Excellent airline. New planes. Comfortable business class seats. Professional crew

The flights & staffs were great. However, Frankfurt passport control was terrible: long line, unsupportive airport staff, I would have missed the flight to SFO had not my fellow travelers let me get to the head of the line. An hour and 40 min connection time is way too optimistic for getting into (out of) Schengen area. A 3 hour layover time would be safer but not without some stress.

Frankfurt to San Francisco The Site would not let me Upgrade luggage ( paid extra at the airport Had to pay for seats but did not receive those seats Had to pay extra to check in at counter (since I could not upgrade on the app) $25 a person. Unfriendly staff- bordering on rude Check in in San Francisco (to Frankfurt) was smooth, courteous and no extra charges for seats or check in

Missed this flight. $5000 to rebook next day. Horribly rude staff in Frankfurt. Everyone we encountered was either not helpful or outright mean.

The worst experience with an airline in my 50 years of flying.

Condor computers constantly shut down. They had to book entire 747 off one computer. Condor does not leave enough time for their own scheduled layovers in Frankfurt. It is not possible to get through customs and to the gate on time. Both trips were a mess. Condor was so bad that they had to book half the people on Lufthansa to complete their journey. I do not recommend Condor for any reason for anyone.

We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt due to being stuck in the passport line for two hours. Condor said they would not help us because we had a one hour layover which is enough time. When I explained that the line took two hours, they acknowledged that the line is that way but that is the airport and not them. We are now stuck in Frankfurt for two days and it has cost us $500.

Horrible boarding set up on all flights (necessary to take a bus to the plane each time??) So cramped and they gave no water/drinks/food. Short flight, I know, but that’s cheap!!!

Planes are new and clean and staff is attentive. Food wasn't great and chair cushions were very uncomfortable for long haul flights.
