I have flown with LOT several times and regret it every time; however, they are the only airline that offers the direct flights I need. Boarding was awful. I was alone with 3 children, including an infant, and we were forced to stand in buses packed like sardines. Then, for such a large flight, there was not even a gangway. I was expected to carry a baby, a carseat, and luggage by myself up the dangerous steps into the plane while the crew RUSHED me. The crew was very curt, cold, and inattentive. No one offered any assistance or sympathy to me alone with kids. There was no ventilation or AC in the plane.

My ONLY complaint with LOT was the lack of WiFi and the food in business class… still, I use them because they have great connections to Chicago and they fly the 787 - which I think is a great wide body jet. Well… now LOT has WiFi (good satellite speeds) and AMAZING food. LOT now is giving Turkish Airlines a big big run for the money. And they consistently have less expensive business class. I am a very happy customer!

Issue with boarding, group of passengers on a religious trip coming back to NYC kept trying to change seats, even standing when the plane was pushing back. Crew/Pilot kept very good composure, some passengers got aggravated and started venting out loud but this group created a serious security risk. Crew/Pilot should've been more stringent and called in security or remove them from the flight.

Amazing crew, delicious food and drink selection. 12hr felt more like a 4hrs. Comfortable beds. Can’t wait for the new business class cabin

Flying business class saves you. Once you get out of the terminal and onto the plane, it’s fine. The traffic at the gate is a horror. No organization at all. The fact that Business class is promised early boarding is a myth.

The seat was paid for but given for some different person .

Horrible communication, flight boarded then we sat on plane for almost 5 hours as the runway was barely covered in snow with no plows in sight and the as we tried to taxi there was a major equipment failure due to poor push off technique causing all passengers to be taken off the flight to ultimately have the flight cancelled. There was barely any communication to passengers as to what was happening or what to do next to get placed on another flight. Arriving to my final destination a whole day later having to take a connecting flight through Lisbon to ultimately end up in New York instead of a direct flight as none available for the next day. Never flying LOT airlines again!

Smooth flight, excellent crew and good food. Not enough space; sitting are too small.

Flight was delayed for a hour from Warsaw, not sure why. When we landed in Chicago, plane was still on the runway for about half a hour. Took a while to get off.

Loved the towel at the end. Service was frequent and perfect.

They left a little late, contributing to our missed flight.

Absolutely horrible. We missed both of our connecting flights from Frankfort due to the new border control lines. Lufthansa had us running and walking around the airport trying to rebook. They were not prepared to offer us a hotel room for the night, but finally relented when I said I was done with Lufthansa, most were not so lucky. I also put put of the blame in Kayak. You need to update which connecting flights you are offering to allow for more time to deal with the mess that is border control in the EU.

Cheapflights did not forward the payment for seat assignments, and my partner and I were separated and given center (B and E) seats. Will be requesting a refund.

Good communication via the app regarding the delayed departure. Uncomfortable seat for tall passengers. Could not straighten my legs.

The flight was cancelled which wasn't Kayak's fault. But Kayak does owe me a refund because I paid for this flight twice and was supposed to get the refund for the first booking/payment to Lufthansa. There will be litigation of this issue because of protections under the law.

It was a good flight overall, I just hate it when we get delayed because there is a small amount of layover time in Munich and you have to actually run to the next gate.

"I am aware that there was a strike at Munich airport, which led to the cancellation of my flight. Additionally, I had insurance for the flight. Lufthansa informed me about the cancellation approximately 2.5 hours before the scheduled flight while I was en route to Rzeszow airport. They offered me accommodation in a hotel for the night and arranged two connecting flights for the next morning, instead of my originally booked single connecting flight. Consequently, I arrived a day later, causing me to miss a day of work and some important meetings. I hope you can assist me in obtaining a refund for this inconvenience."
