickly. Boarding was delayed by some sort of terminal equipment problem halfway through the process. No announcement or information was given to the large group standing waiting to board. Basic seat was comfortable ( paid for an aisle seat ) Didn’t purchase food. Given the price (purchased one way ticket day before flight) I was impressed with the Norse experience

Seats were comfortable, staff was friendly. Great value for the price.

The seats are nice in premium economy. The service was fine. No wifi on board and the entertainment selection wasn't the greatest. It was good for a budget friendly airline.

The overpriced dinner was pasta, bread and an awfully sweet dessert…. a feast of inexpensive carbs. She was the exception, but one flight attendant was incredibly rude. Cheap ticket though.

Terminal experiences, including departure and deplaning were the weak points of our trip. Appreciated that premium passengers boarded and deplaned in group 1, but experience with buses did not feel premium. Terminals used at CDG and JFK had old, limited facilities and no good lounges. In flight experience was good and crew worked hard.

It was very uncomfortable. I would never book any flights with Norse anymore .

The flight attendants were extremely rude. I hate the culture of Norse air. Their is nothing really economical about it, the flights are slightly less expensive than average but it doesn’t justify no food, no blankets or pillows - my god you have to pay extra just to make your already over crowded no leg room flight just comfortable enough to be enjoyable. As if travel isn’t hard enough already. You have to pay extra to pick a seat so if you really are on a tight budget you’ll be left with the most uncomfortable, saddest flight of your life while the flight attendants treats you like the steerage on the HMS Titanic.

Crazy and confusing check in process for connecting international flights. Extremely uncomfortable seats in economy, bad in flight service with useless attendants, 10 year old movie selection, inedible food + only 1 full meal for 12+ hours long flight - 2nd snack was a cold bun with 1 slice of tomato and 1 slice of cucumber; 3rd was 2 breads - 1 hot and 1 cold. Finally absolute bad information on arrival time - in flight suggested we will reach at 12 AM until last minute, when we landed it was 1:15 PM

The crew was business like and not very friendly. It was very disappointing in that they handed out the meal at the beginning of our journey. Eight hours later, they handed a sandwich and a drink. During their eight hour break all they did was sit in the back, looked at their phone and read. They never came down the aisle during those eight hours and offered another beverage or to See if there was anything they could do for the passengers.

It was ok. Overall comfortable but Seat back could not be adjusted and food options were limited.

The price for Premium Economy seats very competitive and ITA beat the big guys in terms of fair. However, seat comfort was below expectations. Movie selection was poor. Food - absolutely horrible!! I felt like a prisoner for 13 hours being fed cold damp rolls and room temp water. NOT what I expected for Premium Economy!!

Most importantly, got us there and back safely and on time. Seats in Prem Econ spacious enough and comfortable. But pulldown footrest on both flights inadequate/broken. Crew...mixed: a few were quite pleasant, others seemed disinterested. Food was underwhelming. Yes, I know it's just "airplane food", so dont expect much... but even United is doing better now, and BA more so. Would I fly ITA again...perhaps. Price diff was main selector this time, almost 1K LESS/person than UA. I'm naturally frugal -- For 2K I'll put up with some small inconveniences.

ITA changed our 9 hr direct flight without giving any reason to 4 stop overs 24 hrs flight without delays.

Poor food choices for AVML. Totally out of the world food. Bad food menu.

Flight attendant really had bad behavior.. yelled at people when she is trying to defend, to have favor w her people..!

Appreciated being met with a glass of sparkling wine - also the warm cleansing towel offered before the meal. The food was tasty!

Inside plane needs to be updated, the lady sitting behind me was saying the frame from the window fell on her lap right before taking off and seats are very uncomfortable, cushioning is need of repair ASAP.

Thanks to a delay of an hour of my flight to Philadelphia on American Airlines I missed my connecting flight to Amsterdam. On arrival at Philadelphia he crew on the delayed flight did not ask the passengers to let connecting passengers get off first and I arrived a few minutes after boarding was closed at the original time for the flight to AMS, this despite the fact that I had received a message from American Airlines that departure was delayed by 25 minutes. Overall very poor service, no effort from the part of American Airlines to accommodate the passenger, just rebook the flight for the next day.

Seats not as comfortable as I had hoped. Food was very nice, service was fine. Entertainment options very nice. Had thought the premium economy was a more plus 2-3-2 layout but it was a 2-4-2 with seats not as wide as I had expected.

I liked my seats on the return trip. Didn't like having to pay for luggage on an international flight. Also didn't like that it was on American airlines and not British Airways. I specifically selected a BA flight to experience that airline.

I flew four flights on British Airways within two weeks. I was unable to download the boarding pass to my phone for any of the four flights. I could check-in for my flight but the system would not give me boarding pass. I tried multiple ways and multiple times. I discovered many other passengers also had the same issue with their boarding passes. No explanation or acknowledgement by BA.

Lovely big plane. Excellent take off and landing. Cabin crew were so nice. Flight in time no delays

Because our ABZ-LHR flight was cancelled by BA for reasons they refuse to tell us--not weather--we did not make this flight and were booked on the following day. BA offered no assistance to us on the phone or in the airport, and we had to find a hotel at Heathrow on our own.

Horrible - flight was delayed by 6 hours - we boarded, were made to de-board due some technical fault; aircraft changed; special meals request on new flight - all went awry. Landed in Dulles airport; breezed thru immigration; as Business Class passengers or baggage was delivered almost 90 minutes after landing; air tags indicated the bags were just near the carousel but the unhelpful BA staff - Maria and Ghina refused to give any update - palming it off on some imaginary invisible “manager” despite air tags evidence showing it right there. So about 50-60 passengers waiting and getting infuriatingly impatient for their bags coz one container was not delivered. Finally after much argument by some other passengers Maria condescended to go to the “ramp” and within 5 minutes the baggage was delivered miraculously. Question is why couldn’t she have done it one hour earlier ? Poor poor experience once again on Business Class BA.

Cheap Flight Fares would not provide booking info. I canceled the reservation and we arbitrated with American Express. They provided erroneous info to Amex and it was determined that C.F.F. deserved the price of the ticket. Worse experience I've ever had.

Seating space is appalling. Seats and all surrounding area in "Economy" is built for individuals shorter than 4' 10" and below 120 lbs. Ridiculous. While I'm not expecting fine dining, the food was the worst airplane food that I can recall.

My luggage was lost at the airport but American Airlines contacted me and got it to me the next day.
