Pros:Food was wonderful. Seats in Crown class were very comfortable. Crew was excellent.

Pros:Great cabin crew. Decent food. Nice big seats.
Cons:They didn't announce when the flight was delayed. We were just waiting at the gate.

Pros:I always prefer international travel because there is always better service, storage for luggage and of course: food! It’s the old standard of flying. Too bad it only happens across oceans. The experience of flying in a Dreamliner was pretty cool in coach, first class looked more like the dream. Quite a massive difference!
Cons:Not as customer service oriented as some other international airlines (Korean Air, Singapore Air, KLM) but they did the trick!

Cons:The chairs are way too small and very crowded. Not clean, food was bad, and really old movies was a very limited selection.
