Great flight with a terrific crew. Uneventful and early arrival. Thank you.

It took so long to do a baggage drop and it was bad enough. I had to go to the extreme end of the terminal because it’s a USA flight and go all the way back to the center indigo to security.

Premium economy is like the forgotten class. Aside from meal service never saw a flight attendant. Any additional beverages required going to the very back of the plane to request and there was rarely an attendant there. Seat leg / foot rest hardly elevates and not well suite for someone under 5’6. Bulky armrests

Delta One upgrade it would have been great if my tray extended (it was jammed and wouldn’t pull out), seatbelt had too much slack & my little cabin door didn’t close properly

Seats comfortable, service and food very mediocre, staff not very attentive, worse than many other our flights with Delta.

Crew blocked exits to front of ship with galley carts. Also split five person family apart on international flight without fixing.

Convient flight. Good experience. No complaints other than the food quality seems to have decreased.

Our seats were comfortable with adequate room to stretch out and recline. The food was tasty and served it just the right intervals. Our flight attendant was extra attentive and friendly. Flight arrived early. And the most turbulence. Overall that’s good and experience for an 11 hour flight as can be hoped for

Because the docking bridge was broken we had to exit the plane by stairs at the back out into the rain. We were last out being in BClass. Strange nobody checks this stuff before hand.

Everything went well with the trip. Clean airplane and very nice staff.
